Chapter 218 - The Strange Woman

“Hai, Keva,” reply Darla politely. “Everyone knows that we are friends, so this is not a surprise anymore. You came with your friend?”

“Iya. We held a rally at this place. We rented a big room. I was going to the toilet and happened to see you guys.” He glanced at my friends. “Ah, have you all received an invitation? Thursday night I had a show.”

“Already, thank you. We must have come,” Qiana replied.

“Good. I need to get back soon. Nice to meet you all,” he said with a big smile. We welcome.

Bizarrely. Why is he being so nice? Does this woman have a dual personality? Yesterday he was very angry because of Hendra's words. Wouldn't it be more natural that he pretended not to see me in this place? Why did he come and say hello to us?

“Don't put that expression on,” Lindsey said. “You're like a new first time just seeing a strange woman like her.” I'm laughing a little.

“So, we gathered at whose house to get ready for the inauguration?” qiana asked enthusiastically. We turned to Darla.

“OK, okay. I'll call the best makeup and hair stylist in the country to help us get ready.” He shook his head, astonished at our behavior.

“We meet tomorrow at our subscription boutique?” ask Qiana again. I groaned slowly. “Oh, come on, Zahara. Hendra will be very happy if you want to swipe the card he gave you. It's time to make your husband happy.”

“Because Zahara will accompany Aunt Naava at lunchtime, do we meet before dinner? Then we invite the husbands to eat with us after they finish work. How?” ask Lindsey to make a proposal. They both immediately agreed.

“Ng, I'm not going to Mama's house for a while,” I said slowly. They looked at me confused. “Hendra won't let me go there again.”

“Waahh …! This time it doesn't seem like a joke. Hendra got that angry?” ask Qiana. I'm nodding. “Good. We keep meeting in the afternoon or we move to the afternoon?”

“Sore days only. I agree we all had dinner together. We have not been together for a long time without a special event,” said Lindsey happy. We all agreed.

So the next afternoon, I took the kids with me to the boutique. Dira was a sissy all morning, but he didn't give me any trouble when he met Charlotte. They played together with Lindsey's nanny. Hadi and Colin didn't make it difficult for me with Liando helping to keep them.

The plan to buy a dress was changed by buying bags, accessories, and shoes as well. Every good item that caught my attention suddenly moved to the cashier table. I was surprised to see them. I don't want to spend so much money in one day!

“Say, did my husband tell you to do this?” manya suspect. Only Hendra has that habit. Whenever there was an item that caught my attention, but I was too reluctant to buy it, then all of that stuff would be at home when we got home.

We put all the bags in the trunk of each car, then headed to the restaurant for dinner together. Three tables close so we can sit together. Darla requested that we be given a place near the wall so as not to disturb the other guests.

So we women are talking about our looks and makeup on Thursday. We are compact to look elegant and different from usual. Hendra turned towards me hearing that. His eyes glittered with pleasure.

“I don't want to!” reject me when we're alone in the room.

“If you do not want to, then I will ask Liando and Yuyun who accompany the children to play in the park,” he said while laying his body on the bed.

“Didn't you torture me enough for a few weeks? When you are no longer strong waiting, why don't we just do it?” pissed me. He asked me to bring the kids to play in the park on Thursday. When children are tired, they sleep better. Then he and I can make out without interruption at night.

“What if we can't stop then you're pregnant?” He looked at me seriously. “It's not yet time for you to conceive another child, dear. Do you think I want to wait any longer? I also want to put an end to all this suffering for a long time.”

“Then, do not tempt me again and wait until our fast ends.”

“What? So, because of that fast, I can't make out with my wife?” tanyanya did not believe. He pulled my body so that it was in a lying position. “Try saying again. Repeat what you said earlier.” He tickled my body, how could I answer him?

So I relented by taking Liando and Yuyun to Darla's house. There is also a playground near his house. I knew that they would love to play in that place and meet new people.

After my friends and I finished dressing up and were ready to attend the event, the kids went home. Darla asks her servants to serve dinner and take good care of the children's needs.

I made sure Hadi and Dira came back to know that me and their papa were going to attend an event, so they couldn't come along. They had to obey Yuyun and Liando, as well as sleep on time. They accepted all my requests. I smiled with satisfaction.

Will already knows where his son is, so he will have no trouble finding Darla's home address. Just in case, I gave him Liando's number. If he gets lost, our worker can help direct him.

Hendra couldn't take his eyes off me when he saw me in a silver dress that covered my ankles. One side of my hair was clipped and the ends were spiral shaped. The makeup on my face was focused on the eyes with mascara and false eyelashes that made my eyeballs look bigger.

“Can we cancel our departure so that I can be alone with my wife?” hendra said jokingly, but I knew that she hoped they would give a yes answer. They all laughed when they heard it.

“Come, a drunk man. Time to go,” Darla said with a laugh. We entered each of our husbands' cars.

The hotel where the event was held was huge and I had no idea how Keva would turn the long-abandoned hotel into a successful return. But I admire his courage to take every risk to start from the bottom again.

The staff who welcomed us were very friendly. They drove us from the entrance to the hall where the event was held. There were already so many guests filling the seats that had been provided. The guests took us to the table where our names were.

We continued walking forward towards the round table that could hold eight to ten people. I couldn't believe it when I saw our names on the table where Hendra's parents, as well as Keva and his parents were. We have no special relationship with him, so why are we the guests of his honor?
