Chapter 110 - The Last Day

“You haven't been in action all night.” I rectified his arrogant speech.

“Bath immediately. I have to get dressed. Looks like I heard Hadi.”'s voice He rushed to the wardrobe. I followed him and entered the bathroom.

It took me less than ten minutes to get ready to meet my kids. Ara was no longer in her bed, so I followed the direction the voice came from. I opened Dira's room and saw my daughter sitting on her papa lap playing with the puppy that saved my life. Hendra looked at me. She smiles.

“Mama! Good morning.” Hadi immediately pulled my hand to get close to them. I sat down by Hendra's side, then Hadi sat between us.

“August, Mama.” Dira looked at me with her big round eyes. Hendra gave it to me.

“How are you doing, baby? You're happy to play with Papa?” I kissed her cheek. She laughed happily, then I hugged her.

“Aya!” quickly answer.

“You're happy to play with Ara? Where are you going today? Swim in? Camping out? Or want to stay in the room?” my many. It seems he doesn't remember last night's bad events.

“Eat, Ma.” He touched his stomach.

“Come, we eat. Mama was smelling the aroma of good cuisine in the kitchen.” I stood up while still holding Dira. Hadi opened the door, then jumped happily to the dining table.

I sat Dira in a special chair and helped Hendra make a warm drink. We had breakfast together and talked about light things. Hadi and Dira eat voraciously, so I don't want to lose. Looking at the food in Ara's bowl, I asked Hendra to give him meat and bones for his lunch.

We just sat in front of the sofa accompanying the children watching. For a moment, I fell asleep. I just realized that I didn't sleep all night looking for Dira. I only woke up when my stomach started to bother me and my smell was a pleasant smell.

I opened my eyes and felt someone pinning down my body. I turned my head and saw Dira putting her head on my chest. He's fast asleep. Hendra sat by my side with Hadi sleeping on his chest. I smile. We all slept together on this couch since? I closed my eyes and slept for a while longer. I could not move and wake them up.

For the rest of the day, we were just lazing around. We swam all over, then the kids went to their room after dinner. Hendra said that we would go home on Sunday morning to avoid the backflow on the weekend. I also packed our clothes back. Hendra packed his clothes and Hadi.

“You bought too many dolls.” I sighed loudly at the pile of stuffed animals. He just laughed.

We put some items that we will not need in the morning into the trunk of the car. Only the two suitcases and the bed of Ara we let remain in the villa. Unable to wake up and do our date night, I went into the room. Hendra was also prepared to lie on his couch. Looking at the bed, I opened the door.

“Do you want to sleep here with me? You'll drive tomorrow. That sofa must be uncomfortable for you.” I offered something that I hope I won't regret.

“You sure?” tanyanya.

“Little Hendra will not be able to act and disturb my sleep, so, yes, I am sure.” I smile at the smile. He's laughing a little.

“I let you win this time because I really need to lie in bed.” He stood up, brought his pillow and blanket, then entered the room. I closed the door.

As soon as we laid our bodies on the bed, we immediately slumped. Even when the morning came and the children entered the room to wake us up, no one wanted to get out of bed. We lay the five with Ara curled up under our feet.

After we had enough rest, we had breakfast and were getting ready to go home. We thank and thank the manager of the villa. Hendra stuffed both Ara's suitcase and bed into the trunk of the car, then sat Dira in her special seat.

“Papa's here, baby. Papa is here, Dira.” Hendra hugged her while rubbing her back. I hugged him.

“Mama is here too, Son. You're doing fine. We are here.” I felt Hadi hugging me and Ara barking loudly while circling us.

“You sit with Mama?” ask Hendra. “You can't sit with papa because papa has to drive. Mama sat with you, huh?”

“Iya,” replied Dira who was still sobbing. Hendra lets me get in the car and gives Dira to me. I hugged and kissed her to calm her down.

After helping Hadi and Ara sit in the backseat, Hendra sat down by my side. She smiled at Dira, then rubbed her wet cheeks. The little girl smiled as her papa kissed her cheek. We put our seat belts on and are ready to go back home.

The traffic back to Jakarta was not congested so we only took less than three hours to arrive home. Abdi, Liando, and Sakti help get things out of the trunk of the car. Although Hadi slept well, Hendra woke him up so we could eat together. Dira's been up since we entered the yard. Ara followed us as she sniffed the place she had first come to.

Fahri has prepared so many delicious menus. In this one week, our stomachs were very pampered. We ate well and then sat together in the living room. Hadi sat down next to his papa and did not want to let go of his embrace. Dira is too. He didn't sit on my lap and preferred to sit with Hendra. Ara who knew where it was, was already curled up at Hendra's feet.

“Then how now?” ask me when the kids are asleep again.

“I will come take them on vacation next month to coincide with Dira's birthday. I will tell you again where we are going,” replied Hendra.

“You still invite me too?” askaku.

“Of course. I know Dira is close to me but it's because you're here. I'm not sure she'd want to be with me if you weren't around.” She stroked our daughter's hair. “Are you not comfortable coming with us?”

“What are we doing, Hendra?” ask me with a serious tone. “We kiss, cuddle, even almost make love. We are not husband and wife. Then what's our relationship?”

“As far as you want to call it. I don't care.” His eyes returned cold. After we were no longer in the villa, we were now two strangers who had no close relationship? “We are two adults. I kissed you, you wanted it too. You hugged me and I didn't refuse. What to do that we have to have a special relationship?”

“I just found out you have this side. Did you just say you were a playboy? You hug and kiss other women out there too?” Emotions began to rise to the crown of the head, but I held back.

“What's up? You jealous?” He smiled meaningfully. I close my lips. “I'll ask Kafin to drop off your clothes and belongings left in my apartment. No offense if I don't reply to all your messages because the job takes up my time.”

“Are you not going to visit children outside of your schedule?” askaku expectantly.

“The two of us will be in big trouble if the kids get too deeply tied to me, Za. They are small, they will not understand. You and I are no longer together,” he said giving understanding.

My time with him is over. One week went by so fast. I could only walk behind him, drive him away, go back to his own house. Hendra stopped his steps as we stood on the terrace. I raised my head to look at his face.

Without giving any warning, she hugged me with one of her hands when her other hand was behind my neck. She knew that I would dodge her lips so she held my head. I didn't return the kiss. He cannot continue to do this as he pleases before there is clarity in our relationship.

Six years of marriage is not just a number. He knows how to make me give up on his touch. I kissed her with the same intensity. I could feel her lips forming a triumphant smile.

After taking her face away from me, she brought her lips closer to my ears. “You think too much, baby. If you want something, take it immediately before another.”
