The Untouched Heart

The Untouched Heart
Chapter 203 - Disturbers

“I'm not done talking to you. You hypocritical woman! You admit that you used your connection to get a job as Hendra's secretary. There's no way a person who doesn't have experience like you can get away with being a secretary as fast as this.” Sherry looked at Gista with her eyes burning furiously.

“Whatever you want to say. But let us go,” said the man in a dislike tone. “Are you not ashamed to act like this in public?”

“Hey, I'm not done talking!” Sherry pushed the man's shoulder as she attempted to get past them again. Both of his friends helped to stop them.

“What is your real problem? We don't know you. Stop talking nonsense.” The man began to get angry.

“Is this your new hobby, Sherry?” ask me to break up their debate. The five pairs of eyes turned their heads and took turns looking between me and my husband.

“I-mom Mahendra, Mr. Mahendra,” greet Gista politely. Sherry was speechless unable to say a word.

“What is your vocal cords suddenly broken?” ask me to Sherry. His friends invited him to leave. Without saying anything, he stared intently at Gista and left. “Women weird. Does he no longer have another more important job?”

“Sorry, Mom and Dad should see this incident,” said Gista felt bad.

“Not your fault, why are you apologizing?” I smiled at him. “Bothers are gone, we will not hinder you either. Do you want to watch too?”

“Ah, yes. We were bored at home, so my sister invited me to watch a movie.” He looked towards the man standing by his side.

“Kakak?” I looked at him and the man alternately. Then there's still a glimmer of hope for Will. Mercifully. I thought this guy was his girlfriend. I heard my husband laugh.

“Include, Mom. Arga, my older brother,” said Gista. The man introduced himself while extending his hand which was immediately greeted by Hendra. He looks surprised. Gista and I just laughed.

“I'm Mahendra. This is my wife, Zahara,”, said Hendra to introduce us both. Arga gave a small laugh after his surprise was gone. “Because you guys are also going to the movies, come on, let's go there now. We don't want to miss the opening of the film.”

Hendra still put his hand on my shoulder. We walked together, I looked towards Gista who was walking behind us with Arga. “What happened earlier? Why is Sherry bothering you?” aska I want to know.

“We don't know either, Mom. All of a sudden he came up against us and said things that I cheated, bribed people, sold bodies, and other accusations.” Gista turned to his older brother who shook his head. “Which I know, he was secretary to Mr. Hendra before me.”

“Iya. Thas right. Maybe he is just jealous that you just joined directly to become the secretary of the main director. He who had worked longer hours for my husband was fired.” The woman was sadistic too. As long as I knew her, she was a good woman. It seemed like Hendra's refusal destroyed his morals so much that he became evil.

“Iri is a liver disease that has no cure. You better be careful, Gista. And keep your reputation because I don't want my name to be smeared because you're out of the office. What happened to Sherry can happen to you, too. I will not hesitate to fire you if you violate the employment contract,” said Hendra who suddenly spoke in a serious tone.

“Ba-okay, Sir,” says Gista according.

“Other times immediately go dodge when meet with him in a public place. Don't let him embarrass you. If you have to argue with her, stand on your own feet. Don't let anyone else talk to you. Because as long as you are weak, he will keep coming to insult you.”

“We'll be here.” I pointed towards the studio where the movie we were about to watch was playing.

“We have not purchased a ticket. So, we have to queue.” Arga pointed towards the counter where there was still a long queue. The line was even longer than our queue when we bought the ticket. I shudder in horror. There was an announcement that the movie we were going to watch was about to be screened.

“Good. See you later,” said impatient Hendra. I waved my hand to Gista and Arga.

We queued up with the other audience who entered the same studio. I'm sure I saw that this movie wasn't much of a fan. Why are there so many people waiting with us? Ah, maybe they bought tickets at the last moment because they did not want to wait for the next airtime.

We sat in a row right in the middle of the studio with the screen completely accessible to both of our eyes. So we can watch comfortably without having to look to the right or left of the screen. I lifted the armrest between us so that I could sit close to him. Hendra laughed a little. He put his hand on my shoulder, then kissed my temple. I hugged her with both hands.

“I remember the first time we watched together before we got married. You're sitting away, not even letting me hold your hand. See now. You promised me forgiveness,” he said teasing me.

“We'll watch a horror movie. I better get an umbrella before it rains. You know that I don't like this type of movie,” I said in self-defense.

“You agreed to watch this movie, don't complain.” He let down his voice as soon as the lights were turned off and the film began.

The movie trailer is lying and full of tricks. The horror movie we watched was terrible. If it wasn't for my high self-esteem, I would have cried begging Hendra to just go home. But I don't want to be the material of the moons later. So, I steeled myself to hold on until the movie was over.

So much blood, wounds, and shock effects that made me jump several times on my seat. The story is also upsetting as it revolves around the evil police. Poor main character gets misfortune continues. Hendra cleared his throat definitely for holding back his laughter, not because his throat was itchy.

I nodded when we came out of the studio. The people walking near us had a discussion with friends about the movie. I choose silence. Discussing it will only make me remember again with all the excitement earlier. Hiii ….

A few minutes into the house, we heard the sound of a vehicle entering the front yard. Ara who was just satisfied hugged me and Hendra immediately darted to the door. He tried to open his own knob. I smiled to see that he did it. We followed him to the terrace to welcome the return of Hadi and Dira.

Zach and Rasmi didn't get out of the car. They will go home and have dinner at home, so I will not force them to stop. After thanking them for their kindness to take Hadi and Dira for a walk, we waved our hands to take them away.

“How was it, did you guys see many animals?” ask them both. Hadi immediately recounted their journey which he found very pleasant. The zoo is nice but he prefers the Safari Park. Hendra and I exchanged looks.

“Pa, when will we go to the villa again?” ask Hadi as we climb the stairs together. “Colin and his papa go on vacation almost every Saturday. Is it because Dira and I don't have birthdays, we don't go far anymore?”

“We wait until Grandma's condition improves and Mama no longer needs to come there every day, then we go on vacation, yes. Papa and Mama have a surprise for both of you.” Hendra smiled meaningfully. Hadi looked at him with sparkling eyes.

“Surprise, Pa? Where are we going?” tanyanya wants to know.

“Reclassic. For sure, we'll go far away.” The answer made Hadi even more curious. He begged his father for an answer, but Hendra kept his mouth shut. I really wish we could go. But we can only decide everything in two weeks, after knowing the health development of Mama.
