Flashback: Story of Faiq & Karin (4)

Faiq who failed to launch his goal at the first meeting, finally asked Karin to prepare for his second time. But the next time, Faiq still could not carry out his true intentions.

The second meeting, Karin took control of the discussion. He who had just worked at his father's company told Faiq about his first work experience. Faiq had forgotten his purpose to meet with Karin, and late enjoyed the story of Karin. Faiq even occasionally gives advice to enjoy work and some ways to improve the quality of work, considering Faiq first entered the business world, so he has enough experience for him to tell Karin.

The second meeting that did nothing for Faiq, the two of whom became even more familiar without them noticing. Until the following days they met more often when Karin asked Faiq to teach her some work.

As they often met, Karin began to open up to Faiq, but Faiq still gave her a wall. Karin realizes that, but occasionally he tepis when he sees Faiq sincerely teaching him some things he needs.

Yes, even though Faiq sometimes gets involved in the excitement of the chat created with Karin and the comfort of sharing about work issues, but Faiq still considers himself as Sasa's property, so that not infrequently he showed Karin the barrier wall he made. Slowly Faiq realized his familiarity with Karin, with his plans that he still has not run until now. Faiq refocused on his plans and began by inviting Karin to meet.

Unlike usual, their meeting which had previously taken place at lunchtime during the break, today was a little different because Faiq asked to meet when the working hours were over. Faiq realized, he took a long time to tell a story that could make it look negative in Karin's eyes, so he chose a more free time for both.

“Let's have a lot of time alone” replied Faiq smiling. An answer that returned made Karin misunderstand. “You don't have a job, right? Don't let me interrupt your time.”

Karin turned to look at Faiq who was sitting next to her. “I am here because I have time, do not hesitate so”

Karin simply responded with a smile.

The conversation between the two took place as usual, laughing if there are things they think are funny and carried away with each other. However, Karin still feels Faiq who does not express his feelings even though he laughs.

“Karin.”

“Hem?” Sahut Karin while looking at Faiq who showed his serious-looking expression with a little nervousness. “What's up?” Ask Karin. He had never seen a serious expression from Faiq before, and this was the first time he had been confused.

“I don't know, I can tell you something like this. But.. hahaha” Faiq laughed before he finished his sentence. “Haha why would I want to tell you something like this?” Faiq asked turned to look at Karin and turned his laughter into a smile.

“What do you want to say? Weird deh.” Karin smiled back at her little laugh.

“I just want to tell you something the same. I had been steady to the story, but suddenly I thought again, things like this why should discuss the same kamu” said Faiq began to play his plan. It was clear that he no longer had a second thought to discuss the bad things about him that he had been thinking about these past few days. He was just playing the word for Karin to be curious about what she wanted to say.

Faiq began to put on his face as if to tell a story.

“Do not hesitate, if you want to tell a story, just a story. I don't care if you want to tell me anything

Faiq was silent for a moment, exhaling a long breath as the start of him who was about to launch his plan.

“I even became an alcoholic junkie” Faiq completed his words and quickly looked at Karin, he could not wait to see what Karin's reaction was like.

For outsiders, obviously alcoholism is not too bad, although it is still a negative value. But in the Republic with these islands, obviously alcohol addiction is a very deviant thing.

Karin did not give the expression that Faiq expected, she was not surprised but also did not look relaxed.

Faiq was astonished to hear Karin's words. How could the woman sitting next to him still be able to speak with a smile on her and still express the admiration she had, she said, while Faiq already mentioned the thing that he should have become someone with negative air for Karin.
