Farhan and Nina's visit

As the doctor said, the more difficult Salwa day to do his activities. The more often Salwa forgets certain things and the more difficult he is to structure things.

Pharmacies that used to be opened every day, have also never been opened again lately. Even Fauzi no longer allowed Salwa to pick up Mikayla. It was clear that Salwa initially refused and continued to question Fauzi's reason for banning him from picking up Mikayla. But Fauzi explains and reminds Salwa of him who got lost the other day. Things that Fauzi must remind every day, because sometimes Salwa forgets if he ever lost.

Fauzi still has to work. Although very unwilling to leave his wife alone, but he also could not leave his job just like that. There is a responsibility he has to take care of. Fauzi himself still thinks many times to say this to his Father and Mother or to his Father and Mother-in-law. He still hoped that what the doctor said about his incurable wife was wrong. Lately, though there have been some changes to Salwa, it has not been so significant, leaving Fauzi with little hope.

On weekends like this, usually Fauzi and Salwa will bring Mikayla to visit their parents' house, but with Salwa's condition like this, Fauzi ended up absent for a visit. He did not want, the strange things that usually happen to Salwa, he did at their parents' house. This morning, Fauzi only drove Mikayla to play at her parents' house, because she kept sulking to meet her grandmother and Naila who is still there. The classic reason that Fauzi gave to his family, he said he wanted to spend time alone with Salwa so that he could not enliven his parents' house today. And her parents understand that well enough.

Fauzi was busy watching his wife who was acting like a reliable chef from a famous restaurant. Fauzi himself was unsure of what his wife was cooking, but he really enjoyed the smile of his wife who was very happy to do things like a chef this morning. Yes, even though Salwa occasionally becomes confused, but he can still fantasize about things that make sense.

The sound of knocking on the door from outside, made Salwa and Fauzi switch focus.

“Let me open the door.” said Fauzi holding his wife.

Fauzi rushed to open the door, I don't know who was visiting early this weekend.

The faces of Farhan and Nina appeared from behind the door. Salwa who was previously held by Fauzi was also tailed behind her husband.

“You've arrived?” Salwa's greeting from behind Fauzi's back.

“Oh, you guys make an appointment?” ask Fauzi who did not know about Farhan and Nina's arrival this morning.

The two took a sitting position as usual, started chatting and throwing jokes at each other. But Fauzi was still very eager, afraid of strange things that Salwa could suddenly say.

“Ck, this host, when there are guests not prepared to drink” scolded Farhan with a joke.

“Ah ha yes.. I forget. Wait a minute, I'll make a drink first.”

As Salwa passed, Fauzi smiled in the footsteps of his wife, who looked so carefree at Farhan and Nina's arrival at home today.

“What's up?” Farhan asked, drawing the attention of Fauzi who had been following his wife with his eyes.

“To be honest, actually what happened?”

Fauzi's forehead was wrinkled, a reflex movement regarding him that was puzzled by Nina's question.

“This morning Salwa nelfon me, ask me Farhan to visit. And he said, maybe we don't have children so we can often gather. What does this mean?”

Fauzi was stunned to hear what Nina said. Apparently Nina and Farhan did not come as usual.

Fauzi looked down, and was at a loss to answer Nina's question.

“I had to bring Fariz to my parents' house, so that Salwa was not confused. So please tell sister, what happened??”

Fauzi was silent for a moment, not knowing how to tell Farhan and Nina the true state of Salwa.

Nina and Farhan were shocked. They never thought something like this would happen. They can't even imagine and are a little distrustful of what the fauzi says.

“The result is out?”

Fauzi nodded back. “Samples of Salwa's blood were also taken, and he said there was a certain protein present in his blood”

Fauzi looked down deeply, again he felt the same pain the first time he knew the state of his wife a few days ago.

“Doctor's word, possible Salwa Alzheimer.”.

“WHAT???”

Nina who did not understand much, just turned to look at the reaction of her husband who was so surprised. Unlike Farhan who works with Salwa, he knows very well what kind of disease Alzheimer's is.

Fauzi was silent. “Gue is still waiting for the results of the Salwa MRI test to come out, and that will determine. But from the symptoms, it seemed like it was Han”

Fauzi's eyes began to glaze over. The feeling of pain again attacked him when he told a story and realized what was happening to his wife.

“Today Salwa could have called things strange and unreasonable, or maybe strange actions, so I hope you can understand him”

Farhan and Nina were quite shocked by the fact that Fauzi had just said. Their feelings began to be attacked with pain and worry. To Farhan and Nina, Salwa was no longer a person.

Not yet Nina finished her words, Salwa had already returned from inside carrying a tray containing four cups of tea. Nina no longer continued her words, she turned her head to look at Fauzi and Fauzi told her through a gesture not to continue their previous discussion.

Salwa with an ornate smile on her lips, but instantly her expression changed.

“Loh, did you guys come together??” salwa asked Nina and Farhan with a puzzled expression.

This Salwa made Nina and Farhan aware of the changes that occurred in Salwa, as well as clarifying Salwa's current condition.
