Chapter 275 - The End of the Battle

Although there were already many Dungeons whose magic pillars Miyuki had destroyed, they still had to wait at least for another 30 minutes until the gate was closed.

In Miyuki's absence in front of the gate, over time the number of monsters stacked in the tens of thousands as well.

Rin's voice finally disappeared after Gus, who had been very worried about him, immediately pulled out the helmet that connected Rin to the hunter avatar.

"Gus... Why.. hosh... I'm still.. hosh..hosh. "Discovering.helmet..."

"No. If you still want to help, at least take a break for an hour" said Gus, carrying the helmet away near the cafe door, to keep an eye on the situation outside the cafe.

The exhausted Rin finally fell to his feet and spoke nothing more. He tried to regulate his breathing, because he also knew his breathing was almost broken if Gus did not stop him immediately.

Ten minutes later, after Rin could breathe normally again, he finally stood up and went to Gus in a staggering walk.

But, when he was still halfway, Rin whose legs had been shaking finally fell.

It was almost as if his head hit the floor hard if the masked man did not catch him immediately.

"Miss... Please rest" said the masked man slowly.

"They need me" Rin said as she stared at the masked man unfocusedly. He had already started to lose consciousness due to excessive fatigue.

"Master Hunter, would it be alright if I went out to chase after them?" ask the masked man Gus Stevin who just came to check on Rin.

Gus actually did not know why the SSS-ranked masked man was here with them because Miyuki had not told him anything.

Same with the masked man. He felt that it would be better if he helped those Hunters chase the monsters that escaped the battle area rather than having to wait inside an empty cafe like this.

But, they finally understood why the two of them had to be in that place to look after Rin, just a few minutes later.

Miyuki seemed to be able to estimate and take into account that those monsters would eventually escape from aggro and taunt Bimo. And it actually happened the moment he went to destroy the magic pillar.

The escaped monsters began to rampage and destroy all existing buildings, looking for life figures that might be hiding in a building.

Since they would eventually be able to sniff Rin out, they would definitely come flocking to the only human location near the gate.

The monsters begin to break through the walls of the cafe, attempting to attack Bimo and the masked man who must ultimately fight shoulder to shoulder while protecting the already fainted Rin.

Fortunately, the two Hunter jobs can complement each other. When Gus who was a Tanker was using his aggro and taunt skill, the masked man could easily finish off those monsters with the speed and attacks of his extremely deadly Assassin skill.

Those monsters were the bosses of each Dungeon. They possessed strength equivalent to an SSS-ranked Hunter.

The two-horned monster, which numbered 25, was very difficult to defeat even by Gina, Kevin and Bimo.

Usually, they only faced 1 of them each Hunter-hunter was facing an S-rank Dungeon. But, since the Dungeon gates were now many, there were also many two-horned monsters that they had to face.

When the three Hunters were already in the encirclement of all the horned monsters that Bimo tied with his skill, Gina immediately gave a buff attack with 5 times the strength.

That was when Kevin used the fireball rain skill which then burned the entire battle area.

The sound of explosions rang out unbrokenly for nearly 10 minutes as the rain of fireballs continued to rain down the land nonstop.

Hunter-hunters who had previously been asked to step away from the explosion area, could only see the horrors of the skill of the SSSS ranked Hunter whose magic energy alone made them tremble.

Kevin deliberately stored the skill because he had to use almost all of his Mana energy to activate it. Kevin did wait for the two-horned monsters to come out first before doing so.

But, even though Kevin had attacked them all out, there were still some two-horned monsters still alive.

the 15 surviving monsters knew that their opponents had now exhausted their Mana energy. Therefore, they directly advanced and attacked the 3 Hunters who were already sitting exhausted in the middle of the battle area.

But, just before the monsters hit their targets, Gina, Kevin and Bimo, the monsters suddenly began to fall with their heads that had disappeared somewhere.

"You're on time, Miyu," said Gina softly, before she laid herself on the ground. Gina had run out of her Mana energy as well, just like Kevin and Bimo.

"I've destroyed all of his magic pillars." Said Miyuki who then smiled triumphantly at the three of them.

"Oh, even if it doesn't matter after seeing your smile," said Bimo loudly, before he finally fell flat on his back from exhaustion.

Gina and Kevin who had fallen asleep on the ground first, looked at each other. It was only the first time they had heard Bimo say words that slightly sounded like he was teasing someone like that.

But, what the two of them saw next was much more shocking.

Miyuki was sitting near Bimo. He then placed Bimo's head over his thighs, then gently stroked the man's hair.

"You've been working hard" Miyuki said in a soft voice.

The voice sounded very foreign in Gina and Kevin's ears which of course immediately sat down and looked at Miyuki with frowning brows.

"Hey, is there something between you?" ask Kevin, curious.

"Well, she's my number one product" Miyuki said.

Kevin and Gina : "..."
