The Goddess Of War

The Goddess Of War
Chapter 214 - Return to the Planet of Exile

Anna stared at the vast sea without any land with guilt.

There is only a lump of rock sticking out high from the surface of the water on the planet.

Goddess Ann has taken her back to the planet Anna lived on for 15,000 years, which is even longer than the time she spent on Earth from the age of 0-18, after they felt a stabbing pain inside the head due to being too long in the galaxy of other gods.

Anna suddenly thought back to the twin swords, when she saw the rock where the two swords had been stuck there for 15,000 years before she managed to pull them out.

He had almost forgotten the twin swords that had suddenly disappeared after the presence of the supervisory board.

"Goddess Ann, where are the two swords?" anna asked with a very casual talk to the goddess Ann.

Unlike when he talked to other gods, Anna felt very comfortable while talking to the goddess Ann. He felt like he was talking to his own family even though at first he felt a little strange talking to the body that he had been 'wearing' for 1 full year.

["I'm in your right hand, man,"] said a man's voice from the right side of Anna's ear.

Surprised at the sound, Anna turned to the right, but found no one there. He then looked at his right hand before looking over here and there again.

As he was still searching for the unseen voice, he again heard a voice from his left.

["I'm in your left hand"] said a woman's voice from the left side of Anna's ear.

"You're in my hands?"

["Yes."] Both swords at the same time.

"What are you guys doing in there?!" anna asked in horror, while raising both of her hands and looking at her in turn.

"I usually keep them in my hands" said the goddess Ann.

"In the hand? Don't they have some kind of shell?"

"Not that I don't want to make it. It's just, disrespectfully putting two gods inside a sleeve, right?" said the goddess Ann, asking back with a gentle smile at the end of the sentence.

"They're both gods too?!" Anna was aghast when she learned the identity of the twin swords. He looked at his two arms again, then asked, "But...., how can you guys dissipate Mana energy? I can't feel your existence at all."

["We locked it, just as you did,"] said the red sword in the right hand.

"You can call the red-bladed sword Ogun and the blue-bladed sword Ezili." The goddess Ann.

"Is that your real name?"

["Yes. That's our real name."] Ezili, blue-bladed sword.

Anna remained silent. She glanced at both her hands and the goddess Ann in turn.

'Are they gods who turned them into swords?'

Goddess Ann could guess what was going through Anna's mind and she laughed.

"They became swords and followed me of their own will. Don't get me wrong" said the goddess Ann.

Both of Anna's cheeks were blushing. He was misunderstanding. "That's so..."

Anna then took a long spear that was now shaped as small as a toothpick, from behind the end of the catsuit arm on her wrist.

"Can this be stored in the body?"

"No. A god that is turned into a weapon after losing a fight will only be an heirloom weapon. They lost their souls. Their souls have returned to nothingness. They could be changed to weapons or armor because the Mana energy they had previously left on the body. Not like a free soul. If you return to the void of the gods, your Mana energy will not be able to follow you."

Anna quiet. Repeating those words in his mind to explore their meaning.

'They're cruel.'

Anna remained silent for a while. This time he rethinks what he wants to know, because he is currently with a god who certainly has the answer.

There were a lot of questions that he wanted to answer before.

Unfortunately, when he had met a person who should be able to answer all these questions, all the questions he had thought about for a long time evaporated.

The beautiful, graceful and charismatic figure of the goddess Ann, makes Anna suddenly forget everything she wants to know.

For this reason Anna rethinks the question she wants to ask in silence.

"Why did you give me your Mana core?"

Goddess Ann smiled before answering her.

"Where might I give my Mana core? You might destroy the Earth if the ball you swallowed was my Mana core."

"What's? But, didn't the statue say that it was Mana's core?"

"What?!" knowing that, the goddess Ann was shocked.

"..."

"..." the goddess Ann suddenly smiled awkwardly.

Anna was getting upset again when she realized the statue that had always ignored her had apparently lied to her.

"Did he lie to me?"

"Well, that... For sure I gave you a small part of my power through that crystal ball." The goddess Ann, turning her guilty face away, found out the board of trustees was lying to Anna.

Anna took a deep breath, trying to temper her anger at the supervisory board .

"So, why did you give me this power? Plus you gave me your own weapon and two new items, too?"

"I need you to do a job I can't do on my own." The goddess Ann was quick, as if she had been waiting for the question to be asked.

"Is there a job you can't do alone?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"What's that?"

"Fetch my sister on a planet, in the same dimension as the Anunnaki."

"What?!"

Goddess Ann then opened a gate in front of them. "This is the path to the planet."

Anna ignored the gate.

"Why don't you do it yourself? I still have business with the demons who have opened the gates on Earth."

Goddess Ann shook her head.

"You won't be able to find their hiding place."

"I'll just enter all those Dungeons."

"You think I'd let all those gates stay on Earth if I could do as you say?"

"..."

"They hide between four-dimensional gaps."

"Four-dimensional slit?"

Goddess Ann is.

"I will briefly explain that you understand a little bit of what it means" said the goddess Ann, asking Anna to listen only to what she was going to say.

"In this container of Absolute creation, there are four universes in four different dimensions. In every dimension, there are gods who have the responsibility to guard every galaxy,"

"Every god in one universe in the same dimension has an attachment to one another. So, as we go after the trouble-makers, we'll help each other tell us where the creature we're after is, as long as it's still in our galaxy of power,"

"Not a single creature can hide from the watchful eye of the ruling god of a galaxy. The only place they could hide was between the dimensional gaps because there was no ruling god given Absolut the responsibility to guard it."

Until there, the goddess Ann stared at Anna for a long time. He has not continued his explanation.
