Chapter 197 - Wang Liu Gong

Since the powerful Hunter-hunter was gone, Wang Xu Chan, the only S-rank Hunter who now served as the Association's chairman, was, finally calling back the old Hunter-hunter Association that he had previously asked to resign, he was blocked and not given permission to conduct a raid.

And please tell that mister Wang, I will return to the Association willingly when someone like mister Stewart becomes its chairman," Liu Gong then smiled as he patted Riko on the shoulder, "I hope you don't stray too far like my father and brother, man."

As soon as Liu Gong walked out of the bar, a person in all-black clothes, a long robe and headscarf who seemed to want to hide his identity, suddenly ran over and greeted him.

"Jester?"

"Can you come with me?" ask Jester with a hopeful face.

"certain. Is there anything important?"

Hearing that answer, Jester felt relieved. He thought Liu Gong might resist, as he ignored many phone calls and short messages.

"Come, follow me first" asked Jester, who then walked half-run across the street.

Liu Gong followed Jester until they arrived and got into a black SUV that had been parked across the street 30 minutes ago, just off the bar.

"Do you have a need with me?" Liu Gong asked as the SUV had already started to drive away from the location of the bar where he and Riko had met.

"We need your help." Zhu Ming, who was sitting in the driver's seat and driving the SUV, drove away from downtown C.

Liu Gong was a bit surprised to see Zhu Ming who he knew was so irritable in terms of speaking it had responded to his question. Especially when the sentence that he felt was impossible came out of Zhu Ming's mouth, he heard.

"You need my help? Did I not hear wrong?" liu Gong asked to be sure.

"You didn't hear wrong" said Jester. "You remember our conversation back when we were on our way to the Association's office?"

Liu Gong recalled the day that Zhu Ming had saved himself and the Academy disciple who was currently taking the examination from the abnormal state of a Dungeon.

"Yes. Did you guys find any evidence of the slander they did to Uncle Liu Xu?"

Jester nodded quickly. "It's not just evidence. We even found their plot!"

"Are we going to go catch them?" asked Liu Gong curiously.

"You're right." Zhu Ming said, "We found the location where they gathered from the investigation that Mr. Stewart conducted after getting their meeting point from Miss Anna."

"What?!"

Jester who was sitting next to the driver's seat, smiled as he, who was sitting sideways to look at Zhu Ming and Liu Gong at once, saw Liu Gong's shocked expression.

"You work with Mr Stewart?" ask Liu Gong again.

"Yes. He regretted his carelessness in imprisoning uncle Liu Xu and intended to clear his name." Zhu Ming said, glancing at the rearview mirror near his head to see Liu Gong's response and expression.

Liu Gong did not respond to him. He leaned on the chair while taking a deep breath, recalling how his uncle was very 'straight' in work it has plunged his father and his own brother into the vile case that his father and brother actually did.

"But where did Miss Anna go? I've often asked Miss Gina for her whereabouts but they also seem to have lost track." Jester said, breaking the silence.

Zhu Ming glanced at him with a suspicious face.

"You call Miss Stewart often? You even called her by her first name." asked Zhu Ming, suspiciously.

Jester blushed, realizing that he was lost. "Yes. I wonder where Miss Anna has been for eight months."

"Are you curious about Miss Anna or just because you want to call Miss Stewart?"
