Baruna Pov's
Two days later ....
I shuffled into Felicia's treatment room. He was sitting on his bed, making a video call with someone. His gaze immediately led to me as I walked closer and stopped in front of him.
"Yes, yeah, Bun. Baruna had just come," he said, waving a farewell.
"Yes. Quickly home. Rafa misses you so much."
"Yes, Bun."
Felicia then disconnected the call. He lowered his feet to the floor, inching closer.
"Hows it? Did the doctor let me go home?" tanyakanya.
I hugged and kissed her forehead. "Yes, Fel. You can come home today."
Felicia looked at me with her sparkling eyes as if in disbelief I had just hugged her. "What's going on? Lately your attitude has changed for me."
I raised my eyebrows. "May I kiss my wife's forehead?"
"Of course!" Felicia's eyes looked sparkling.
"Whatever it is. I want to change and improve our household." I gripped it with a small smile.
"really?" Felicia looked astonished.
I took Felicia back to the bed and sat down next to her. Looked at him with a deep enough look. "I'll open my heart to you."
"If I was a criminal, huh?" his reply.
"You think about it?"
"Little bit. Shouldn't I be serving my sentence for injuring those two?"
I snorted with a wry smile, hearing Felicia's question. Yep. I haven't told her that Aunt Aina has dropped the charges against my wife.
"Why don't you answer that, Bar?" Felicia asked again.
Instantly my gaze was directed at the bandage still attached to Felicia's wrist. The result of a stupid act that made him treated and had experienced a critical condition.
"They're dropping charges against you, Fel."
Felicia turned away surprised to hear my answer. "You're serious?"
"Yes. I'm serious."
Felicia was confused. He turned his eyes away, bowed in silence. Before long, a tearful circle of himself was seen falling down his two clenched hands.
"Fel, you ...."
"I. I want to meet them" the woman concluded.

"Is it all, honey?" I turned my eyes to Sheryl who was cleaning up my things and stuffed them into a suitcase.
"Yes. I don't think there's one left, either" Sheryl replied, grabbing some items from the table. Before long, he got up to his feet dragging a suitcase near me, "finished."
I smiled, getting out of bed and approaching him. "Thank you for helping me pack," I said and hugged her.
We looked at each other and smiled. I combed her hair behind her ears. Closer his face to me. Our breaths meet when the two foreheads stick together. Slowly I gave Sheryl a kiss that grew deeper and deeper. And he did the same. Kissing her seemed to help me replenish the energy all this time.
"Ehem!"
"You don't mean to add days to your treatment, do you, Rey?" he said, with a faint smile on his lips. My mother walked over to us.
"Mama-Mama...." As perplexed, I lost my mind for a moment. My tongue is stiff like someone who has just been caught committing a crime.
"Day, Aunt." Sheryl looks wrong in front of Mama. He immediately lowered his head in respect.
Mama pats Sheryl's shoulder, smiles at her. "When are you ready to marry my son?"
Asked like that, Sheryl increasingly looks wrong. The woman flashed a small smile with eyes glancing at me. The color of his face turned very red.
"Ta-Tante," he stuttered.
"Mama, isn't it upside to ask Sheryl something like that? I'm the one who wants to marry her, "my sergeant's trying to cut their conversation.
Mama raised her eyebrows staring at us in turn. Before long, he even chuckled with a loud voice as if he was looking at a very funny show.
Sheryl and I looked at each other, letting my mother finish her laugh. I rarely see myself like that. Letting go of the laughter so loose as to get rid of all the burdens in the heart.
Sheryl seems to be affected by Mama. He started smiling and laughing. I laughed as if her laughter was contagious. We laughed together, to the point of not realizing that there was a husband and wife who were standing behind the door when I looked back.
"Baruna, Felicia," I said at once stopping the laughter.
Mama and Sheryl stopped laughing, turning to them. Baruna inching closer followed by Felicia who followed him with hesitant steps.
"Will you go home?" baruna asked when she saw the suitcase near me.
I pulled a line of smiles. "Yes, I was sent home. What about your wife?" I asked back.
Baruna grabbed Felicia's hand, grasping it. "We're also going home today, but before we go home Fely wants to tell you something."
I looked at Mama and Sheryl. Mama's face seemed slightly stiffened to find the woman who had injured her son in front of her. She whispered to me, "Rey, Mama will call the police just in case."
Haven't heard my answer yet, Mama seemed ready. I quickly withdrew his hand, whispering back, "Fely it wouldn't be anything if there were a lot of people nearby, Ma."
"You can vouch for it?" asked Mama who immediately got a nod from me.
Mama paused her intention, turning around to sit on the sofa. I also invited our two guests to sit down to join Mama.
"Rey, I've forgiven that woman. But really, I don't want to talk to him" Sheryl whispered in my ear.
"You don't have to talk. We will listen to what he wants to say," I said slowly, holding his hand tightly.

Sheryl Pov's
Currently Felicia was sitting opposite me, Reynand, and Aunt Aina. I don't know what she wants to say to bother coming to Reynand's treatment room with her husband. But instead I saw the woman keep her head down without speaking after a few minutes we received her arrival.
"So, what does your wife want to tell us both?"
Reynand opened the conversation. But Baruna just looked at Felicia. Slowly, the woman raised her face. Shuts changed. It wasn't like that night that was so challenging when looking at me. This time, he showed a look of regret on his face.
"Tante, Sheryl, Reynand, I really regret all the bad things I did. I'm really sorry" he said, bowing his head. Showing how sorry he was for doing this to all of us, "i am also very grateful that you dropped the charges against me."
Silent. Not a single word came out of our mouths. Reynand and I looked at each other and let out a long sigh. Didn't expect Felicia to apologize like this, even though she never regretted or apologized to me personally for seizing Baruna.
"How do I know you're sincerely saying regret for your actions, Felicia?" Suddenly Aunt Aina opened her mouth.
"I promise to stay away from your family. Nor will I disturb Reynand and Sheryl's relationship" he said, turning his gaze to me, "Sheryl and Reynand, you deserve to be happy."
After saying the last sentence I was only able to look at Felicia with a cold look. I don't know why, not a single word came out of my lips, but I forgave him. But my little heart said it didn't want to deal with Felicia again even if it was just for one word.
"of course! Sheryl and I deserve to be happy. I don't think you should bother getting away from us, because we're gonna get away from you. I've decided not to stay in Indonesia after we get married." Reynand said so firmly. His words suddenly made me and Aunt Aina turned to him.
"Rey, you haven't discussed it with us yet." I cut their conversation.
