The Marriage Order

The Marriage Order
S3 Memory that Suddenly Appears

Reynand Pov's

I turned my body when I heard that voice. Sheryl stared with anxiety on her face. I don't know because of what.

"You're going?" ask Sheryl.

"Yes. Why am I here while the woman I want to be happy just rejects me after our kiss that was so hot." I satirize him with a cold look.

"It turns out you're really mad." Sheryl showed me her regrets.

"Yes, how else. You said you would maintain the integrity of your household, right? There can't be any more openings for me to get into your heart." I said a sentence that was honestly so painful.

Sheryl didn't answer. He lowered his gaze. Meanwhile, I could only take the breath I was forced to be relieved at that very instant.

I walked closer, rubbing the top of his head. "Sorry to make your position difficult. I was selfish" I said.

"Why?" Sheryl's voice sounded hoarse.

"Huh?" As my eyes rolled round not understanding his words, "why what?" my many.

"Why don't you say everything you know? You look the same as them. You seem to be hiding something from me."

I cringed in surprise. "I don't understand what you mean. I'm not hiding anything" I told a lie.

"Who .. who is that woman?" tanyakanya.

"That woman?"

"You always accuse Baruna of cheating. If you don't know, you can't say so sure."

My breath held for a moment. I bit my lips in doubt because of what Dad said at the time. "I don't want to talk about it. If you want to survive in your household, then just accept your fate like that. Nevermind! I think I'm done here. This place really makes bad memories for me," I obviously turned back.

I shuffled towards my car. But when I opened the door, the shirt on my arm felt pulled from behind.

"Shery?" I was surprised because it turned out that Sheryl was following from behind. His hand pulled my sleeve.

"Don't go! Don't leave me here alone" he said in a trembling voice.

I breathed heavily staring at him. It feels wrong. "No, Sher. Looks like we need time to be able to think about the future we want to make."

Hearing my words, Sheryl slowly let go of her hand. I'll get in the car immediately. Leaving him alone, full of sorrow, in the courtyard of the house of Ashraf.

Sheryl Pov's

Time seems to pass very quickly. I who was left behind by Reynand began to get used to living without his shadow. We're not communicating at all. And I really lost her figure.

Baruna has changed. He spends more time in the office. Home at night and there was not the slightest conversation between us if we met. Same with Felicia. If asked, both compacts say there is a lot of work in the office. I don't know, sometimes I get suspicious of both of them.

A marriage like this is really not what I want. Our marriage was so cold that it made me uneasy every day.

Like this morning, Baruna just came out of the bathroom wrapped in her bathrobe. While I still sit dressed in front of the makeup mirror. She was wearing her work clothes without saying anything.

"Will I come home tonight?" I just glanced at him in the mirror.

"Yes" Baruna replied, and then turned to me, "why isn't that necklace around your neck?" tanyakanya.

"Is that important now?" I asked back.

"You started it" replied Baruna.

"Start what?"

"Be cold to me."

"Why doesn't anyone understand my amnesia? Holy hooch! No one wants to go through something bad." I stood up and turned and looked at him annoyed. Really am! Once we spoke, Baruna made me rise in blood.

"You're always quibbling on that amnesia. I don't think that makes any sense. Don't you actually remember and now you're pretending to punish me?"

I exhaled a rough breath, staring at Baruna sharply. "Punish? Have you made a mistake? And as for my amnesia, you should not accuse me like that. Really am! I don't know why my past memories haven't come back yet."

"Why did you switch the conversation, Mas?" I'm waist-racked.

"I'm dizzy arguing with you. You also know my job is enough to make me dizzy. Good thing there's Fely helping me."

Fely again …. Lately the name of his cousin's brother often slid from his lips. She looks happy Felicia helped her in the office.

I'm not commenting. Baruna kissed my forehead, saying, "Let's have breakfast first."

A few hours later ….

What else am I supposed to do now? I feel so bored being here. This large house was very quiet when everyone went to do their own activities. Likewise with Mother who began to drive Rafael to school on his first day in kindergarten.

My phone suddenly sounded. I glanced at the screen. Baruna's office called.

"Yes, Mom?" I said in a lazy tone.

"Sher, my phone is left in the nightstand drawer" he said without further ado.

I immediately opened the drawer. Sure enough the phone is there. "Yes, your phone's left behind."

"Then, have Mr. Amri bring him to the office right now."

"Yes." Yeah."

The call was cut off. I'll bring Baruna's phone down immediately. Look at the car garage. Mr. Amri was washing the family car. The rain that had fallen since morning had indeed made the vehicle dirtier than usual. Mr. Amri who had just washed and looked tired made me undo the intention of asking for his help.

I open the car door immediately. Mr. Amri, who saw me, asked, "Where is Sheryl going?"

"To the office of Ashraf. Baruna left her phone, "I replied.

Hearing my answer, Mr. Amri looked rowdy and showed a strange gurgle. "Let me drive him, Mom."

"Why? Despite the amnesia, I can still drive a car, sir. Just relax!" my mouth is smiling.

"Oh, so. Yeah, already. Mother be careful on the road. Don't speed! The road must be slippery because of the rain. I'm sure Mr. Baruna will wait patiently for his phone" said Mr. Amri finally succumbed.

I just nodded. Shortly after, I left the courtyard of the Asyraf residence in my car.

The rain that was getting heavier made my heart a little uneasy. The moving car glass weeper drives away the rainwater as if evoking a stifled memory. Not to mention when the lightning revealed its sinister luster. I shuddered to myself in the middle of such an atmosphere.

Suddenly my head hurt. There was a conversation between me and Baruna. We had a big fight. While enduring the headache, subconsciously, I stepped on the gas deeper than before.

"Listen yes, Sheryl! Maybe I deserved a blow from Reza. And I'm sure you're the one who's most happy to see him hit me. Yep! You win a lot. Everyone stands up for and supports you. Your parents, your brother, and Rey. No one understands my position. Only Father and Mother understand my current situation."

"What do you mean? Why do you say that? It's not a matter of winning or losing. And just so you know, I don't like violence. Not like you said, really! I'm not happy to see Brother punch you."

"You don't have to lie to cover it up!"

"Why am I lying? I just don't agree you brought Fely and Rafa into our house."

"On what basis do you disagree? She's my son and Fely is his mother! They cannot be separated. You better quickly adapt to their presence later at home."

"Mas!"

"Your jealousy and disapproval are completely irrelevant. I have nothing to do with him. Instead, you should reflect. Don't you think that I don't know about your closeness and Rey's. Father and Mother have told it. You've been meeting with him a lot, haven't you?"

"If you talk like that about me, what about yourself? I really don't know what you're doing in Tokyo. The three? Oh, no. I think Rafael is just an excuse. I'm sure there's something between you."

"You were intentional, weren't you? Intentionally provoked my anger."

Skiit!

The conversation instantly broke. I stepped on the brakes suddenly as a white sedan right in front of my car passed, cutting off the road in the middle of a motorway intersection.
