Baruna Pov's
"Dad, are the documents for the meeting finished?"
I walked into Dad's study without knocking on his door. But Dad wasn't in his chair.
I turned to look at Dad's long couch. It looks like Aina and Aunty Father are sitting opposite each other. Both of them immediately set their sights on me.
"It's done. It's on the table" replied the serious-faced father.
"Corn, Auntie," I said with a small smile.
"Corn, Bar," said Aunt Aina coldly as usual.
I continued to take the documents I needed. But my steps suddenly stopped because of hearing the talk of Father and Aunt Aina.
"What else are you waiting for, Aina? They have received the blessing of the Great. Don't you have to give that blessing, too?"
"Today I saw Rey and Sheryl so cheerful. They openly publicized their special relationship in the office, when I knew they were keeping it a secret" Aina said. Hearing his words suddenly made me turn my eyes towards them. The look on Reynand's mother's face looked a little moody.
"It is only natural..who is not happy to get the blessing of parents? They can move on to the next level to get married."
"Didn't you also oppose it, An?"
"Yes, but that's when Sheryl was still tied to Baruna's wedding. I didn't support Rey's relationship with her at all. I even warned Reynand to stay away. Who would have thought it would end up like this. They both love each other."
"You've always adored that feeling of love to the point of hurting everyone around you, An." Aunt Aina replied to him with a heartbreaking satire. Unfortunately, Dad didn't say. He seemed to justify the words of his ex-wife.
For a moment a quiet atmosphere was created. Dad looked cornered by the words Aunt Aina. I took a deep breath, then said, "I hope Dad will catch up with me to the meeting room soon." A sentence immediately slid to end their conversation.
"Have you taken the documents?" Dad raised his eyebrows. Another signal countered my words. He wanted me to immediately take the documents and leave his room.
Aunt Aina did not continue her words. The woman stared at me without a word. But the attention made me wonder what was really on his mind.
"Here you go, Dad." I hurriedly grabbed the documents I needed and hurried away from them. But just as she was about to reach for the doorknob, Aunt Aina called out to me.
"Baruna, wait!"
My steps were back in the room. Without moving, Aunt Aina got up from her seat. "Tante wants to ask you something."
Aunty Aina's sudden serious face made my heart beat fast. Maybe my question about what he thought would be answered after this. I immediately approached them and joined them sitting on the sofa.
"Do you still have feelings for Sheryl?"
One question that shot out of Aunt Aina's mouth made my esophagus stuck in silence. I can't possibly be honest with two parents staring into a serious conversation about the future of Reynand and Sheryl.
"Aina, what is that question? There is no way Baruna still has feelings for his ex-wife, while he is waiting for his second child to be born into the world" protested Father in astonishment. He looked at us in turn. But Aunt Aina didn't seem to care about Dad's question. Aunt Aina is waiting for a definite answer from me.
"You don't get me wrong, Bar. Aunt just wanted to make sure of it."
"That feeling only existed in the past, Auntie." I answered in a sentence full of lies.
Aunt Aina nodded, then took her eyes off me. "Alright, An. Then I'll say goodbye." Aina's aunt grabbed her bag and pulled out a medium-sized invitation envelope from it, "it's actually a surprise event for Reynand. But I came here actually just meant to invite you guys."
A small smile. Aunt Aina just nodded her head, then turned to look at me. "Today this week. You should also come with your wife and child" he said.
I just nodded small. Really am! I don't understand the question Aunt Aina asked me just now. What exactly is he thinking?

Felicia was sitting on the chair as I entered my study. No words were said when he saw it. This is the third day we fought and ignored each other.
Felicia suddenly stood up. He walked over. "Darling, how about we have dinner outside?" his tan suddenly touched both shoulders while tidying up my suit.
I glanced at my watch. At seven o'clock in the night. But I was not in a good mood after attending a meeting that consumed a lot of energy.
"You didn't take Rafa?" I asked in a flat tone, moved away from Felicia to my desk, then leaned on the chair.
"So Mommy wants to be accompanied by Rafa. So, I left it at home."
I took a deep breath and sat down at my desk. "I'm tired, Fel. How about we just go home and have dinner with the others." I turned down Felicia.
Felicia turned around. He pulled his arms from behind. "I want to apologize to you, Bar. I know I was wrong. But you have to know how pregnant women are so sensitive. Especially if it is about his heart and his feelings. I'm sad to hear you still have feelings for your ex-wife. Just imagine! If you were me, wouldn't you be hurt to hear that your partner still has feelings for his ex?"
"You're sorry? Fely, don't you think it hurt him too?"
"So, you want to still take revenge on me, huh?" Felicia pulled her hand away. He then got up and stood in a half-bows position before me, "look at me, Bar! We are married now. Don't you have the slightest bit of love for me?"
I gulped at the pregnant woman who was wondering about my love for her. If he doesn't tease me, I don't have to feel compelled to marry him. Besides, unfortunately I can't separate Rafael from his birth mother either.
"I love my son" I said.
"Bar, you're so outrageous! Compared to Sheryl, how long do you think I've loved you? Is this the meaning of our togetherness as a family? Am I just going to be a mother to your kids, huh?!"
"You don't have to dramatize things. You know it all the best yourself. You took away all my happiness." I returned it with a cold look.
"You chose me and Rafael!" Felicia shouted in annoyance. Enforcing the body is more challenging. His breath puffed together with his face that looked tired from being heavily pregnant.
Hearing Felicia's words, I suddenly got up to pick up a suit. "We'd better go home. I don't want to talk about it anymore."
I chose to end this conversation. Our anger will have no end if one of us does not give up.
"Why do you always avoid talking about this? You're the one who made the mistake of cheating on your ex-wife, but it's me you always blame."
Instantly, I gulped at Felicia's words. Again the saying is a mistake that never seems to be forgiven to everyone.
"Fely, I'll forgive you. So please don't make things any more complicated! I'm really tired!" I say straightforwardly.
No answer for a moment. Felicia was silent. But a few jokes later, he nodded his head. "All right, I get it, Bar."
I took a deep breath and threw it away quickly. Immediately bring him home. Felicia finally complied. His head continued to bow and was silent all the way to the lobby. But suddenly I heard him muttering softly, "If I can't be happy, Sheryl can't be happy either."
