The Marriage Order

The Marriage Order
S3 Fighting

Reynand POVs

I was eager to curse Baruna when I saw her go inside the nursery and sit on the sofa. I, who did not want to be close to Baruna, dropped my butt on the edge of the bed. Staring sharply at the pretentious face of it.

Growled. Completely furious considering he who was only silent as another woman hugged from behind. He thought he was single until he freely allowed it? And I don't think Sheryl knows at all. No one told me this couple was fighting. Or am I the one who doesn't know?

Impatiently, I asked him, "Bar, who was that woman in the park the other day?"

I watched him closely. His net seemed rounded in surprise. However, he hurriedly hid his surprise.

"Lo see all?" Baruna asked back.

"Yes. I saw the woman swerving you from behind," I replied to the point. I don't want to mince words anymore. "Who is he?" I asked back.

"Felic." A short answer came from his mouth.

"The same felicia as sheryl's friend?"

"Enough. You don't have to dig further. This is my business" he replied, suddenly showing a serious facial water.

"It can't be, dong. Lo has a wife. Lo wife Sher–"

"Yes, my wife is Sheryl. What's Sheryl?! You have the right to be his hero?!" Baruna cut my words. He became emotional and challenging when I brought up Sheryl's name.

"Yes. Because of Sheryl, I deserve to know everything, Bar!" My breath hunts back. "Inget, yeah! I put everything away for her happiness. And you even like gini. Sheryl should know how her husband is."

"Gue please don't interfere in this matter. I'm going to settle down as soon as possible and he doesn't need to know because it's not like what's in your brain. Your negative thoughts are in fact envious of my happiness!"

"Ck! Your mind is really short-sighted, Bar! Bener ... I'm really happy if in the end the decision I took was wrong. He should be the same as me!" I'm getting pissed. Baruna is very smart to provoke anger.

"In fact, he's not in love with you. And you have to accept that."

Stuffy. Not the same as my illness. But this tightness is due to the words of Baruna who told the truth that I honestly did not want to hear. Without him even saying it, Sheryl had rejected me many times.

I was silent not to reply to her words. In my heart I swear by anything I'll take Sheryl back from her. What a shitty step sister!

We were both silent. Baruna did not admit anything. He did not even give a clear reason.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door a few times from outside. I kept it quiet until the door opened and Sheryl appeared in the doorway, then stepped in with her sad face. Regardless of my presence still sitting on the edge of the bed, she threw herself down to sit beside Baruna.

Actually he came to see me or his friend's son, anyway?

I grumbled inwardly in my heart. Raising your head to look at the ceiling of the room. Pretend nothing happened between me and her husband.

"What's up, honey?" Baruna's voice greeting Sheryl made me curious and glanced at them.

"I'm sad to see Rafa like that. Can't we do something for her, honey?" asked Sheryl to look at Baruna. The eyes that I believe must be full of love to make me jealous until the crown.

"Eitherway. If money help could be. Besides, I can't do anything for the boy" Baruna replied.

"Yeah ...." Sheryl looked so disappointed.

I who was still not considered by the couple then sneered subtly, "Are you not sad to see me?"

Sheryl got up from her seat. His eyes move to the right and left. He seemed to be nervous hearing my words.

I was so surprised, almost pulling my face away. Yet he was desperately landing his palm, not awkward at all even in front of Baruna.

"There is no fever" he said, lowering his hand, and bringing his ear to my face, "your breath is no longer breath."

"Who said I have a fever and I'm still claustrophobic?" I sneered.

"You're healthy, Rey. I think you can go home" he replied with a raised eyebrow and slightly weaved lips.

"Indeed. I'm waiting for the infusion to run out. Mama's gonna pick me up later in the afternoon."

"Thank God. This is good news. Yeah, right, honey?" tanya Sheryl turned her gaze to Baruna.

Baruna nodded while smiling. An angelic smile that sickens me for a moment.

"Then, let's go back to the office. The lunch hour is over" Baruna said as she glanced at her watch.

"He-it." Sheryl nodded then turned her head back towards me and said, "We're going home, Rey. Don't mind much and reduce your smoking habits. That's not healthy!"

"You're like Nay!" grumbling.

Sheryl chuckles. "That's because I care about you, Rey. You must be healthy and happy."

"Thank you." I'm nodding.

Baruna POVs

"Darling, thank you for driving me to the room."

I looked at him who had a sweet smile on his face. Unable to bear looking at it, both of my arms involuntarily stretched out pulling his waist from behind. We are very close now. But when I was about to kiss her, she pulled her face away.

"Honey, at home, yeah. It's office. I didn't want the viona to see me as unprofessional" she refused as she glanced outside the window of the room that had the frosted glass.

I looked out. His secretary was seen sitting there. He looked at the laptop in front of him.

"He was busy himself. Let it go, anyway. Besides, we're husband and wife" I said, then lifted Sheryl's body and sat her down on the desk.

We kissed too. My anxiety instantly disappeared and only Sheryl was in mind. Yeah, Felicia can't take advantage of this. My household must not fall apart with her and Rafa present.

For a long time we kissed when suddenly there was a knock on the door from outside. Sheryl and I immediately stopped our activities. He got off the table and I looked back.

Reza stood by the door. Looking at us with an awkward look. "It seems, I had the wrong moment," he said, then flipping his body about to leave, but I hurriedly prevented it.

"Za! Don't go!"

Reza stopped his steps. He turned his body to look at me. "Hi, Bar. Long time no see," he said with a strange grin.

We have not met for a long time. Ever since Sheryl was pregnant, she quickly felt tired. His time off was used to rest. I rarely met my two in-laws. Work really takes time. Especially when it comes to Sheryl's house, Reza is always not at home. This one looks pretty busy.

I walked up to him. Without hesitation, he hugged her tightly. "Lo know, I miss you!"
