Baruna PoVs

I was in a wallless white room. Wearing white clothes. Looking around, there was nothing there. There's just plain white.

Where am I? Am I dead?

There was nothing I could do but walk slowly and straight - not necessarily direction and purpose. Over time the white space changed to dark. There is not a single thing visible to the eye.

What is this place? Why it gets so dark.

Tap-tap-tap!

There were increasingly clear footsteps approaching. A man I knew very well approached me. Reynand.

"Rey, what are you doing here?" my many.

Reynand smiled grinningly. His arrogant face mocked me.

"Bar, Sheryl is mine" he said, laughing.

"You mean?"

"Take him for me and I'll be very grateful. Enough up to here you've made a fool of him," he said.

"No! Sheryl's mine!" reject me.

"But he loves me" he said.

"He just loves me, Rey!" I insist on refusing his words.

"There will soon be children among us. Go out of this world in peace. I'll be happy for him."

"Damn lo, Rey!" I clenched my hand trying to punch him, he managed to twitch, but not punch back.

"Good bye!"

The figure smiled and just disappeared. I took a deep breath. My tears are shed little by little.

What does Reynand mean? Whose little boy? What the hell is going on with me? Why can't I leave this place?

I started running in a dark atmosphere. It was so fast I didn't know where I was running. Weary. My sweat started to pour. My heart is beating so hard.

God, what does this all mean?

Not long after, I saw Sheryl standing in front of me. Wear the wedding dress we ordered. So beautiful charming. Is it my wedding day?

"Sheril!" Called him.

My woman looked at me. His face looks sad. Wearing that wedding dress doesn't make her happy. When he tried it, he looked very happy.

"Darling ...," he said.

"Are we getting married today?" semringah.

He shook his head. Looked in my face. I immediately pulled her hand and hugged her petite body.

"I miss you" I said as I kissed the top of his head that smelled fresh strawberries.

He did not answer my words. Only sobs were heard. So painful it made my heart so painful.

I took off my embrace. Look at her teary eyes. Immediately I removed the tears flowing profusely from both corners of his eyes.

"Why are you so sad? Do you miss me so much that you're so moved like this?"

He nodded, not a word. Immediately I lifted her chin closer to my face and began to enjoy her sweet rancid lips. Sheryl didn't pay it back. She kept crying until I was confused as to what to do to calm my woman.

"Hey, what's wrong, baby?" my many.

He shook his head.

"Bar, Sheryl will marry me." Suddenly, Reynand's voice made me flinch.

My half-brother grabbed Sheryl's wrist and took her away.

"Sheryls! Sheryl!" I called him but he didn't look at all.

Suddenly Sheryl's voice came out. So clearly ringing in my ear, "Darling, don't go! Iloveyou! Awake up!"

At 11:00

Day two in the ICU waiting room.

Like yesterday, I was sitting in the ICU waiting room playing with my phone. Aunty Meri had permission to go to the lobby to buy coffee.

"Sher, how's Baruna?"

Suddenly I heard a familiar female voice. I looked up and found a couple standing in front of me. Indira and Brother Daniel.

"You guys, when's it coming?" I was surprised as I stood up to greet them.

"Just now." Indira hugged my body suddenly, then whispered, "Patience, Sher. The storm must have passed."

My throat was blocked from hearing his words. I feel like everyone comforts me, I always want to cry. My eyes began to tear up with the tears that were about to fall.

Indira rubbed my hair, still hugging. "Prophey, honey. Be steadfast!" consolations.

I nodded and immediately wiped my tears. Indira then took off her embrace. He looked me in the eye with a smile. "Look, the bride-to-be shouldn't look ugly."

I smiled back. Brother Daniel raised the corner of his lips thinly. He said, "We want to see Baruna."

"Please, but it shouldn't last long, brother."

"Yes, I want to know how things are going" said Brother Daniel.

"You can enter by yourself. I saw him just now. He's not conscious."

They nodded and walked towards the ICU room. I sat my body back on the chair. My head is looking up. I am so grateful that there are still people who remember us.

Five minutes later, they both walked out of the room. Looking at my face with a sad look, so sad.

"Gue's coming home, Sher. Patient, yes. Baruna will wake up soon and definitely look for lo" said Indira.

"Yes, Sher. Baruna must be healed. You will still get married later" added Brother Daniel comforted.

I nodded with a smile, "Thank you for taking the time to come see Kak Baruna."

"Yes, equally. We're saying yes, Sher." Indira hugged me tightly. He gave me a little strength to stand up and keep hoping.

Indira took off her embrace. The pregnant woman and her husband turned around to leave me. They walked hand in hand towards the elevator. I sit back.

Ten minutes later. Aunt Meri came with two paper cups of coffee in her hand. He came up to me and held out a paper cup of his coffee for me.

"Thank you, Auntie," I said.

"Together."

"The family of Mr. Baruna!" Suddenly the call of the ICU nurse shocked us.

Brother Baruna! What's wrong with her?

We hurried to our feet and stepped quickly into the room. Doctors and nurses were busy monitoring his progress. A letter of declaration and approval is shown on the table. We were told to read and sign the resuscitation agreement in case something happened to her.

"What's up?" tanya Aunty Meri was confused and very surprised.

"The conditions are suddenly not good. The general situation is declining. Please give consent if at any time the condition deteriorates," explained the doctor.

We looked at each other. Aunt Meri grabbed a pen nearby. His hands trembled as he put his signature on the paper. My chest rumbled violently seeing this kind of situation. The doctors and nurses observed Kak Baruna every second through the bedside monitor.

I barged into the glass-walled room, screaming and sobbing, "Darling, don't go! Iloveyou! Awake up!"

After my words, somehow suddenly his condition gradually improved. The numbers on the monitor slowly returned to normal. Baruna's sister is breathing regularly back.

My heart that was beating so fast, gradually began to be regular. I took a deep breath as if my nightmare had passed.

Aunt Meri was stunned at the moment to see the situation of Kak Baruna. He said, "Thank God, you still want to be with us, son."
