Reynand Pov's
The deg!
My eyes suddenly widened to hear the words of Sheryl who was in this very chaotic condition. How could she not remember her husband, and instead think I was his fiancee?
Either be happy or sad to respond to Sheryl's questions. Really am! I was in the middle of that feeling. In reality, I also could not carelessly answer that question before the doctor explained his current condition.
I returned Sheryl's serious eyes with the line of smile I had to do. "Sheryl, you'd better rest first, and don't mind anything. I can't answer it until the doctor says something about your condition."
"But Mr. Rey, I ...." Sheryl seemed to disagree.
I pulled back the two corners of my lips, revealing a bitter smile. "Call me Rey. You're not my secretary anymore."
Sheryl was silent, still with her puzzling gaze. I pulled my hand, rubbing my forehead to the top of his head that was still in a lying position.
"So ... How exactly is our relationship?
"Relationship, huh?" I laughed and replied, "I've always loved you, Sheryl." For the last time I expressed my feelings to him, "but ...."
I did not continue my sentence. The radiance of his eyes made me instantly undo it. He still looks confused.
"What was that guy who made everything change?" suddenly tanyanya.
I gulped at the question that had just slid from his mouth. "Name Baruna. I think he has more right to explain things to you."
"Somehow I trust you more, Rey," he said, turning his facial water serious.
I took a long breath. "I'm glad to hear that. You look so sweet right now. You should have been like this a long time ago" I said, carving a half-circle on my lips. My eyes narrowed, unintentionally pushing tears that were held back even though they were about to slide down the cheeks since then.
"You crying, Rey?" tanyakanya.
"No. I'm allergic to flower powder. The flower powder flew through the air to make me shed tears," I said pointing at the vase of flowers filled with blue daisies on the table.
"But the flowers and vase are far away, Rey. There's no way the powder's flying up here. There's no wind in this room anyway." Sheryl also set her sights on a flower vase that was located quite far from the bed. He then softly laughed at me.
My face warmed, ashamed to hear his words. Wiping away the tears, diverting my attention to any point.
"Not funny at all, Sheryl!"
After I said that, Sheryl who laughed suddenly stopped her chills. I glanced at his eyeballs that were moving towards the door of the room. Baruna, a doctor, and a female nurse are seen entering Sheryl's nursery. The three then approached us.
"Nothing happened, did it?" Baruna looked coldly at me.
"Please start checking," I replied unconcerned by Baruna's question. Immediately rise to their feet, taking a position somewhat away from them.

"How, Doc?" I asked the doctor who was checking on Sheryl when the doctor finished checking her out.
"Sorry, Sir. From a temporary examination I can conclude Sheryl's mother has amnesia."
Hearing the doctor's reply, I refuted quickly, "No way! If Sheryl's really amnesia, why does Sheryl remember Reynand? Even she remembers working with him and getting married ...." I pointed at Reynand who was standing not far from our position. But Reynand flinched, not responding.
"That could be a good sign if he can remember the moment or one who is around him. Hopefully Mr. Reynand can help Ms. Sheryl remember something else."
"Until that time, I can't predict it. We can only hope that Sheryl's mother has temporary amnesia. After this, I will provide several examinations that can support the development of his health condition. I hope Mr. Baruna can be patient in overcoming this calamity."
The doctor explained Sheryl's condition at length. After that, he went with the nurse who accompanied him.
I really can't accept it!
I walked over to my wife and sat down next to her. "Darling, I'm sorry, yes," I said again because he had not answered my apology.
Sheryl did not answer. He stared blankly, then turned his eyes to Reynand.
"Rey ...," he called her with anxious face water.
Reynand walked towards us. He stared at us in turn. Before long, my half-brother said, "I'll let you guys talk."
"Rey, you stay here" Sheryl asked me to buy more. It's so weird that it depends on Reynand.
"Calm down. Baruna is your husband. He would be so overreaching if under these circumstances it could still hurt you" she said, wiping Sheryl's arm as if to calm my wife.
"Yes, Rey. I see," Sheryl replied showing a smile. Reynand replied with the same smile.
My heart ached seeing Sheryl's eyes look different as she looked at Reynand. So affectionate as she looked at me before the wedding we had this kind of problem.
Reynand then turned around leaving us both in the room. I looked at Sheryl's face long enough without a word. All the words I was about to say seemed to have just been defeated by the intense jealousy.
"Want to talk?" sheryl asked which surprised me.
"Huh? What's?" reply like a fool.
"Didn't you want to tell me something?"
My chest was getting claustrophobic from Sheryl's words. He thinks of me as a stranger in his eyes. The anger and jealousy made me forget everything. And again, I suspect it.
"Darling, you're not pretending, are you? You're not looking for Reynand's protection" I told him because the amnesia that happened to him made no sense to me even though the doctor had said otherwise. It's like a nightmare.
"you mean? I really don't understand" he replied. I saw his clenched hand firmly like someone who was in a defensive position and was about to attack.
"Yes. You're doing this to punish me" I added.
"Reynand said that I needed to calm down because you were my husband, but hearing what you said to me just now, made me think again. Is it true that I didn't choose you to be my husband?"
Hearing her words made me lose my mind. I stood up, leaning closer to his face. She quickly decided to wrap her soft lips with mine.
A loud slap instantly landed on my cheek. Heat. He suddenly rejected me. It frustrates me.
I gasp. My forehead cringed. With buying eyes looking at him. "Sheryls! You are my wife. Don't we love each other? Why did you refuse my kiss?"
Sheryl sontak rubbed her lips with her palm. His eyes looked glazed. Not long after, her tears melted down the corner of her eyes.
"I don't know, Bar. But my heart cannot accept it" she said in tears.
My breath was instantly stifled at the sight. Is wrong! I was wrong and made her cry again.
My feet feel weak. I sat back and held his hand. "I'm sorry, honey."
