I pressed Sheryl's body to the wall. He apologized to me for what he just did to Mama.

The body fluttered with eyes closed. I grabbed his left hand. Trying to remove a ring that is still coiled on his ring finger. My lady's engagement ring with Baruna. He hasn't let go at all.

His eyes opened with his eyes wide. He immediately pulled his hand. But the ring was already removed.

"Return!" his yell.

I fell silent, then raised my hand up. He tried to grab it. However, his efforts were in vain. The ring is still safe in my hands.

"Give me back my ring" she asked, then sobbed.

"I'll replace it later. I will remove the traces of Baruna from your ring finger" I said with a smile.

"Wicked you, Rey ...." Sheryl crying.

"Sheryl, I'm helping you forget about Baruna. How can you forget it if this ring is still stuck to your finger?" whispered slowly.

"Give me my ring, Rey. Why are you so evil? I've been with you for a few days and will probably be with you forever. But don't take the ring. I'm not willing." He sat down limp, slapping his face on his knees. Still with her sobs.

I folded my legs and sat looking at him. "I'll keep it. Wash your face! You should apologize to my mother. After that, I'll take you home."

"Tante, I'm sorry for what I said. I'm really sorry to say it. I-I will serve Reynand as my husband forever. In accordance with Aunt's expectations," Sheryl told Mama.

"really? You sure?"

Sheryl nodded. She waved her hand to call him closer. Sheryl walked over slowly to Mama. Mama hugged him, then kissed both cheeks of my woman.

"Never let her down" Mama's message to her was also heard by me.

I saw him nod again, but a forced nod. Well, at least he's got enlightenment like I meant.

"Ma, I'll take her home first. It's night. It's not good to drive her home too late." I interrupted their conversation.

Mama turned to me, she said, "Yes, get Sheryl home before you're accused of kidnapping her."

"Yes, Ma."

I approached Mama. We left and hurried to leave him in his room. Sheryl just kept her head down. I kept holding his hand until I got into the car.

Not long after, we were in a car along the capital's highway. I occasionally glanced at him. He silently looked straight ahead. I am tired of not arguing with my women anymore.

Half an hour later, we arrived at the Kusuma residence. He rushed to open the car door, but I prevented him. Pull the door handle back until it closes perfectly.

Sheryl PoV's

I quickly walked into the room. Cry broke. Sad, every day sad to face the man. I wish that Brother Baruna would save me from him.

I opened my drawer. Take out a jewelry box and open it. The diamond earrings and the first ring she gave me when she asked me to get married the first time. Now one more ring I'm gonna put in it. Our engagement ring.

I lost all my dreams. Let the jewelry settle in a box I don't know when I can put it back on. Reynand threatened me to throw the ring away if I still wore it.

I'll close that box immediately. Put it back in the drawer. I took my phone. Look at Kak Baruna's number that has been blocked by him. He completely shut down my access to contact with my ex-fiancee.

I took a towel and went into the bathroom. Maybe with a bath all the fatigue, anger, and sadness will disappear a little.

Suddenly my phone rang. I grabbed my phone. Reynand's name is on the screen.

I answered his call. His heavy voice began to sound.

"Sheryl."

"What else?" my many.

"Tomorrow the day after we go to the jewelry store. I'll replace your ring with my gift ring."

"Later. Wedding rings are the same, aren't they?"

"No. I'll buy you two. One for you to wear now. One more for our wedding."

"I only respect older people and I admit that I've been wrong with them. Anyway, she'll be my mother-in-law."

"As far as you are. I'm so tired today. You're always draining my energy every day."

Reynand ended her call. I put my phone on the nightstand and immediately closed my eyes to sleep.
