The Marriage Order
Secretarial

Wh-tok-tok!

I knocked on Mr. Burhan's door. I opened the door to Mr. Burhan's room, peeked into the room. Mr. Burhan's eyes glanced at me realizing my whereabouts and called out to me.

"Sheryl, come here you are!" call Mr. Burhan.

"What did you call me here?" I went in and sat in front of him.

"I have some good news for you."

"What's good, sir?" My forehead is curious.

"You know that our director who just came in a while ago?"

"Mother Aina?"

"No. Aina's mother is the owner of this company. His son is now a director. Time doesn't know? Surely you didn't listen to yesterday's meeting?"

"Look, Sir. Forget about Mr. Reynand."

"Yes, you know the secretary?"

"Dena, sir."

"For one week working as his secretary, Dena suddenly resigned. From tomorrow he is no longer working here. So the position is empty. Then Mr. Reynand asked you to take his place. How's it?"

"Why should I?"

"If that's what I know less. But you do have adequate skills in my opinion. So I agree."

"Did Mr Renaldy know?"

"He knew it from Friday and it was approved. But because today he has an outside assignment, so I tell you."

"May I think?"

"Unfortunately no. Mr. Reynand needs you as soon as possible."

"I've made a mutational letter for you to sign. Please sign here." Mr. Burhan pointed to the signature column on a piece of mutational letter paper.

Mutating an employee without sudden notice is coercion. I looked at the mutation letter. Is this the best decision? Working with new people and strangers is very uncomfortable for me.

"What are you thinking?"

"No sir." I took the ballpoint pen and affixed my signature.

What does this new director mean? Coming here has made people uncomfortable to work and run away. Dena has been a longtime secretary director for five years. What's wrong? Now play orders and force me to be his secretary. So remember first meeting in the elevator. The first impression looks fine but no one knows later. Hopefully he is not the type of person who likes to make things difficult for his subordinates.

"Well for next, tomorrow your room is facing Mr. Reynand's room."

"Good Sir. I beg myself."

"Please."

I stepped out of Mr. Burhan's room in limp steps. Trying something new is not easy for me. I never thought of being a secretary.

I sat down and put my head on my desk. Irene who saw me stares confusedly.

"Why you, Sher?" ask Irene.

"Gue's not here tomorrow Ren," I replied limply.

"Lo where? Do you want to resign? Don't dong. Who am I going to be the same?"

I lifted my head, looking at Irene, "Gue tomorrow will be Mr. Reynand's secretary."

"You mean?"

"Yes, secretary. Mr. Burhan just told me."

"Where did Dena go?"

"Frosty."

"Seriously lo? He's been a long time." Irene surprised.

"Keep the appointed lo? You're not a secretary."

"That's why I'm confused too. Mr. Reynand himself said he pointed at me."

"Well, let's split dong." Irene hugged me.

"Lebay is very. I think I'm out. I'm still here."

"Hehe." Irene chuckles.

I took my phone. Saw there were a lot of missed calls and a message from Fandy.

"I want to talk to you. I hope we can meet at our two favorite restaurants at seven tonight."

I just read Fandy's message and didn't reply to him. I don't want to talk to him. My heart is not ready. I'm afraid I can't let it go anymore.

My work desk phone rang. I picked up the phone that turned out to be from the office receptionist in the lobby.

"Sheryl's sister, this is a package for Ma'am. There was an online project that sent."

"What package, Ma'am? I didn't order anything." I scrunched my forehead confused.

"But this is true for Ms. Sheryl. It's clearly written here. This is seafood for you. Oh yeah, there's a bouquet of yellow roses for Sheryl's sister."

I glanced at my watch, the hour hand showing at eleven past thirty minutes. It's lunchtime soon.

Is that bouquet of roses, anyhow? Who would give flowers to a stranger**?

"Yes, I'm there." I hung up.

"What's up, Sher?" Irene asked near me.

"Someone sent me a package."

"Supply moreover? You're not pesen anything, are you?"

"Now Ren. Food package is the same flower he said."

"Cie got flowers again. I'm curious also from yesterday who love flowers."

"I want to know who sent it, too. Yeah, I'm going down first."

I rushed down and felt very curious about the packages that had come for me all this time. Not long ago I arrived in front of the reception desk.

"Sheryl's sister, this is another special package. If I may know from whom, Mother? I'm curious too." The question of the gossip culprit, Ma'am Maya came out.

"I don't know who that is either."

"Dn .... Secret admirer huh, Ma'am?"

"That kind of thing." I answered that whole.

I received the package. On top of the flower pokes a greeting card and as usual without the sender's name. Only the name of the person being addressed.

"There is no need to be upset about any problems. Forget it or tell me. Yellow roses are a sign of friendship, hopefully we can meet later. I hope everything makes you happy and makes me a friend. Enjoy lunch."

Who the hell is this from? Make me more curious. It can't be Baruna's job, right? Fandy also yesterday clearly did not send the bouquet at all.

I turned towards Ma'am Maya and looked at her suspiciously. Ma'am Maya was aghast at the sharp look in my eyes.

"Mister Maya, may you conspire with the sender of this package?!"

"No Ma'am Sher, I swear. I don't know either. Ojol it's just love the package keeps going. I asked him who sent, he didn't answer. He said it was privacy that sent. Maybe I was told to keep it a secret."

"Yes, thank you for being honest. I'm going upstairs again. The food is for you. The flowers I keep as evidence. Who knows if that person shows up again tomorrow."

"Yes Sher, thank you. Not good in the cafeteria." Maya smiled happily.

I left the reception desk with a bouquet of flowers in my hand. I had to confirm it by asking Kak Baruna. Maybe he knows something.

Just thinking about it, Brother Baruna suddenly called me. I answered his call too.
