Reynand Pov's

Who would not be surprised to see that sight? A pair of men and women we both know. With his own eyes and head, we saw the man wrap his hands around the slender waist of his woman. Both look very friendly.. Even I'm pretty sure Sheryl feels the same way. He must not have been less surprised than me.

"Kaila? David?" lirih Sheryl's.

I heard her voice. "Wait a minute!" I said. Sheryl nodded immediately.

Our surprise brought my steps closer to them. No matter what Sheryl left in the middle of the gallery, I grabbed Kayla's wrist. The woman turned her head, staring with the same shock.

"Rey? What are you doing here?" tanyakanya.

"Follow me!" I don't care about the question.

Kayla looks clumsy. Especially when his gaze circulates and leads to Sheryl who is frozen in the middle of the gallery. "You with him?" ask Kayla again.

I did not answer and instead pulled Kayla's arm, about to take her away. But unfortunately, David prevented my actions.

"Kayla ... Where are you taking her, huh?" His eyes were so sharp looking at me.

"I have to talk to him." I looked at it with the same look.

"You can't force it, Rey!" she said with a stern look at the link of my hand to Kayla. I snorted, then quickly let go of Kayla. Not once did my eyes turn away from them.

"Do you want to talk to him too?" david asked with the look of his eyes that turned soft looking at the woman beside him.

"Can you wait for me for a minute?" kayla replied and was immediately answered with a nod from David.

Without further ado, I pulled Kayla and took her out of Freddy's gallery. We were not far from that place. Kayla pulled her hand off of me. His face looks angry.

"You're so weird. What the hell is it, Rey?!"

"Kay, I don't care if I see you with another man. But with him ... ck! Don't you know who that guy is?" I started to open up the conversation that sounded explosive.

"David Star Berlin. An entrepreneur in the field of entertainment. He is also a producer. And I know him, Rey."

Hearing Kayla's reply made me look a little frustrated. "Oh, my God! He's married! You know?!"

"Where's the fault? My actions right now aren't much different from yours, Rey. You're not conscious, huh? You're spending time with someone else's wife right now." Kayla replied with a slanted grin. The insinuation is pretty stingy.

"No! It's completely different, Kay. Sheryl ... I'm just comforting her now."

"You think I don't know what's in your head? You said you were entertaining, but on the other hand I know you're expecting love, right?"

"Tid-d"

"Enough!" Kayla cut my words. He pointed his five fingers right in front of my face. His gaze trembled staring with both corners of the eyes that were preparing to drain the liquid. "You know what, Rey? Seeing the two of you earlier made me even more sure that you were the most disgusting couple. I won't expect you anymore. And just so you know, David and his wife are about to get officially divorced."

The deg!

Divorced?

A second later Kayla turned her body around leaving me gone.

Sheryl Pov's

I guess, it wasn't just me who was surprised by the sight of a pair of very friendly men and women. Being in the same place as us, David was embracing Kayla's waist in front of my eyes and Reynand.

Reynand asked me to wait for him for a moment. The man walked over to Kayla and David. I don't know what's on his mind. Could he be jealous to see them?

I want to catch up with him, but I can't. The leg suddenly cannot be moved. As if glued to the center of the gallery, I could only watch the three people interacting. Reynand and Kayla seem a little at odds, while David tries to interfere in their conversation. Somehow the story goes, Reynand suddenly takes Kayla out of the gallery.

After they died, no words were spoken. David and I threw each other a glance. Felicia's husband looked relaxed as if he didn't mind his wife's friend catching him with another woman. Oh, ****! I mean we're no longer friends. I've been stripping her name out of the circle of friends since she kissed Baruna.

David suddenly commented half his smile. The look in his eyes felt sharp. The man then walked closer to me.

"Sheryl, how are you?"

David greeted her with his relaxed language. His hands stretched out to shake hands. I drew my lip line, grabbed his palm, and we shook hands.

"good. How are you?" I try to relax with it.

"Well, yummy. Although lately the situation has been very heavy. But I am grateful that Rafael's condition can finally be stable" said David nodding, "and this is thanks to Baruna."

"Baruna?"

I remember Baruna who was still in Japan. He promised to go home after Rafael's health became more stable. And unfortunately I don't like his actions.

After a while, I saw David's face change. His eyes rolled as if something was troubling his mind.

"Hmm, you two are alone?" tanyakanya.

"Me?" I pointed to myself not understanding.

"Yes. You and Reynand" he said.

He must have been thinking things out of me and Rey, my mind guessing.

"Ehm ...." I hesitated a little to answer. We just came together, but I really didn't want David to think we had a special relationship.

"It's okay if you don't want to answer." The man placed both his hands on his waist, "i understand the situation." David added.

The situation? Waitaminute! You don't really think we have a special relationship, do you?

My forehead suddenly frowned, getting more and more clueless.

"you mean? You must have misunderstood."

Instead of answering, David drew his small smile. Quickly the man turned around to walk away as if he wanted to avoid my question.

My heart is beating fast. The curiosity that entered my chest instantly made my mind uneasy. I have to straighten it out.

"Wait, David! Whatchu mean?"

I'm after David. Calling him in a loud enough voice. The man finally stopped. He quickly turned his body back.

"I think our position is the same, Sheryl. Me and Kayla, and then you're with my sister-in-law." Next to his big eyebrows raised.

"No! You misunderstood."

David doesn't seem to care about what I say. He added, "Only one distinguishes me and you,"

What else is this? Whatdoes thatmean? I'm really not like you and Felicia!

I kept speaking in my heart. Refute any statements that might cross the mind of this man. My gaze trembled staring, waiting for David to respond to my rebuttal.

"I've chosen to release Fely. Letting him chase after the man that made him go crazy as he pleased."

Did I not hear wrong? Release Fely?

"You're not really getting divorced, are you?"

Hiya! Happy new year everyone! Hopefully this year we can all be more productive. His reaction is getting smoother and more blessed. Amiiine.
