Two days later ....

At 11:30

Mommy and I just got out of the physiotherapy room. My legs ached and ached after doing some exercises on the legs.

We walked a few steps. I grimaced the pain back at my feet. Mother turned to me with a worried face. He immediately directed me to sit in the waiting chair of a common poly patient located next to the physiotherapy room.

"Sit down, son. It seems that you suffered once after doing the exercises inside," he ordered me to sit down for a while.

I'm nodding. Then move a little bit of my feet. Makes it weak so it can be moved back.

"Bun, when can I walk normally?" I let out a breath.

"Kin dong, honey. You definitely can. Confidence is also one of the factors of healing."

"Yes, Bun," I replied slowly.

"Why aren't you sure you're healing? Is it because Sheryl's getting married next week?"

"It has nothing to do with him. Mother knows our relationship is over. We will live each of our lives" I replied.

"Yes, yes, later you will meet a beautiful Malay woman as your lover," Mother chuckled.

"I still like local produce" I said.

"Nayara?"

"Either. I will give it all up at the time that rolls," I replied again as I turned towards Mother.

Mommy's face looked straight ahead. I looked up in the same direction. The figure of Nayara in her doctor's suit is standing in front of us with a knotty smile.

"Hi, Aunt Meri, Baruna. What are you guys doing?" tanyakanya.

"Hi, Nay. After the therapy. Because his legs still hurt, so sit here first," replied Mother.

"Oh .... Still sick now, Bar?" he asked with a slightly worried face.

"Little."

"Maybe it should be heated again. Let me take you inside."

"No, Nay. I'm fine."

"It's okay. Let's go back inside!" Nayara pulled my hand forcibly. I got up and had to step up to follow him.

We also went back into the room. Nayara asked the physiotherapist to put the heating device again on my knee.

Not long after, we left the room. The pain has lessened. it is lighter in stepping.

The mother who was waiting for us in the chair immediately stood up and asked Nayara, "You still have a patient, Nay?"

"It just so happens that my practice hours are over. Why, Auntie?" tanyakanya.

"We had lunch together, yuk," take Mommy.

"By, Aunt. Where's where?"

"At the mall across. Aunty wants to control the boutique there. I have never controlled for a long time. Can you, Bar?" My mother asked me.

"Yes, I haven't been there in a long time either" I said.

I remember the last time I was there with Sheryl. Buy a pair of earrings for him.

"Let's go!" said Mother again.

The three of us walked into the lobby. Before long, a black MPV stopped in front of us. Mr. Amri came out and opened the door waiting for the car. Let us go inside.

Just five minutes to get there. Mr. Amri dropped us off in front of the lobby. Then go park the vehicle in the parking area.

The jewelry shop is located on the second floor. Mama immediately went inside the boutique, followed by me and Nayara from behind. My steps came to a halt, looking like a couple of lovers were choosing something there. I saw the woman from behind. His posture is similar to Sheryl's.

However, suddenly Mother greeted the two people with her warm smile.

"Sheryl, Reynand!" yells.

I gasped at Mama's call. It turns out that the couple is indeed Reynand and Sheryl. They choose jewelry.

"Aante Meri? How come it's here?" reynand asked unsure.

"This is Auntie's boutique, Rey. You must not know."

"Oh yeah? Sheryl just refused to come here." Reynand turned to Sheryl.

"Well why, Sher? You don't like Auntie's jewelry?" ask Mommy.

"Have fun, Auntie."

"Baruna and Nayara's aunt, you know. Stay behind you," point to Mother.

Reynand looked back. Looking towards me and Nayara who was still standing there. Sheryl turned her head to look at us.

"Hi, Nay!" greet Reynand directly greeting the woman beside me.

"Hi, Rey. It just so happens that we meet here."

"Yes, I'm picking a ring for my wedding next week.

"Well, I'm happy, Rey." Nayara smiled.

The deg!

I swallowed spit. My heart stopped beating. Back to meet this husband and wife. Choosing a ring at my boutique and Mama's.

Why do we have to meet here again? It felt like my legs were weakly unable to support the body.

I who heard the interaction of the two of them immediately pulled Nayara's hand in following Mother. The three of us stood face to face with Sheryl and Reynand.

"Sher, which one did you choose?" ask Reynand.

"I-I'm up to you" he replied. His eyes were looking straight at me. His facial water is not the tears of happiness of a couple who are soon to be married. Looks sad not passionate. Not long after, he lowered his face.

"Tante, I want a special ring for my wedding. Couldn't ya, done in less than a week?" reynand asked with a smile.

"Well, I'm sorry Rey, I can't. The most available here only. If you want, Auntie will make it, but after marriage."

"How, Sher?" Reynand turned back to Sheryl.

"I'll go with what you say" he said.

"It's pretty easy if that's the problem. I choose the ones that are available here only now," he said. Reynand then pointed to the pair of rings before him, then asked the salesman to take it, "I picked that one, Ma'am."

A saleswoman immediately pulled out a pair of– rings for her and Sheryl. I don't know why, I'm watching them. Highlighting what they're doing in my boutique. In fact, I can't lie. My heart is so tight and it hurts to be here.

Nayara suddenly whispered, "Let's go out, Bar. I feel you're not comfortable being here."

Nayara suddenly pulled my hand out. He saved me from feeling that might kill me sooner or later

"Bun, I'm waiting at the restaurant" I said.

Mother just nodded. Nayara kept pulling me away from the boutique. I who could not walk quickly immediately stopped my steps and pulled my hand out of his hand. The woman immediately twisted her body a hundred and eighty degrees looking at me.

"I just remembered that Sheryl was your girlfriend. Sorry, I just remembered. I just confirmed it yesterday when I saw your photo post on social media," he explained.

"Haah .. there must be a lot of questions in your mind" I said.

"Yes, but I don't care. That's your business. I just don't like to see the look in your eyes that seem to be suffering there."

"You're overreacting, Nay."

"As a friend I am concerned. I know you who used to love her so much up until now. To the extent that I have no chance of knocking down your defensive wall. However, it's another story if he gets married to your brother, isn't it?" ask Nayara diplomatically.

I just kept quiet and didn't respond to her words. My feelings have not changed at all. Even my defensive walls are getting stronger. Not letting anyone in without knocking on the door first.
