Reynand Pov's
I saw him cry again. I don't know when he held her. What since I came?
"Sheryl, are you crying?" ask me in a soft voice. There was no reply from her, other than heartbreaking sobs.
No answer from him. I don't care anymore. Although he often refused, I ventured closer. A second later Sheryl was already in my arms. He didn't refuse. Sheryl was crying even louder than I'd ever seen.
For a long time I put both of my palms on his back. Sometimes I rub it slowly on him. Suddenly he pulled himself away. Slowly opened his eyes until the rest of the tears fell freely through both sides of his smooth cheeks.
"Sorry" he said, which made my heart beat faster. His position that was still very close made me unhesitatingly embrace and embrace him again.
"Rey?" He called my name in surprise.
"I can't watch you cry like this. Why are you so stubborn that you won't share what you feel with me?" my spoken.
"Rey ...."
Only a shrill voice could be heard from his mouth. Not long after, he completely broke my embrace. Quickly, Sheryl wiped her tears and divided a small smile for me.
"Sorry to bother you, Rey. Really am! I don't want to get you in on my domestic affairs."
"Aren't I already in it? I want to ensure your happiness after what happened. Baruna doesn't deserve your love" I told her.
"He's my husband and I love him." Sheryl chimed in my words with an objectionable face.
"You may confess like that, but your love for her shouldn't make you sad."
After I said that, Sheryl fell silent. His mouth was silenced by a thousand languages, but his face water seemed to think of something. Before long, he pulled a wry smile and opened his mouth.
"I don't think I deserve to be happy. It all just happened when we had just briefly tasted the sweetness of the honeymoon, and then the boy came along and messed things up."
"Well?" I cringed confused.
"No. Its alright. You don't have to think about it. I just wanted to talk."
"No. You can't possibly just speak. Whose boy do you mean Sheryl?"
Sheryl just stared without an answer. Yet I knew that gaze radiated anxiety in his heart.
"Yes, already. If you don't want to tell me." I exhaled a heavy breath, then drew a slight wry smile in front of him.
"I'm sorry, Rey," he said once again.

The next day ....
The clock was about to enter lunchtime when Mama and I arrived at the hospital parking lot. I took off my seat belt and turned to Mama. My mother seemed to be breathing heavily. He hasn't opened his seatbelt.
"Why, Ma?" many confused.
Mom opened her seat belt and turned back. "Why are we here?"
"Well, didn't Mama want to come with me?"
"Mom think we're going to lunch, Reynand ...." Mama pressed her sentence.
"Yes, after this. I just want to see Sheryl for a minute" she replied.
"He's not happy with his marriage."
"Electing Baruna was his decision. You don't have to care about what's going on in their household."
I snorted rudely. "Then, Mama just wait a minute in the car. I won't be long" I said. Without further ado opened the car door and walked away leaving Mama in it.
I kept going even as Mama's voice kept calling as if dissatisfied with my decision.

Moments later, I arrived at Sheryl's doorstep. The door opened a little, I knocked on the door, but there was no answer. I waited for a moment until I finally decided to open it without permission. Two steps later, I stopped when I heard the voice of a woman talking to Sheryl. From a distance I knew him. He is Aunt Meri.
"Sheryl, Mommy doesn't know how to say it. Mother did not condone Baruna's actions in the past, but the rice had already become porridge. Mommy hope that the presence of Rafael does not interfere with the harmony of your household," Aunt Meri told Sheryl. His hands seemed to be tightly grasping the back of the hand of the woman I loved.
Raphael? Isn't he Felicia's son?
I don't understand Aunt Meri's words. But instead of going from there, I decided to stay in this place and listen to their conversation.
Sheryl was seen shaking her head slowly. "Bun, sorry .. but right now I'm ...."
"Rafael is ill. No sense of understanding in your heart? Baruna just helped him. He had no other meaning, though Rafael was his own son."
The deg!
Instantly my heart was beating very fast hearing the words of Tanta Meri.
This isn't true, is it? Rafael Baruna's son?
I could hardly believe it, if the sentence did not come from Aunt Meri's mouth. This is Aunt Meri herself who said it. My ears cannot hear wrong.
Hearing everything made me decide to step closer. The knock on the steps of the pantofel shoes I was wearing suddenly made Aunt Meri and Sheryl set her eyes on the door. The eyes of both of them were twisting. We stared at each other wordlessly for a moment.
"Re-Reynand ...." Aunt Meri stammered my name.
As if nothing had happened, I turned a line of smiles towards the two. "Sorry, I entered without knocking on the door first. The door was a little open."
Both of them looked awkward, but quickly returned my smile. I walked over, approaching Aunt Meri.
"I didn't know Auntie was back here. How's Dad doing?" I tried to hide all the anxiety in my heart from hearing their talk.
"Your father ...." Aunt Meri glanced at Sheryl for a moment.
"Anton's father's condition is better. Isn't that right, Bun? Mother said it already. Time to forget, anyway?" Sheryl answered quickly. He reciprocated his mother-in-law's views with convincing emphasis.
"Yeah. Because your father wanted Baruna to be there, so he couldn't go home quickly. He also sends greetings to you and the rest of the Pradipta family" explained Aunt Meri. Her face water was causing anxiety.
I've heard your talk. Why is Aunt Meri not being honest with me?
I wanted to feel like I was replying to him like that, but I immediately paused my intention and replied to that, "Oh .... Too bad, yeah. Sheryl is in this condition. I should have understood how a pregnant woman's psychic condition was and let Baruna come home waiting for his wife."
"Rey-"
"I'm fine, Rey. I'm well" Sheryl's sergeant interrupted Aunt Meri's words.
I took a deep breath, then threw it away quickly. Aunt Meri looked at us in turn. A second later Aunt Meri got up from her seat.
"Please forgive Baruna if her actions often make you dissatisfied. But all you have to know is that Sheryl and Baruna love each other."
