Finding the television remote, Gerald then began flipping through the channels. He deliberately acted as if he was the owner of the place, not even bothering to say a word to the middle-aged man.

Seeing that, the man gulped, unsure of what to do as he did not know what Gerald was planning for him.

Not knowing what else to do, he went towards Gerald before saying, “Um... Sir, I guess I really don't need those three hundred dollars anymore, You will see that my family's condition is not okay. Besides, there are old and young people living in this house. I'm in desperate need of money and I admit to having cheated you for three hundred dollars! I haven't touched a single cent of that money, and I'll be happy to return it all to you!”
