"Where are we now?" jonah asked, his face pale.

“I'm not too sure either.. Although we could escape from Gerald's men when we hit them on the main road, we got lost too far and now it's just a barren land around us!” the driver replied, his legs trembling in fear.

While they had previously assumed that they would escape well, they had not expected the Gerald men to intercept them suddenly on the main road leading to Merry City!

Fortunately, the night was already approaching by then and since the driver was an expert, he finally managed to drive them away.

He knew that no matter how much they tried to escape, they would eventually still be arrested. Running away is no longer an option.

“You are definitely not allowed to stop! If Gerald gets my hand this time, I will definitely be done! Keep stepping! We must get out of this cursed path and reunite with our own people as soon as possible!”

Hearing that, the driver stepped on the accelerator pedal but suddenly, the body of the car started shaking violently!

A while after that, it was already late at night at the Long family home in Yanken, when a beautiful woman said, “I feel a little anxious, sir. Jonah sounded very nervous and scared when he called out to me earlier. Do you think he's okay in Salford Province?”
