“But just so you know, he's married! She was beautiful even during her school years and although many years have passed since then, she is still as beautiful as ever!” melissa said in a teasing tone while laughing.

“From his reaction, now I am sure that you are Mr. Crawford's. Nice to meet you! I'm Rosalie Owens but since I'm older than you two, just call me Sister Owens!” rosalie said with a smile.

“Omong-by the way, Mr. Crawford, I'm sure you already know that my cousin's family is pretty strong on Northbay! He even teaches at the university there too!” added Melisa.

Gerald nodded again as he greeted, “It's nice to meet you too, Sister Owens!”

The driver of the car exits and respectfully opens the passenger seat door right next to the driver. Come out a rich young man in a suit holding an expensive looking pocket watch.

"Trs. Long!" the driver said with respect.

The one who stepped out was Yunus Long, and he had an evil smile on his face as he looked at the hotel.

He then moved to open the backseat door before saying, “We're here now Giya. Come out now.”

Giya just walked out without saying a word. She only wears light makeup, but she still looks very pretty.

“And who made that decision? I didn't agree to get engaged to you. Behave yourself, Mr Long!” Giya said that rather tensely.

Other than disgust, she had no other feelings for him.

As his family faced a crisis, his parents advised him to be with him for their sake. He honestly tried to compromise with Longs so that he could slowly, but eventually came to accept Jonah.

But in the end, he knew he had failed. He just felt disgusted towards her, and there was no chance to develop any other feelings.
