While Chester and Yume were already dumbfounded, their jaws actually fell as they saw Gerald jump towards another ship!

With that in mind, Gerald stood motionless, looking around attentively until he finally saw who was climbing the stairs.

Gerald watched as a white-haired old woman with a bent posture slowly swung her body as she climbed the stairs. Aside from the fact that her clothes were old and torn and her hair was very messy, the typical feature of the woman was the sheer number of scars covering her face.

In a dimly lit area, Gerald inevitably admitted that he looked a bit creepy.

Apart from that, he took the initiative by asking, “Good afternoon, Madam. May I know your name?"

Gerald found himself raising his eyebrows slightly when he heard him talking about some mysterious plant. A flower that only blooms two petals..Why does it sound so familiar? Thinking about it, he knew he had encountered such a plant before. After all, a natural flower with only two petals was rare, so he would definitely remember if he had seen it before. But where?

The more Gerald looked at the woman, the stranger he felt.

"Why did you two come here?" ask Gerald.

"Well, since you've been gone long enough and we haven't heard anything from you, we've become a little worried!" chester replied as he and Yume immediately began to observe the old woman—who was now staring at the end of the corridor—from head to toe.

While Chester frowned instantly, Yume began to tidy up her hair, although Gerald knew that her breathing was a little faster.

“Nothing to worry about. For now, go back first!” gerald's orders.

Since Gerald still could not see through the very strange old woman, he was worried that Yume and Chester would end up in danger if they remained here any longer.

However, the moment he heard her say that, the old woman suddenly started laughing coldly. His laughter sounded almost like a crow, making it even scarier.

Already feeling very anxious about his laughter, Gerald's unease peaked when he realized that some very strange-looking flowers began to appear—from the thin air—in the middle of the corridor.

The flowers themselves each have only two petals, with each petal resembling a human face!
