Huxley was now crying louder than ever, completely terrified about her fate and her family. His family wasn't very wealthy at first, and he knew for sure that it wasn't easy for his parents to work hard and support the family. But here Chief Harell is! Ordered that his parents come and kneel in front of Mr. Lavington! The boy could only tremble in fear as a feeling of helplessness engulfed him.
"Leaving? You really think you can go easy? I'd like you to know that the conference is about to start, so you better not keep wasting my time. Also, you should call all leaders of your school as well as all members of your family immediately. Dare to hurt my cousin. You gave me the right explanation for all this if you hope to go!” dixon's taunts are meticulous about this kind of thing.
The other students were so frightened that none of them dared to breathe too hard. It has turned into a pretty big deal.
“Do you finally understand now, Naomi? While it's OK to act right and all, you should also know that there are some people out of your league that you shouldn't provoke! xeila said very loudly, her hands still crossed.
“Let them. If you really want people to come, I will just ask my family to come! ” Gerald said as he looked at Dixon coldly.
Gerald honestly didn't plan on causing any trouble in the first place. She just wanted to teach Xeila and her husband a lesson. However, as someone is now clearly trying to turn this into a big deal, Gerald is not opposed to showing them the hard way to deal with them.
Hearing Gerald's mock words and seeing how arrogant he was, Dixon simply sneered, “Alright then! I'll expect your family to come instead! Let's see how great you really are! ”
With that, Gerald then started making phone calls ...
About ten minutes later when some expensive looking luxury cars appeared in front of the auditorium. As everyone wonders who's coming, their questions are quickly answered when several wealthy and powerful businessmen in Mayberry step out of their respective cars.
“Chairman Lyle..?” said Dixon who was so shocked that he was paralyzed in fear. Xeila herself gaped, completely flabbergasted by the turn of events.
Turning to look at Gerald, Dixon found himself gulping. This man... Who exactly is he…?
Staring at Dixon, Gerald then sneered, “Nah, here it is! Why don't you go talk to them? ”
"So, is this the man who offended you, Mr. Crawford?" zack said as he walked closer to the group.
Think back, Dr. Mabb did mention that Mr. Crawford was already here.In fact, Dixon remembered that he had even invited Gerald to sit with him in the VIP area! To think that the person he had hurt was none other than Mr Crawford!
At this point, Dixon was so shocked that he could not even catch his own breath.
As for the others who have been standing around watching everything, they quickly — and respectfully — stand by the side once they know who Gerald really is.
Gerald himself simply led Naomi and her other students back to their original seats.
Watching as the group sat down, the frightened Xeila said, “B-to think that the man was actually Mr. Crawford…! Who knew Naomi had such a strong person backing her ?! ”
Before he could say a word, Dixon slapped him in the face right!
“You ... You ******! You really got me in big trouble this time! ” Raung Dixon who was embarrassed with great anger, felt like he could kill Xeila here and now!
Even so, they all knew that this was just a small hiccup for Gerald. Whatever the case may be, Dixon already knows what kind of end he's going to have.
Although Dixon remained shocked by all of this for some time, the conference went according to plan.
Fast forward to two hours later, Jace—who must have heard about everything that has happened— quickly ran to Gerald before saying, “I. Crawford! To think that you almost suffered an injustice…! Still, Dixon Harell was.. He actually asked for it!”.
"It's okay. The situation has been dealt with anyway. By the way, did you make arrangements with Master Nacol? ” ask Gerald.
"I already! He's waiting for you in a private room, Mr. Crawford! I actually came just to take you to her!” answer Jace.
