Yana's voice sounded much more determined now.

“A... Classmate?” justin and Georgia replied, both of whom were equally surprised by his claim.

It was as if they heard some stories from The Arabian Nights, and they had reason to hesitate. After all, such a coincidence was almost unheard of! Moreover, even though Yana has a strong family background, there is no way she is capable of or even has the status of being Gerald's classmate!

“...What kind of classmate do you mean? Notice that we can't make jokes about things like that, Yana. I want you to know that I have prior knowledge of Mila's boyfriend, and I can confirm that she is really very strong. That's the reason why so many of us are willing to believe that Mr. Crawford was really his girlfriend after he revealed his identity! If we end up offending him now, we might not be able to stay at Mayberry any longer!” georgia said as she started hitting her thigh in her anxiety.

“That's right, Georgia! You better think about it carefully first! Are you really sure he's your classmate? Please don't mistake him for someone else!” added Justin.

“I'm pretty sure that he was my classmate in elementary school. After all, I remember clearly that during my elementary school years, my father focused on expanding his underground power and had chosen to start construction in Serene County. Therefore, I naturally had to follow him and that was how I ended up studying in elementary school there. After all, there was someone named Gerald in my class, and after hearing that name again after a long time, I inevitably began to doubt him. Besides, the more I look at him, the more familiar he looks. I didn't say this before because I admit that I can't really remember what he looked like. However, after observing him for a while, I truly believe that he is the same Gerald I once knew!” yana replied while narrowing her eyes as confirmation.

“Gerald that I knew back then.. I remember he was in a very difficult position because he was very poor... If I remember him correctly, the two of us even had a light chat back then! Regardless, what do you think, Grandma? Is it impossible for the Smith family to hire someone to impersonate Mr Crawford?” whispered Yana.

After hearing that, Georgia felt her heart beating fast as she thought, '...Honestly, what he suggested was not entirely impossible!'

“...To be frank, even though I invited them, I did not expect Serenity and her family to actually attend this birthday party. After all, they must have expected me to show off a lot. Despite realizing that, he actually came! I find it strange that he can remain confident until now. It's also strange that Rita just showed up now, and with Mila's boyfriend of all!” georgia murmured as she analyzed the situation further.

'You know, after hearing what Yana said, I started to think that Serenity had planned all this to happen all along! If my guess is correct, then Serenity must have deliberately embarrassed me! Truly a cruel old witch!' Georgia thought, it seemed to see the bigger picture.

From what Justin and Yana heard their grandmother say, even they began to come to the same conclusion as their grandmother. Anyway, it all makes sense.

"Ha huh! Don't worry, grandma! I am now more than convinced that he is the Gerald I used to know! However, since you are still worried about him, I will double-check just to make sure it is him! Still, to think that the poor fellow's little boy actually dared to disguise himself as Mr Crawford!” yana said, with a look of disdain.

While Yana was already one hundred percent certain that she was her old elementary school classmate, she had only taken this extra step to prove to the old woman that she was no threat to them. With that, he immediately sauntered towards Gerald without the slightest hesitation.

Since the table where the Smith family is sitting is now surrounded by people trying to toast and talk to the Smith— family in hopes of deepening their relationship—Yana casually shouted, “Side, please!”

Hearing that, the guests simply nodded with a smile on their faces as they replied, “Nona Shute!”

The background of the Yana family was not as simple as imagined. After all, his uncle was the head of the famous underground army in Mayberry. With that in mind, anyone who knew of his background would not dare to offend him, including these businessmen.

Gerald himself hadn't noticed their fawn all this time. Instead, she focused on chatting with Mila's parents and grandparents, roughly describing her search efforts over the past two years. It was her way of saying that she never gave up looking for Mila, not even a second.

However, as he spoke, he suddenly felt the back of his head being hit by someone!

Knowing that there was no one like the soldiers around him, Gerald was long off guard. The fact that he did not sense any approaching killing intent made him even more stunned to realize that someone actually dared to attack him!

Turning around to see who hit her, she realizes that it is none other than Justin's newly married wife! For some reason, he was now crossing his arms as he looked at Gerald with satisfaction.
