Invisible Rich (The Invisible Rich Man 2)
Chapter 1119

Out stepped a young man wrapped in a black robe. When the visitors saw him, they all fell silent.

As for the apprentices, they immediately bowed respectfully before shouting in unison, "Senior!"

“Honored guests the long-awaited master has arrived.” said the man as he observed the crowd with a smile.

“May I know who among you named Mr. Gerald Crawford's? From Northbay?” add the man.

“That's me!” gerald replied while frowning slightly. To think that the mysterious Ghost Master had even predicted that he would come today to visit him!

“Greetings, Mr. Crawford. Master has been waiting for you for a long time, and he has prepared tea for you. Please, follow me, ” said the young priest as he bowed.

Surprised, Gerald then replied, “...The longest time? Since when exactly did he foresee my arrival…? As far as I know, Wagner only told him yesterday that I would come today to visit him! Does Master Ghost also know about my true identity? ”

Although he had long accepted that a— artifact like the sun— image was able to predict the future, Gerald really did not believe that one could have such an ability as well!

To be honest, the revelation now caused Gerald to simultaneously feel envious, grateful, and resentful toward the mysterious man.

After all, Master Ghost sounded like a man who was experienced in everything and always had everything under his control. Gerald hated such people, and he now wanted to know the true extent of Master Ghost's power.

"Master had predicted it about a year ago," the disciple replied calmly.

Gerald, however, felt his heart beating fast as he heard that.

'...Since he is that strong, I really should meet him today!'

"I understand. Lead the way, then! ” said Gerald as he began to follow the man into the church.

The first area they entered looked like a large hall with a statue of God placed right in front for people to worship. After walking past that, they entered what looked like some sort of inner court.

This area was filled with fragrances emitted from the oil stove, and sitting cross-legged in front of him, was a very old-looking man. His eyes closed, the old man seemed to be meditating.

Looking at the tea table in front of the old man, Gerald noticed that the aroma of the tea was also mixed with the aroma from the oil stove.

As he took a step forward, the old man—whose face was filled with wrinkles, slowly raised his head before opening his two eyes.

After hearing his master's voice, the apprentice then left the room.

Gerald himself sat cross-legged as soon as he stood in front of the tea table before asking, “...Did you really predict everything? To be honest, I didn't buy enough! ”

“Well, not all of them. I can only see things in the form of life events,” replied Master Ghost with a slightly bitter smile.

“Then I'm sure you already know why I came here today, right?”

"Indeed. You are here today to search for some missing people!” said Mr. Ghost.

"…You're right. Look, can you make the right calculations and try to find the missing person I'm still looking for? If your prediction is correct, then I'll give you whatever you want, be it money or whatever in the world you want!” answer Gerald.

"Ha huh! No need to be impatient, Mr. Crawford.... Before I read about them, why don't I read to you first? A Reading for Your Future, per se. I'd be honest and say that a little redness around your forehead is not a good sign ... Actually, it means you will soon face a major disaster .. "said Master Ghost as he looked at Gerald with a smile .

Hearing that, Gerald felt his heart beating again. Master Ghost once again, accurately predicted. After all, the image of the sun also predicted the same thing. Was the old man really an expert in the art of fortune telling?

Since the predicted disaster might cause death for Gerald, he came all the way here only to search for the king of the ocean palace in hopes of solving the secrets of the disaster. What exactly was the relationship between the woman in white and the god who looked exactly like her?

“...I already know what you just told me.. Even so, the more important thing for me now is to find out where the people I'm looking for right now… And also to find out if they are still alive. ”gerald replied, finally choosing to trust Master Ghost.

“Looks like they're very important to you, Mr. Crawford! All right then. Let the reading begin, ” Master Ghost said with a slight nod.

With a wave of his hand, the curtains above all the doors and windows in the room were instantly lowered. After which, a portion of the wooden floor in the center of the room opened as a gigantic instrument slowly rose from below.

The ancient-looking instrument itself seemed to have a frame made entirely of copper, and on it, there were nine dragons with open mouths. While Gerald recalled seeing an image of an instrument similar to a pearl in the dragon's mouth, these dragons instead had a large copper coin in their mouth.

"Please put your hands on top of any two dragon heads," said Master Ghost.

Gerald simply complied, and moments after touching the cold dragon head, the copper dragon's nine eyes began to shine in a green light! With how dazzling their eyes were, the nine dragons almost seemed to be alive.

As Gerald continued to stare at them curiously, he immediately heard a 'grape' sound emanating from the instrument.
