“...Whahuh? What happened to Felicity? What's going on?" gerald hurriedly asked as soon as he saw Naomi's expression.

Tears running down her cheeks again, Naomi covered her mouth with her hands as she slowly began to explain what happened about half a year ago moments after Gerald's disappearance.

While the Crawford family easily prevented the first news flow—about the disappearance of Gerald—to be known to the public, in the end, people still managed to figure it out.

Although the two girls were in a state of panic for quite a while, Felicity decided to go to Northbay with Naomi.

After arriving there, the two girls quickly headed to Zack's company. However, to their dismay, they discover that Chairman Lyle has already left for a business trip by then.

Seeing no other choice, Felicity finally decides to use her best connections to help with their investigation.

It took a while, but he eventually managed to get help from a senior executive who worked for Zack. After agreeing to meet in the hotel lobby, the two girls headed over and waited for him.

When that failed, he ordered his men to drag them out of the hotel instead! From the lustful look in his eyes, it was clear that r*pe was the only thing on his mind!

However, the two girls survived. They don't come down that easy. Felicity finally became so nervous that she bit the young man's arm hard!

The young man was so angry with this that he dragged him all the way to the top of the — building with his badly injured arm — before throwing him off the roof!

As it turned out, the young man had immense power and influence. Therefore, he did not even receive punishment for his evil deeds!

Although she selflessly planned to find Gerald in any way she could, in the end, Felicity ended up in a position that was arguably as pitiful as Gerald.

While Felicity's lifeline stabilized after several nights of tireless doctors working to save her, she only suffered too many injuries. As a result, although he was not in danger of losing his life again, he could only live in a vegetative state now, and he would remain in this state for the rest of his life.

“So Kort and Moldells again!” Gerald growled, clenching his fists tightly.

Felicity wouldn't have ended up like this if Gerald hadn't been forced out of his own home in the first place.
