Kort only shifted his target to the wealthiest family in Weston after the Crawford family moved to Northbay, but Parker's words eventually made him aware.

If this matter got out of hand, the grandmaster of the Moldells would definitely never forgive him. But he was already on the verge of success. Kort's not ready to give it all up. Even if he wouldn't get half of their assets, he would have to take at least a quarter of it!

"Gerald, we're best friends, I'll help you, and I'm sure Mr Parker will help too!" Yselle walked over and grabbed Gerald's arm.

Gerald looked at Parker and said, "Uncle Parker, if the conflict between me and the Long family is resolved, does that mean you will continue to stay and help us?"

Parker wasn't sure what Gerald meant by it, but he nodded and said, “You don't have to worry about that. Your grandmother saved my son many years ago and as long as it is you, I will be willing to help. The Moldell family never retracted their words!”

"That's great!" Gerald smiled and nodded.

Gerald then looked at Kort. “Master Kort, you said you are here to take revenge on behalf of the Long family and you did admit that their conflict was only between me and their family. Then don't drag my family into this! If you really want an explanation, just follow me. There is no reason for you to disturb the Crawford family!”

Kort sneered. “Hah! You are the heir to the family, so it is only natural that the Crawford family should pay for your misbehavior!”

“You're wrong, Mr. Kort. From now on, I am no longer the heir to Crawford and you have no business with my family anymore!” Gerald smiled.

"What did you just say?" Kort narrowed his eyes and opened them wide.

"Gerald, what are you saying!" Dylan immediately walked out of the room and shouted at him.

Gerald smiled. “I mean what I just said. From now onwards, I will leave the Crawford family and no longer be the Crawford Young Master! Mr. Kort, if you have any problems, please follow me! ”

Parker. He never thought that Gerald would give up his title just like that.

He nodded his head. "of course. Since you are no longer part of the Crawford family, no one can look for trouble from them anymore!” Parker glanced at Kort. He gave her a warning not to cross the line!
