Suddenly, a girl was heard crying near Mila's room. By the time Mila came out to look at the commotion, a few others had already left their rooms to see what was wrong. Mila and the others just followed behind them.

"What's wrong? What's going on?" ask one of the girls present.

“I... I left with my housemates early and when I came back, I realized that the diamond ring my boyfriend gave me was gone! It was a very expensive ring and I can't find it anywhere!” said the girl while wailing.

Hallie had heard the commotion from next door and she was also now present.

“Don't cry, Xyleena. You could have put it wrong. You know how sloppy you are. Maybe you accidentally left it somewhere?” hallie's advice.

“But Hallie, I would never misplace something so important! I have always been very careful with that six thousand dollar ring!” shout Xyleena.

“One-time weird! Well, how about this. Where have you been today and who else is in the dorm? Could it be that your door is not closed so well that someone who knows about the ring came in and stole it?”

"First, who told you to show off your ring to everyone in broad daylight?" added Hali.

“Yah... We five went shopping together.. Only Narissa was in the dorm... She said she needed to write the script...” said one of the housemates.

“No... That's not me! I didn't take the ring!” narissa said, terrified.

“But you were the only one in the dorm back then. Who else can do it?” interrogating Hallie.

"Why don't you let us check your bed so you can prove your innocence?" hallie's next suggestion.

Mila is well aware that Hallie is only directing her anger at Narissa because Narissa is close friends with her.

Understanding that, Mila then immediately defended Narissa by saying, “I can prove that Narissa did not touch Xyleena's stuff! After all, he's not that kind of person!”

“Wait, I remember now! When I went out for a drink early, I thought I saw Mila and Narissa enter the dorm room together!” said a girl who lived in the room next to Mila.

"Huh?" Everyone was now staring at Mila.

“No wonder you helped her so much. Did you two work together to commit this crime?” hallie Eject.

"Stop saying nonsense!" molly said worriedly.

“If it's not you two, let us check your beds! If you didn't commit a crime, why did the two of you become so angry? reply Hali.

“Mila... You..” said the girl who lost her ring while looking at Mila. After all, the two were quite close friends as well.

"Good! Do what you want!" mila.

After gaining their approval, Hallie then proceeded to inspect Narissa's belongings. However, he could not find anything.

Hallie and her sisters then walked into Mila's room.

After checking her belongings for a while, Hallie lifted up Mila's pillow before shouting in shock, “Xyleena, look! Isn't that your ring over there?”

Everyone present then watched Xyleena walk over and take the ring.

“Y-yah! This ring is mine!”

Xyleena couldn't believe it. He just stared blankly at Mila before saying, “...Mila? Why would you do something like that?”
