By then, Marven had already risen from his seat and was now approaching them.

He then shook hands with Alexander before saying, “Good afternoon, Mr Brookes! We had spoken by phone the day before. I've tried calling you again before but you didn't pick it up! ”

“I'm so sorry Mr Wadley! I have to solve some of my daughter's school problems now! Please forgive my delay!”

“By the way, Mr. Wadley, you told us to prepare some documents the day before. This is the office area you are interested in and the 4D showroom model of the outlet,” said Mr. Brookes while taking out some documents.

“Before going any further, here are the general details regarding payment. The outlets and office areas combined will cost around thirty-five million dollars because you pay the full rent up front. I've made sure to give you some discounts too! ”

"No problem. For now, let's sit down first before discussing this further!” marven replied while leading Mr. Brookes to the side.

Meanwhile, Raquel was still standing in the same spot, even though he was now hyperventilating. He felt as if his soul had just left his body.

'How ... How did this happen? Why Marven? Since when did he become this strong?!'

“Don't be fooled by this fat, Mr. Brookes. It was as if he could cash out thirty-five million dollars!” jefferson seemed very doubtful.

“Yes, we know him well, Mr Brookes! He definitely could not pay that much money! You are wasting your time and energy talking to him!” added Raquel, looking annoyed.

“Heh, you're the one who's wrong. If you don't know, Salford Star Travel Agent Mr. Wadley already has over two hundred projects signed! And the number keeps increasing! We have checked their funding as well, and they have a capital of about eighty million dollars!” alexander clearly smiled.

'Do they really think I'm stupid? As if I could make a mistake about something like this! The kids are funny.'

The group then watched in horror as Marven signed with Alexander. Once that was done, Alexander immediately bowed respectfully to Gerald who had been watching silently by the side all this time.

Seeing this only reinforces Raquel's shame.

He just wanted to rent a place but he had no money for it.

Marven, on the other hand, just bought two units at once! And to think that his travel agent has signed over two hundred projects!

With the contract signed, Gerald and Marven decide that it's time to leave.

Jefferson did not even dare to look at him anymore, instead choosing to remain lowered. Raquel himself was reluctant to take this colossal defeat for granted.

He then chased after Marven before asking, “Marven... You... You started your own company? Whatisthis? Why didn't you tell me about all this before? ”

Raquel could feel his cheeks burning as he asked that question.

“Oh, I just started it recently. We will officially operate in a few days although we still have some projects to prepare!” marven replied, not feeling the need to hide this.

“I... so.... Then, about how rich you suddenly..?”.

“To be frank, it's none of your business.”

After saying that, he immediately turned around and left her there. Marven had long been dissatisfied and proud like this.

Raquel was so angry that he was speechless. He could only stomp on the ground angrily when he saw the two leaving him.

'How can this be? How did all this really happen?!' Raquel thought inwardly over and over as he felt his frustration welling up in his chest. It felt almost like he was ready to explode into a million pieces.

Meanwhile, Gerald realized that after completing all the necessary procedures, the day was already near noon.

With that, the two had a short lunch before returning to campus together.

When they return to school, news of Gerald and Marven starting a new company has spread like wildfire. There were even rumors that they already had many projects!
