Chapter 1113

It was very late at night and a cool sea breeze blew across Halimark City.

Despite the time, the Minshall family manor was still brightly lit. Inside, they all had a family meeting.

“You did a really good job today, Zoey! Now that we have this potion, we can continue refining the immortal pellets! ” states old master of the Minshall family. Even though she looked over ninety years old, she still looked quite strong for a child her age.

"You've lived to be over a hundred years, it's been a blessing to me, grandfather!" zoey replied with a big smile on her face.

“However, what deserves to be congratulated is the fact that I hardly attempted to get herbs this time! Moreover, I even earned three hundred million dollars from that idiot without having to lose anything!” added Zoey while laughing out loud.

“About that.. It would be better if you do less of this kind of thing in the future..It is not good for our family fortune. Remember, Master Ghost calculated three years ago that the Minshall family could face some sort of disaster this year!” replied the old master with a slightly bitter smile.

“I know, grandfather.. Speaking of that idiot, he's just a stranger but he wants to make a deal with us in exchange for herbs and money! Ha ha! Now that I think about it, why didn't I send someone to arrest him? That way, we can squeeze and drain more money from him!”

“You are old enough to make your own decision, Zoey..” replied the smiling old master while shaking his head in a resigned manner.

The old master had painstakingly managed his family for decades, and he had long lost his fear of foreign troops. Therefore, his family members who openly robbed others no longer surprised him.

At that moment, a servant entered from outside. Carrying what looked like some sort of document in his hand, he stopped in front of the old master before saying, "Old master!"

"What's that?"

“There is a young man waiting outside and he told me to show this document—signed by the young lady it—to you! He said that he was here to claim what had been agreed upon! ” answer the waiter.

“Huh! That fool! To think that he really came to us! Well that's even better! We don't need to hunt him now!” zoey sneaker.

Shaking his head with a smile, the old master then said, “After all, I am interested to see what he really wants to take from us.”.

However, after taking the paper and reading it, the old master's eyes instantly widened, overwhelming anger reflected within them!

“...What's up, grandpa?” zoey asked as she and several other members of the Minshall family looked at the old man curiously.

Instead of waiting for an answer, Zoey took the document for herself and looked at it. On it, Gerald had written 'I want to claim the entire Minshall family!'

“Huh! Really dumb! I'm afraid he really doesn't realize how powerful the Minshalls are! To think he would dare to ask our family! ”

“Let him in! We will let him feel the great power of our family! We won't let this incident slide away unless he takes out a billion dollars! ” roared one of the Minshall family disciples as many others began to do the same.

With everyone agreeing to do so, Gerald is immediately taken to the manor by the same servant from before.

He was greeted by the sight of all the members of the Minshall— family along with their guests— sitting on either side of the room, with everyone observing Gerald from head to toe with a contemptuous look.

“Is everything ready? If yes, then you can sign here! Once I'm done with my work tomorrow, I'll call my family members to take over your family! said Gerald.

Hearing that, a man of outstanding appearance— who was one of the guests of the Minshall— family ran to Gerald's back before shouting, “Basic b*stard! You have to get through me first!”

Soon after, he grabbed Gerald's shoulder with the intention of doing a shoulder throw. Seeing how thin and weak Gerald was, the man had no doubt that Gerald would not be able to withstand his attacks.

To his surprise, no matter how hard he tried to lift Gerald, he could not make him move at all! Unwilling to give up, the guest's face immediately turned purple due to all the strength he exerted. Even so, Gerald remained pinned to the ground!

“You'll vomit blood if you keep doing that, you know.?” said Gerald.

“A-what…? What did you say?” the guest replied, dumbfounded.

"You know, I still don't know what you're trying to do ... Here, I'll show you how it's done!" gerald said somewhat calmly as he grabbed onto the guest's shoulder and directly threw it at the door as if he was nothing!

The sound of the collision happened just a few seconds later…
