“Giya? Why don't you rest in your room? Why are you out?” walton asked, his voice clearly distressed.

Looking at her, some of her extended family members coughed before saying, “You know, Giya is really a good girl. He was well aware that we should not offend the Long family. What's more, didn't Mr Long have spent millions of dollars to save you when you were kidnapped? He must love you so much!”

In that room, Walton was the only one who knew the reality of the situation. Because she was worried sick, Giya had detailed the events that had happened the night before to her. Others are completely unaware of the truth of what actually happened.

Hearing the comments from her uncle and aunt, Giya simply laughed while showing a wry smile. He understood what they were trying to tell him.

At that moment, Gerald's phone started ringing. It was a phone call from his god brother, Joel.

“What's up, Yoel?”

"Brothers! We're beaten! Aiden was beaten the worst!”

"What?! How dare! Who did it?" ask Gerald angrily.

“Who else can do it? Of course Jonah b*stard's! He had a big birthday party today and almost every influential and powerful individual in Mayberry City had been invited! The only people specifically excluded from the event were people related to the Crawford family! Therefore, Aiden and I brought some people to cause trouble for him.”.

Yoel then quickly explained everything that had happened to Gerald.

In essence, neither Joel nor Aiden were satisfied because Jonah had clearly targeted the Crawford family through the event.

After all, the Long Family was very powerful, yet Jonah still chose to host his banquet in Mayberry City. Moreover, he even hosted at Wayfair Mountain Entertainment! Where Jessica used to run!
