As the others looked at each other anxiously, Huddell Manager — who made use of his free time — entered the VIP reception room.

As soon as Yuma saw him, he smiled faintly before saying, "Manager Huddell!"

“A sincere apology for being so negligent towards you today, Chairman Yaleman. There's so much to do! I hope you will be patient for now,” replied Manager Huddell.

Hearing that, Yuma then said, “You're too friendly. I am well aware that Trustdeck Group is very busy every day! Even so, you still take the time to attend, and I appreciate that!”

Yuma and Rose themselves were dumbfounded.

'What the fuck? Why is Manager Huddell looking for Bea?'

“M-manager Huddell... This girl is Bea Yaleman!” leah replied while pointing at Bea.

The moment she heard that, Manager Huddell's expression immediately changed and she rushed towards him before asking, “You Miss Yaleman? Can you be here today to meet the Chairman..?”

'That's right, why did Gerald ever tease me about something like that? He told me that he had a way, and I'm sure he'll keep his promise.'

Getting the confirmation he needed, Manager Huddell then patted his thigh before saying, “Ouh! I didn't anticipate that you'd be here this early! Chairman Zelly has even ordered me to welcome you personally!”

Hearing him say that, everyone became even more stunned than before! This was especially so for Rose whose mouth was now gaping so wide that it looked almost comical.

“M-Manager Huddell, are you sure you are not wrong…? There really is a guy named Kayden Zelly in the group?” rose asked in disbelief as Ysabel and Yura glared at Bea with a burning sense of jealousy.

“He's one of the tops here who has always been self-effacing. By the way, Mrs Gosling, you are a bit unwise to call my boss by name, aren't you?” manager Huddell replied in a surprised tone.

Being one of the bosses in the group who prefers to work behind the scenes, there is no need for pleasantries to know Kayden's name.

“A-I'm sorry! I just want to confirm if there is any error! After all, Bea is just an employee at my company. Why would he even have the privilege to be personally welcomed by you? ” says Rose.

“The only person who knows why is Chairman Zelly. After all, you are here to negotiate the project, right, Miss Yaleman? ” Manager Huddell replied respectfully as he turned to look at Bea with a smile.

After seeing Bea's firm nod, Manager Huddell then continued, “Alright. Chairman Zelly has already prepared a signing ceremony for you upstairs. If nothing else, let's move on now, okay?”

"Huh? We signed it?” reply Bea, astonished.

Bea initially thought that he still needed to negotiate carefully after arriving. After all, even though Gerald had the exact connection—like Yura— didit would only give him access to the battlefield.

To his surprise, everything went very well. Even more surprising is the fact that his cousin was actually acquainted with one of the superiors of Trustdeck Group.

Moments later, a female waitress comes and holds Bea's bag for her as she follows Manager Huddell upstairs.

"Maybe they made some kind of mistake, ma'am?"
