“But of course I'll come! After all, this is the first time you even suggested that I stay by your side!” queena replied with a seductive smile.
Hearing that, Gerald simply nodded at him with a faint smile.
Of course, he would not tell her that he would save the white-clothed woman in the middle of the night. However, he was also well aware that if he was unwilling to make at least a little compromise, he was also well aware that if he was unwilling to make at least a little compromise, then she would definitely suffer a much greater loss if Queena ruined her efforts as she summoned the white-spirited woman…
About an hour later when Gerald asked, “Seth, do you really remember where the snake cave was.?”.
The trio who are currently following Seth — after the four of them entered the mountain — consists of Rosie — who is curious about the snake cave — Queen — who has agreed to come along since Gerald invited her — and Gerald's himself.
“Of course! However, since this place is a bit secluded, I still need to collect my bearings a little better! seth replied while scratching the back of his head before stepping on a nearby rock.
A few seconds later, he then exclaimed, “I found it! It's right there!"
After which, he then jumped nimbly before taking a few steps forward and pushing a few bushes aside... With that, the round— cave entrance which is almost as high as the— people showed themselves to everyone.
A much younger Seth first hits him while he is having fun with his friends. He remembered how his friends had challenged him to enter the cave, and of course, he had taken a bet. Seth recalled that upon entering the cave, he found a very large piece of snake skin that was thrown away. He also finds the fruit in the cave, and eating it allows him to gain the superpowers he has today.
After all, the snake skin was the obvious reason why Seth named this place the snake cave.
Located right in the middle of the cave, is a large discarded snake skin that Seth has told them. From what Gerald knew, the snake that had shed such a huge pile of skin could easily be as strong as the monster that Gerald was fighting in the underground area while he was still in the desert.
Whatever the case, Seth—who now seems so familiar with the place that it is almost as if he has just returned home—then declared, “Nah, this is the place!”
Afterwards, he then smiled before turning on the — spotlights he had brought — and turning in the dark cave.
With the help of floodlights, Gerald was finally able to see his surroundings clearly. As expected, strange paintings adorned every corner of the cave. After scanning the area, he even saw the presence of dazzling looking plants growing from within one of the cave's crevices. However, no fruit can be found growing on the plant.
“It was a plant that I obtained its fruit from then on. However, it seems like it has not produced any more fruit since I picked the only one that grew when I was a child!” concludes Seth.
“Truly strange. This ancient plant is called Lukra, and has miraculous properties.. Since this plant only produces one fruit once in its lifetime, you are really lucky to be the one to eat it. After all, I am pretty sure that their fruit is not so effective on earth due to the lack of a holy spirit,” Queena explained with a smile, making it quite clear that she knew quite a bit about the plant.
"I agree with the miraculous fruit ... After all, Seth did gain superpowers after eating it," Gerald replied despite his focus on painting on the cave walls all along.
From what he saw, the paintings on the walls were very old. Ancient, even. After scanning through them for a bit, Gerald soon found himself raising an eyebrow slightly.
The things he saw on the wall were strange, to say the least. One of them, one of the paintings depicts a winged humanoid figure. As if that wasn't strange enough, that person even had three eyes!
