Nathan moved backwards to lean on his sleeping pillow. "Yes?"

"Well, as I remember I still owe you a drink deal" Jessica reminded him.

"Practice?"

"really. Did you forget?"

"No, I didn't forget. But the thing is I don't drink alcohol" Nathan told the girl. "That would make my concentration a little disturbed. It's not a healthy drink, is it?"

"Yes, you're right. But I still like it."

"True, alcohol became your routine while still in Singapore, right?"

Jessica nodded.

"Well, I don't think we'll have much in common" Jessica replied, trying her best to keep her tone light. He knew that he would go crazy if he did not try to relax. "I don't think you like partying, huh."

"Not the slightest bit," Nathan said to her as he shook his head. "What if we don't drink alcohol?"

"Then?"

"Hm. I suggest sitting down with a cup of coffee or tea while watching television or talking to my pet cat. In my house?"

"Wait first! You got a cat?"

"Have, of course have."

"Gosh, I didn't know you had a cat" Jessica replied in surprise.

"Milly" Nathan told Jessica. "She was invisible back then because she always spent most of her time outside my house, to be honest. And I'm sure she would be very jealous if she found out that there was another woman who had offered to buy me a drink."

The two of them then laughed together imagining if the cat was really angry at Jessica.

"I think he might get angry" Nathan said, nodding his head in agreement. "Ah, besides, when we made it out of this mess, it seems like I should take you back to the National Gallery to show you the true meaning of the painting."

"Ah.. I beg you not," Jessica laughed wryly. "I don't even understand why we went there in the first place. None of us knew about the pictures. My dad even hates paintings."

"Your father hates art. And I hope that's not the bad trait you took from him." Nathan taunted him and Jessica directly hit his arm slowly.

"Don't make fun of me, okay! Just so you know, I love some art," Jessica assures him, she folds her legs as she sits on the chair. "I even like to look around some old houses."

"Didn't that go into horror?" ask Nathan.

Jessica clucked, "Ck, of course not."

"That's one good thing then," Nathan said nodding his head at Jessica. "Maybe that's one thing we can do together. You can buy me a drink and I can take you around the old house."

"I don't think you want to date me" Jessica replied to Nathan. "You said you didn't know how you felt."

"Yes, it's not" Nathan said. "I've never felt anything like this before.but."

Jessica smiled gently. He clasped Nathan's hand tightly as he heard the young man talking like that to him. He could feel something stirring in his heart. And for a long time he had not felt such a feeling in his life.

"I like you too" Jessica replied in a whisper.

Nathan smiled when he heard the answer from the girl. He doesn't know what else to do. He just smiled and they drowned in silence...
