Nathan has to admit that he's really nervous sitting in the passenger seat in Jessica's car. He glanced at Jessica who was driving next to him.
'Is he concentrating on driving?' inner Nathan.
Nathan knew that the information he had given him must have surprised Jessica. And Nathan knew that it must have made the girl's mind restless and confused at the same time. It can be seen from the way the girl drives on the streets of this city. He drove in an erratic way and made Nathan call himself.
Nathan can see the confusion that Jessica felt even from the beginning of their journey after the cinema, precisely when Jessica leaned on the back of her car seat. The girl rubbed her face with a frustrated look earlier.
"Jessica" whispered Nathan as he tightened his grip on the seat belt strap wrapped around his body. Nathan's face still looked tense as Jessica turned to him.
"What's up, Nathan?"
"Your speed is above sixty kilo meters per hour" Nathan said.
Jessica looked directly at the speedometer and nodded then lightly pulled her foot off the accelerator. The girl said nothing to him after that. He was silent, staring at the street in front of him.
Jessica glanced at Nathan. He had to admit that he was still so shocked over everything. And he didn't really know what he should think about what Nathan had told him a while ago.
Jessica was afraid that Dimitri would try something that would harm her again. He did not want to think about what would happen if Dimitri really did something that would put everyone in danger. The thought made him too scared.
"You have to turn left and we drive through there" Nathan said.
"On mobile does not indicate access to the organization. There's no access to anything there, Nathan" Jessica said, "You're sure we can get down there later."
"Said no access for some reason, Jessica. We can get through there. I often pass by that place. Why don't you trust me?" Nathan answered. "On mobile phones obviously there won't be a sign that says 'through here is the organization's secret office', right?"
Nathan is doing his best not to sound upset about the whole situation he is in right now.
"OK, okay!" Jessica snapped back at him. "You don't have to raise your tone, Nathan! It's not my fault we're in this mess!"
"I never said it," Nathan retorted and shook his head staring out the window. Nathan admitted he was overreacting because the way Jessica drove really made him tense.
Nathan sighed, he just needed to calm down and apologize. It will make everything better. "I didn't mean to yell, Jessica...I'm just as stressed as you are."
Jessica flicked the car, stopped in front of the crossbar and Nathan lowered his car window. Nathan took charge of the situation as two security guards stood on either side of the car. Jessica said nothing with her hands on the wheel.
"Nathan Jones," Nathan showed me his ID. "Ragina called me to come."
The guard nodded and the cross was lifted. Is it really that easy to get into a secret place? Jessica's eyebrows wrinkled as she thought about it. He drove his car, drove down the road, then through an underground tunnel that left almost no room for his car to pass through. Jessica was driving carefully in that place. Nathan who was beside him gulped and fused his fingers together.
"You're not angry, are you?" Nathan wondered, his voice sounding softly embarrassed as he spoke.
Jessica took a deep breath and shook her head, then stared at him. "No," he said.
Nathan nodded. "Okay, you gotta park at the end. This is a special place for me. But. But they still vacated the parking lot for me."
"OK," Jessica repeated and did as she was told. He stopped where Nathan was referring to and turned off his car engine. They then got out of the car.
Jessica looked around the underground parking lot and saw her father's new car in the corner.
Nathan grabbed and held onto Jessica's arm tightly. He did so hurriedly, holding the girl's arm and stepping with her. He took her to the elevator in the corner and dialed the floor number he was on and waited for the elevator to arrive at the destination floor.
Jessica turned to look at Nathan, she removed her hand from Nathan's hand while her two eyes explored the young man's black hair and brown eyes.
"If it's him. Well, I know what could happen..." Jessica starts babbling, knowing that she may not have much time left with Nathan.
"He's crazy.well, he's got a reason to do something. But sometimes I don't think that's a reasonable reason for me to say this. All I want to say is. I honestly don't want anything to happen, but if it does... it happened.. You know, right?"
Nathan's eyebrows wrinkled in confusion. Somehow she never felt too smart to guess what Jessica was trying to say. All this time the girl always said something surprising. Nathan suspects that what the girl said has something to do with women. Well, maybe.
"What should I know?" Nathan wondered and Jessica turned her gaze towards him.
The girl could not help the small smile that appeared on her face.
"I want to say that I care about you" whispered Jessica. Then he shook his head. "Let's know, maybe I mean. I'm trying to fall in love with you."
Therehewas. Jessica finally said it. Love's. Yes, Jessica did not confess love to Nathan but she said that she was trying to love Nathan.
Jessica knew that she could tell him before, when things weren't so stressful like this, but at least Nathan knew his heart. Yes, this is Nathan. Again, Nathan is not a man who is sensitive to these kinds of things. Nathan was not used to the woman beside him. Nathan wouldn't have known his heart if Jessica hadn't said anything to him.
Nathan looked surprised for a moment. She wondered if she should say something similar to what Jessica said just now? But unfortunately, Nathan doesn't really know what line he can say to the girl.
"Then..well..I mean.....well..feel the same thing," Nathan tried to tell Jessica about his heart.
Seeing the confusion in the young man's sentence, Jessica gave him a small smile and quickly kissed Nathan's cheek.
Nathan held her hand and moved one step closer to Jessica. He stood in his place, looking at Jessica deeply. He did not say anything more to the girl as her lips slowly kissed her, pressing on the girl's lips with a gentle gesture. Nathan never insisted on anything.
Jessica had to admit that she was too busy fighting Nathan's lips that she didn't notice the elevator doors opening.
"Busy, you guys?"
That's his father's voice.
