That night, Jessica was embracing Nathan's arm as they queued to watch the movie. Nathan has come and takes him to the movies to go, watch the latest movie that has a theme about science.

Jessica agreed, she would be quite content to go with the young man even though she would just sit there and eat popcorn. They were still standing in line in a long queue of people who were also standing and chatting.

"I have to say I'm a little relieved" Nathan told Jessica after the girl told him she planned to stay in Indonesia.

Nathan pushed his glasses further up to the base of his nose before then looking back at him.

"Yes, it's good if you stay here."

"Why?"

"At least I won't check CCTV cameras all over Singapore to take care of you as long as I work later."

Jessica's eyebrows just crinkled. "You're gonna do that? Ah, or are you trying to joke around right now?"

"Well, I was never known for my jokes" Nathan replied. "I've always been known for my intelligence, not humor."

Turning her eyes, Jessica then nudged him with her elbow and Nathan chuckled before he turned serious again.

"Yes, but I'm happy" Nathan told him. "I know it won't make you happy. And it's also not something you want let alone plan for yourself. But. yeah, but I think maybe that's best."

Jessica blinked her eyes and looked at Nathan, who was also staring at her. He could feel his body suddenly stiff as both irises of their eyes met a glance.

"Maybe," Jessica said, shaking her shoulder and agreeing with her tone.

Jessica then took out the popcorn that had the package in her hand and slowly ate it.

"Stop eating it, Jessica." Nathan scolded the girl. "You've been eating it since we started queuing earlier."

"Why?"

Jessica narrowed her eyes, looking at Nathan. And that made Nathan instantly roll his eyes lazy.

"If you keep eating it like that I can guarantee that there will be nothing left for us to eat while watching the movie inside" Nathan told him.

'Right as well." Jessica's inner.

Jessica swung her mouth realizing the young man's scolding. After that, he decided to take the popcorn in his hand once again before Nathan saw it and mocked it again.

"By the way, are you really happy if I stay here?" jessica asked back on the topic of their previous conversation.

"Of course,"

"If you're happy I'll stay. That means, from now on you can continue to spend more time with me" Jessica said happily.

"I'll work on it." Nathan smiled faintly.

"Ck, why do you have to work on it! You can do it. Ah, naw. You have to do it whether you can or not." demanded Jessica as she would make Nathan chuckle at her.

"And if you're busy, we don't have to see each other. Simply by making a video call, calling me, ah just sending me a text message can also be!" jessica again.

"Isn't that all I can do even if you're in Singapore?" Nathan raised his eyebrows in confusion.

"Iss, just do it." said Jessica.

"All right, I'll do it. I'll spend more time with you." Nathan nodded his head with a small smile and quickly leaned in to kiss Jessica.

"That's the one I want too" Jessica whispered to him and Nathan replied with a smile again. He looks satisfied.

"I think we're going to move forward" Jessica said after they waited for a while. It took a few seconds before they slowly began to move.

"You know that you're definitely going to get kicked out for things like that over there, Nathan" Jessica said with a mocking smile. While Nathan turned the eyeball a brief glance at Jessica before finally pulling out his phone to receive the call.

Jessica knew something was wrong as soon as she saw Nathan's face harden. The expression on the young man's face looked so solemn now. The young man then looked down. And Jessica could see Nathan's face that was now turning even more pale.

For a moment Jessica fluttered to see the young man's face. And the next second Jessica immediately tightened her grip on Nathan's arm.

"Well, thank you." Nathan turned off his phone.

Jessica looked up, looking at Nathan.

"What's up Nathan?" Jessica asked as soon as she saw Nathan finished calling.

Nathan put his phone back in his jacket pocket and looked at Jessica. He sighed and shook his head.

"That's your father's call." Nathan said.

"Then?"

"He told me about Dimitri!" nathan was doubtful.

Jessica was not satisfied with Nathan's answer and chose to ask to clarify. "What's going on?"

Nathan's eyes continued to observe Jessica's face, his heart hesitating to tell the girl. But anyway the girl should be told, because sooner or later Jessica will still know it too.

"Nathan, what's wrong with Dimitri?" Jessica repeated her question.

"She's back" Nathan said after a while.

Nathan looked towards Jessica, looking at the expression on the girl's face. Nathan could see the look of fear on his face. Jessica herself is choosing to be quiet. Nathan was silent. He exhaled a long breath, took a moment before then he held the girl's hand and pulled her out of the queue.

"Nathan," Jessica murmured as she looked at Nathan walking in front of her.

"I'm sorry, we're just putting it off" Nathan told Jessica as he pulled the girl out of the theater.

They rushed out onto the sidewalk, standing in the cool air as Nathan pulled his phone back out of the bag to look at the clock.

"Your father's in the organization's office right now" Nathan tells Jessica again.

"really?"

Nathan nodded his head. "Yes, there are several forms of attacks *******. I don't know what the details are yet, but I'll be right away..."

"And are you sure it's him?" Jessica made sure to Nathan. "Are you sure it was Dimitri?"

"That's what I'm going to try to figure out" Nathan replied and rubbed his fingers against Jessica's cheek. "That sounds reassuring, Jessica. But I promise I'll find out."

"All right." Jessica nodded.

"I'm going to the office. And you're coming with me tonight. We're not going home to your father. Yeah, well, your dad wouldn't want you home alone."

Jessica looked dumbfounded for a while before then Jessica nodded again and followed Nathan in a hurry.

"Everything will be fine" Nathan promised and grabbed his hand again, grasping it tightly. "I promise you."
