"Nathan, can you hear me?"
Moments after Nathan spent time lamenting his futile work. Robert called. Nathan stood up from his position and approached his desk.
"You use speakers and your voice is very loud, so of course I hear you" Nathan said as he heard Robert's voice blaring into the room. "Where are you?"
"I'm at the subway station. According to some agents' reports, Dimitri escaped here."
"What's? You're at the subway?" nathan asked in shock.
"Yes, I'm underground, but I'm not at the station. Right now I'm on my way to the subway tunnel. This is the fastest line to the train station."
Nathan then stands next to his desk while Jessica stands beside him, listening as his father speaks.
"I need help to lead me. I don't know where to go. I want to get there fast, so I can catch him. Some agents did go after him but they failed to get it."
"Yes. I'll try to lead you!"
"Can you see me?" Robert asked.
"Wait a minute" Nathan said, typing quickly on the keyboard on his desk before a red dot showing Robert's location appeared on his screen.
"Ah, yes! Now I can see your position. And I also got a plan from the tunnel." Nathan spoke again. "You have to keep going. Move slightly. Right in front of you there should be a door later. You can go through there to get to the tunnel."
"Where's the door?"
"It should be on your left. You need to move forward" Nathan explained.
"I saw it!" robert sounded out running.
"Open up!"
"Yes," Robert spoke to Nathan again while Jessica continued to watch the screen in front of him.
"Where should I go, Nathan." Robert sounded confused.
"Left, that's the line that's going to the station" Nathan said.
"In this tunnel there is no place for me to take shelter if there is a passing train." - Robert.
"You keep going down that path. I will check the downstream lane and also the departure of the train." Nathan said.
"Hurry now!" said Robert.
"Where to move?"
"A hundred meters ahead of you there will be a door, get in there!"
There was a step Robert who was running fast towards the door that Nathan meant.
"What the fuck, the door's locked, boy!" robert was upset.
Nathan frowned. "Just break it!"
"Oh that? You try to come down here to break down this iron door and let me talk from there" replied Robert grumbling.
"Come, Mr. Robert." Nathan replied, "It's not the right time for you to nag."
"Wait a minute. I'll try another way. Here there is a wall, I'm just going to put my body in between these walls." said Robert, his voice sounded hoarse. "It's too small for me, but I wish I had enough room for my body."
"Are you sure? You should have shot the door. "
"It won't be possible! Shit, I should have been dieting for a long time so that my body size is smaller." Robert spoke to himself.
Just then Nathan opened the footage from the CCTV underground tunnel where Robert is currently located.
And now Jessica can see directly as the moving train gets closer to her father's location. But his father was still trying to get into the small wall. At the moment Jessica could only think negatively for a moment before then she saw the subway speed through, past where her father was.
Her father's body was covered by a train and Jessica was not sure if her father had time or not to enter the wall. Jessica's hand moved quickly to grip Nathan's arm and she could feel his breath choking in the throat.
Jessica was so worried that the train hit her father. He also could not confirm the condition of his father because his father's position was currently covered by the body of the train that was speeding. The CCTV footage also did not provide enough scenery to show the condition of the father.
"Dad," Jessica whispered to herself.
Nathan himself was seen standing at his feet, his body tensed while his two eyes stared at the big screen in front of him.
1 second…
2 seconds…
3 seconds…
"I succeeded!"
