"Something's wrong" Nathan tells Jessica.
Nathan then turned his head and looked outwards, around the cafe building that had begun to look lonely. At that time only one or two people were seen passing outside.
"What?" jessica was confused. "What did you just talk about? What's not right? I don't understand."
"I.I can't explain it to you right now. But, you have to come with me first" Nathan asked Jessica.
Jessica looked at this young man in front of her with furrowed brows. And then Nathan stood up abruptly, slammed the lid of his own laptop and put it straight back in his bag.
While Jessica continued to watch the movements of the young man with a tense look.
"What are you really talking about, Nathan?" Jessica repeated her question, this time in a slightly irritated tone. "Then where should we go? I don't know what you're talking about right now, not one bit."
Nathan let out a sigh, "I think there's someone currently trying to chase after your father!" Nathan.
"My dad?" Jessica asked to be sure. Then his eyes rolled wide, staring at Nathan, and he picked up his Macbook and put it in his bag. "Who's after him. What did my father do?"
"I don't know," Nathan tries to lie. "But the most important thing right now is that you have to come with me right now."
"Look, no offense, but I barely even know you. I mean, we're even new to it" Jessica said in a dismissive tone.
"Yes, right. You don't know me at all" Nathan replied rather loudly. And the person inside the cafe stared at him as he was busy talking to the girl. Both Nathan's eyes continuously looked towards the door. "But Jessica, trust me. Please! You need to come with me right now."
Nathan then grabbed his warm coat which he had previously placed on the back of the chair. He looked at Jessica for a while before he finally put his bag on his shoulder and pulled Jessica's hand, leading the girl to walk out of the cafe.
Nathan timidly looked around the road. He took off his pull from Jessica's hand because he knew she would follow him from behind.
Jessica looked around the street near the cafe. He squinted his eyes, staring warily. For Nathan, this is the best way to look for anything suspicious.
Nathan halted his steps, staring doubtfully at the surrounding area.
"Pretend to stare at your phone screen, so we don't look suspicious" Nathan told Jessica, standing behind him. But just as Jessica nodded her head, Nathan saw someone staring straight at them. No, but towards him.
"Wait a minute" Nathan restrained Jessica's arm as she was about to grab her phone.
"What's wrong?" ask Jessica.
Nathan swallowed his saliva roughly. He turned to Jessica, looked at the girl at a glance and then looked down at the shoes used by the girl.
"You're wearing flat shoes. That's good." Nathan said awkwardly while occasionally staring at the stranger.
"Why good?" Jessica asked in wonder.
"Because we're going to run," Nathan told her and quickly grabbed Jessica's hand before she could even say anything to him.
