My Dad Turns Out to be Eyes

Nathan could not see at all how perplexed the girl walking beside him was at this moment. The girl had questioned him many times even since they got off the taxi, but Nathan had no intention of saying anything to her. Nathan had closed his mouth and his eyes were looking straight ahead.

The resigned Jessica now chooses to continue following Nathan through the National Gallery Building until they finally arrive at the nearest subway station.

Where exactly did this man take me. And why has he been quiet ever since. He should have explained everything to me, you son of a bitch! Jessica was constantly grumbling in her heart.

Actually the girl was well aware that Nathan would not answer her question. He eventually simply chose silence and followed Nathan along the way. He also tried his best not to look suspicious at the young man beside him.

"You didn't intend to kidnap me, did you?" jessica asked narrowed her eyes, looking at Nathan with a probing look.

"I have two reasons to challenge your accusation. First, I saved your life from a big, burly killer. Second, you wouldn't have followed me if I had kidnapped you."

Jessica sneered cynically, "For the second reason, it's because you forced me to follow you."

Nathan was silent, then nodded in agreement, "True too."

Nathan then sped his way through the subway station area. Until they finally passed the last corner.

Jessica continued to follow Nathan who was currently climbing a row of stairs that went nowhere.

"Where are we?" Jessica finally asked as Nathan walked into a large building near the station. They were now in front of the underground building that somehow looked so luxurious.

Nathan then shows his security card to a group of guards in front of the building. They looked at Jessica with suspicious gazes before Nathan convinced them that Jessica had come with him and their boss intended to see her.

"BIN," Nathan tells Jessica. "Do you know the news of a bombing earlier this week at the Interior Ministry building?"

Jessica nodded, "I watched it on the news and also had time to read the article."

"Then why are we in BIN's office?" Jessica wondered.

Right now Jessica was even trying her best not to sound frustrated with the whole situation that had just happened to her. Nathan took her to this place.

What is the connection between the bombing at the Ministry office, BIN headquarters and his father? So what does all this have to do with him? Then why did the burly man have to hunt him? Nathan said it was because of his father. Why does everything have to do with his father. What happened to his father.

The worst thing about all this is that there is no complete explanation and also a clear answer to Jessica's curiosity. Even Nathan's explanation just now doesn't answer any of his questions.

"I know you don't want to answer anything. But can you tell me what's really going on?"

Nathan looked into Jessica's eyes, who was currently begging for any explanation from him. But Nathan can't explain anything. It wasn't her room to tell Jessica. He was involved in this incident also because Robert secretly asked Nathan to look after Jessica.

Nathan looked at Jessica who was currently staring at him. Jessica's glance managed to make Nathan freeze in place. He actually had a stern look from his father. Of course, she's Robert Anderson's daughter.

"You know I can't tell you. That's not my position to explain it" Nathan said flatly.

Ah, it felt like this was about a hundred times Nathan had said this sentence to Jessica.

Nathan then swiped his security card into the access panel and walked inside the building. They passed through the hall that was going to the elevator. They kept their feet up, going deeper into the building. And when the two of them got in front of the elevator, Nathan immediately pressed the elevator button that would take him to the room he was headed to.

"Where exactly are we going?" jessica was confused.

"Interground!" Nathan answered this time.
