Crocodile's right hand then walked towards Luffy while swinging his hips slightly, thus causing Luffy to smile.

"You keep impressing me, Straw Hat," Robin said with a smile, causing Luffy to chuckle.

"I'm glad to hear it" Luffy replied before he began to look around the desert.

"What are you looking for" Robin asked.

"The place to sit" Luffy replied, causing the woman to smile.

"I think I can help," Robin said before she raised her hand to her lips and whistled loudly, causing Luffy to see something running towards them from Rainbase. In the blink of an eye, the creature appeared in front of the two people, which made Luffy startled.

The creature looked like a Banana gator, but they were different, the creature in front of Luffy was slightly smaller than the Banana gator who wanted to attack Vivi, and on his back was a saddle.

"What's that?" Luffy asked as he examined the Crocodile in front of him.

"It's an F-Wani, or better known as an Accelllegator," Robin said as she walked up to the gator and jumped up, before signaling Luffy to take the ride.

"This is another type of Banana Gator, they are not very ferocious of the usual kind, and this type can move at high speed in the Sandora Desert," Robin informs, as quoted by Reuters, when Luffy jumped on Gator's back.

"It's quite comfortable" Luffy said as he sat down. Luffy then put his hand into the coat and took out a bottle of whiskey with two empty glasses. Luffy handed one to Robin before he poured the drink for the two of them. Robin took the whiskey glass and drank it before immediately regretting the decision. Robin began to cough and his eyes began to water, causing Luffy to laugh.

"You should drink it a little bit, not swallow it right away" Luffy said in an amused voice.

"Thank you for the advice" Robin said cynically. "Why are you so relaxed?" he asked while looking at Luffy. "Are you not going to help your crew stop the war?" Robin asked in confusion.

"I'm going to stop the war" Luffy replied. "But my crew had to face their own battles," Luffy added before sipping his drink.

"So, are you going to let them fight a top-level agent?" Robin asked.

"Yup, I can't keep coming to save them all the time. They need to learn to fight with their own strength," Luffy said causing Robin to nod her head.

Robin wanted to say something else, but before he could say anything, someone landed between Banana gator and Crocodile, shocking the 2 people on the banana gator.

When Luffy looked towards the voice, he saw a man wearing a long white robe with a brown star-like motif on and a head covering with the same motif. "Who are you and where are you from?" Luffy asked, not liking that he could easily be startled by strangers.

"It was Pell, he was one of the two chiefs of the working army in Alabasta" Robin said, causing Luffy to nod his head.

"Who are you and why are you with that woman?" Pell asked then positioned his hand on his sword, which caused Luffy to narrow his eyes.

"I am the one that the princess hired to save this country," Luffy replied calmly.

"If you're here to save this country, what are you doing with that woman ?!" Pell asked while pointing at Robin.

"Don't your mother ever teach you that it's rude to point at someone, let alone a woman," Luffy said, making Robin laugh. "And as for your question, he worked for me" said Luffy, surprising Robin and Pell.

"He's the spy I told you to infiltrate Crocodile's organization. Now, once Crocodile has been cleared, he can return to rejoin my crew," Luffy lied smoothly.

"Where is the princess?" Pell asked.

"I sent him and my entire crew to Alubarna. If you hurry, you can catch up with them," Luffy said as he pointed towards, where the giant crab that was carrying everyone away was.

Pell looked at where Luffy was pointing and was about to go in that direction, but stopped and looked at Luffy.

"Are you not going?" Pell asked, causing Luffy to laugh.

"I'm a lot faster than you are, so go first" Luffy said before he turned around and looked at the bound Crocodile.

"In addition, there's still something I have to do," added Luffy in a cold voice, sending goosebumps down Pell's back. Pell nodded before turning into an eagle and flying.

"So, I'm working for you now?" Robin asked in a seductive voice that caused Luffy to chuckle.

"Well, I'm going to invite you to join my crew" Luffy said as he turned and looked at Robin.

"Come on, that's not hard to guess," Luffy said before sipping his whiskey. "At the end of the day all this in Alabasta will be my territory. I can ask the king to take us to the Poneglyph for you to read," said Luffy, causing Robin to look at Luffy for a few minutes before he chuckled.

"Why are you all D's always causing so much trouble?" Robin asked, not expecting to get Luffy's answer, but was surprised when Luffy actually replied.

"It is our will (will). It was the will of D," Luffy replied, causing Robin to turn her head very quickly and stare at Luffy with dinner plate-sized eyes.

"I almost lost hope" said Robin among his sobs. "If this Poneglyph in Alabasta wasn't what I expected, I'd give up, but you're .. You just said you know someone who knows his full history, right?" robin asked, still not believing.

"Yes, if you join my crew, I'll let you meet him when we get to the Sabaody Archipelago" Luffy replied before he wiped his tears. Robin let go of Luffy and began to dry her tears before she spoke to Luffy in an excited tone.

"I have to go" Robin said hurriedly. "If what you're saying is true, I should start looking for all the remaining Poneglyphs" Robin said, confirming her outfit.

"Calm down" said Luffy, grabbing his shoulder, "you must slow down. Don't be in a hurry, the Poneglyph is not going anywhere, you have to take these steps one by one," Luffy said calmly and in a serious voice.

"I promised Smoker that he would catch him when I had Crocodile cleaned up" Luffy replied before finishing his drink.

"I'm really surprised that he hasn't tried to escape yet" Robin said.
