Chapter 137's

"Thank you for the ride" Luffy said coldly, causing Enel's eyes to widen in fear. After Luffy said that, he saw a glint of light in the corner of his eyes. Deciding to investigate that sparkle of light, Luffy did the only thing he could do in a situation like this.

He coated his fists with lightning coupled with haki and then punched Enel towards the sparkle of light he saw.

"Gangnir!" luffy said as he punched the fake God's face. As his fist smashed into Enel's face, a loud bang of lightning rang out throughout Skypiea.

Enel was once again thrown towards the sparkle that Luffy saw at a speed that exceeded the speed of sound. When Luffy saw Enel being thrown towards the cloud island where he saw the sparkle, he immediately turned his body into a black lightning bolt then went upstairs, where thick clouds of black lightning were gathering, he said, when Luffy got inside the cloud, he used the electrical particles inside to move faster.

When Enel was just above the cloud island where the sparkle of light Luffy saw was, a black bolt of lightning suddenly shot out and grabbed Enel right in the chest, sending it hurtling downwards.

As soon as Enel hit the clouds, his body bounced back 2 meters in the air. It was then that Luffy appeared once more and set his foot into Enel's stomach, making Enel's body fall back again into the clouds, causing him to cough up a lot of blood.

After Enel coughed up all that blood, his body turned back to its original state, and all the electricity around his body disappeared as well.

"Do you see that" said Luffy, looking to his right, where a giant golden bell stood firmly. "That must be the bell that Noland talked about in his journal," Luffy added while admiring the bell.

When looking at this giant bell Luffy also saw a Poneglyph located at the bottom of the bell.

‘Robin will definitely be happy when he sees this,’ he thought while staring at Poneglyph.

"That ... belongs to .. ku!" enel said as he growled weakly, drawing Luffy's attention. "this bell would be a great addition to Ark Maxim," Enel added in a weak voice, causing Luffy to raise an eyebrow at him.

"What is Ark Maxim?" Luffy asked while looking at Enel.

"That's the ship I've been building for the last six years ... * Uhuk* Uhuk "answer in a hoarse voice.

"After I kill you, I will destroy this sky island and send it back to the Blue Sea, before taking the bell and sailing to Endless Vearth!" he said again, causing Luffy to stare at Enel like he was seeing a madman.

"I have news for you, Lord," said Luffy, bowing and whispering into Enel's ear. "You'll only live for another ten minutes" he added in a cold tone, which gave Enel's body goosebumps.

"I-I can't die," Enel replied as she looked at Luffy with widened eyes. "I am god" he added, causing Luffy to shake his head.

"For the last time!" Luffy said coldly as he lifted his leg from Enel's stomach, only to slam him back into Enel's abdomen, causing him to cough up more blood.

"You're not god!" Luffy shouted as he stomped on Enel's stomach again, causing him to release the golden stick he was holding. Luffy then observed the golden stick before picking it up and twirling it around his hand and then around his body.

"hmmm, I have never felt so fit to be a swordsman" Luffy said as he placed his other hand on the sword tied next to his body. "But this stick feels so right in my hand" he added before staring back at Enel. "I think I'll keep this stick of yours" he said, chuckling.

Luffy then called out to the cloud that had all his belongings in it. The cloud then appeared beside Luffy and floated there before something started to rise from within the clouds.

The thing from within the cloud was a large fruit basket containing a wide variety of fruits. Luffy then looked back at Enel and spoke with a grin on his face.

"You have a rare devil fruit" Luffy said with a smiling fan staring at Enel. "You don't mind if I take it, do you?" Luffy asked in a cold voice, which caused Enel's eyes to instantly widen in fear.

Luff then laughed coldly before staring at Enel again and speaking in a threatening tone. "Well, you actually have no other choice in this," added Luffy, causing the already pale Enel to grow even paler.

Luffy then turned Enel's body, so that his position was now on his stomach, then Luffy grabbed both of Enel's arms and pulled her back.

"Wait on! Please stop!" Enel pleaded as she began to feel the pain of her arm about to break. "Pity me! Please!" he begged Luffy whose eyes were just staring coldly emotionlessly before he spoke again in an emotionless tone.

"Did you show mercy to my crew members when you electrocuted him" Luffy said angrily before giving a final tug to both of Enel's arms, so that a terrible sound from Enel's shoulder that was released from his joints was heard.

"Ohhhhhhh!" Enel screamed in pain. Luffy then removed his arm before walking towards his leg. He then coated his right leg with haki before stomping on Enel's left leg violently, breaking it.

"Have you even thought of showing him mercy?" Luffy asked again before he walked to the other leg. "Or is he just an insect you can crush with your feet?" ask her before breaking Enel's right leg in the same way as before.

"MUHHH!" Enel continued to shout loudly. Luffy then turned his body back and placed the bottom of his new golden wand on Enel's chest.

"It's going to be very painful" Luffy said in a cold tone before black electricity crept from his hand through the golden stick and into Enel's body. As soon as the black electricity entered his body, Enel let out an extremely loud cry of pain to the point that it echoed throughout Skypiea.

The Skypiea people were already frightened when they saw the sky turn black and when the Giant jack fell, but now a sudden shout filled the air, making everyone even more afraid.

"It hurts, right?" Luffy asked with a sadistic grin on his face.

"No, please! Hethink!" Enel pleads but Luffy doesn't listen at all.

"That's 1000 volts, let's try 10,000" Luffy said, adding to the voltage. "100,000," he said once again, before adding to the voltage. "1 million!" only again.

Enel opened his mouth to shout but no sound came out. Luffy stopped after ten seconds and looked at Enel spit out the foam in his mouth.

"How about you help me ring this bell," said Luffy before he pointed his open palm at the sprawling Enel, caused a rope made of black electricity to come out and wrapped itself around Enel's neck.

Luffy then held onto the rope made of electricity before he started swinging Enel's body like a windmill. At each turn Enel passed, Luffy would increase the speed of the round, until finally Luffy took a step forward and pulled Enel who was still spinning and stabbed him into the golden bell with such force, he said, to the point of dropping the giant bell backwards and exiting the island of clouds, causing it to fall down towards the Upper yard.

As Enel struck the bell, Luffy increased the temperature of the listirk wrapped around Enel's neck, quickly cutting off his neck.

Enel's head rolled around on the surface of the clouds while his body fell down along with the giant bells. Luffy then quickly turned around and looked at his fruit basket, not long after which a red apple turned electric blue before a circular-level pattern appeared on it.

When Luffy saw this he immediately grinned triumphantly.

Luffy then walked towards Enel's head and grabbed it by pulling her hair before walking back into the clouds. He was about to jump into the clouds but stopped when the beautiful sound of bells clanging filled Skypea, causing him to smile.

Luffy then picked up his wand and the new Devil Fruit he got before leaping into the clouds and flying to the location where the golden bells were bearada.

When Luffy arrived at the edge of the upper yard where the bell landed. He saw that the bell was still swinging back and forth making a beautiful sound for everyone to hear. Luffy then turned his attention to the Poneglyph, then closed his eyes as if he was trying to hear something.

after a few seconds, Luffy opened his eyes and smiled.

"Weapons huh," Luffy said with a laugh, before leaping back into the clouds and heading towards the direction where he sensed Zoro's whereabouts. After picking up the stray Zoro, the two of them went towards the ship that was currently sailing upper yard along with several other ships belonging to the Skypieans and Shandorians.

Luffy and his crew then stopped right in front of all the ships, causing them all to stop. Luffy walked forward with his golden wand in one hand and Enel's head in the other.

"I don't think your god is immortal" said Luffy, raising Enel's head for everyone to see.he then threw the head into the White Sea before jumping into the Going Merry.

"He killed Enel ..." A Shandorian said in awe as he looked at the head that had now sunk.

"Unbelievable, he managed to kill God," said another Skypiean, causing Luffy to sigh and shake his head before looking around his ship.

As Luffy looked around, he realized there were more people on his boat than before he left. There are his crew along with Gan Fall, Conis and his father, a little Shandorian girl, and the Shandorians and their leaders who fight with Zoro.

Before he could say anything to all of them, Gan Fall came forward and spoke.

"You have killed Enel and freed the Skypeans from his cruel reign" Gan Fall said in a grateful voice.

 "How can we repay you, young man?" the old knight asked as he looked at Luffy. Luffy looked around and saw that the other Skypies were nodding their heads, approving of what Gan Fall was doing as well as some Shandorians.

"Well, I'm a little hungry" Luffy replied as he rubbed his stomach. "And we would really appreciate it if we could take some of the gold that Enel stole," added Luffy, causing all of his crew to smile broadly, especially Nami.

"That can be set," said Gan Fall with a smile. "We, the sky people don't need gold, even many of us don't know what it is," he said again, causing Luffy to nod in understanding.

"Hey! Straw Hats!" someone shouted, drawing Luffy's attention. When Luffy looked over to the side of his ship, he saw the Shandorian leader he had stunted earlier sitting on the main mast of his ship.

"How dare you ring the Golden Bell. Only Shandorian can sound it!" his yell, caused Luffy to narrow his eyes before a loud thunder rang out on the ship, scaring some people.

"I suggest you keep your attitude while you're on MY ship before I finish what I started before" Luffy said coldly causing Wyper to growl.

"And the reason why I rang that bell was, I had a friend who was a descendant of this man named Noland, so I rang that bell for him," Luffy added shrugging his shoulders, causing the eyes of the Shandorian chieftain to widen, as well as Wyper.

But Luffy doesn't really care about them, instead he walks to the upper deck where Nami is and talks to her.

"What's up, Captain?" she asked.

"Has the post log recorded the magnetic medang of this island?" Luffy asked while looking at her. Nami then looked at the pose log on her wrist before she replied.

"No, not yet," Nami replied, causing Luffy to smile.

"Alright then, let's start our delayed vacation" Luffy said before he walked into his captain's room, leaving the crew behind with a happy smile.

"Luffy!" call Robin in a slight yell, stopping Luffy's footsteps about to enter his room. When Luffy turned around, he saw Robin wearing a bandage all over his body staring at Luffy, causing him to smile, knowing what Robin was going to ask.

"The golden bell is located in the southwestern part of the island" Luffy said before Robin could speak. "Before the bell was on a cloud island west of Giant Jack, but I dropped it when I killed Enel," added Luffy, causing Robin and the other Skypieans to smile.

Luffy then continued walking into his room and closed the door behind him. Luffy sat on his bed and placed his golden stick against the wall before he grabbed down the bed and pulled out a crate.

Luffy then put his hand into his coat and pulled out a key before opening the chest and revealing a pile full of Devil Fruit.

‘Thank you for the fruit, Enel,’ thought Luffy while chuckling, before closing the crate earlier and putting it back under his bed.
