Chapter 25's

Luffy, Sanji, and Yosaku are currently walking through the forested part of the island, it's been about ten minutes now. Just moments ago Luffy turned the sky dark and started raining lightning and lightning as a way to tell the rest of the crew that he was already on the island.

At first, Sanji and Yosaku had no objection to what he was doing, because, they had already seen what Luffy could do during his fight with Don Kreig, but they began to fear when the lightning rang so loud that the island they were standing on shook, and the lightning strikes struck the part of the island randomly repeatedly.

After Luffy finished sending his signal to the others, the three of them started walking towards the center of the island. Although Luffy was done giving the signal, but the black clouds were still in the sky with flashes and lightning strikes appearing at all times.

"I can feel a lot of people up front," said Luffy drawing their attention. "they're pretty far away.. about ten minutes away and we'll reach where they are," he said it caused Sanji and Yosaku to look at him strangely.

"How do you know that?" Sanji asked with a curious expression on his face.

"I used Haki's observation to sense them. Don't worry as soon as we finish this, I'll teach it to all of you" Luffy said, replying with a nod from Sanji.

After walking for ten minutes, the group came out of the forest and ended up in a small village. Luffy looked around hoping to see someone on the street but there was no one there, looking completely empty.

It was strange, because Luffy remembered him sensing the presence of people in the exact same location ten minutes ago. So he decided to use his Right Observation once again, to try and see where everyone was.

Closing his eyes, he began to try and feel the life energy of the people around him. After a few seconds, he reopened his eyes and spoke.

"I sensed that everyone in the village was in front of us" he pointed in front of them. The three of them then started down the streets and walked forward, the road they were walking on seemed to be the main road of the village, a short while later, they saw a large group of people were gathering around a man.

The man was wearing a police uniform with a windmill in his hat and his entire body was covered in scars from his face to his feet. The three of them stood at the end of the gathering group, observing what was happening before they made their presence known to the people.

Luffy then patted Sanji on the shoulder and Yosaku grabbed their attention, pointing with his index finger to focus their attention to the left of the group in front of them, which caused them to look towards where Luffy was pointing.

When they saw it, they saw a house completely destroyed. Usually, when a house is demolished, the roof part will remain on top, but this time the roof part is on the bottom. It looked like someone took the house and turned it over before slamming it to the ground.

"What can make a house upside down like that?" Yosaku whispered to them both.

"A Fishman," Sanji answered causing Yosaku's eyes to widen in fear. It was at that moment that Luffy decided to make their presence known to the people who were gathering.

"It looks like we just missed a party" Luffy said, drawing everyone's attention. After the people started to realize the whereabouts of the three of them behind, the crowd began to open a path for the three of them to be able to walk forward.

"Who are you three?" asked the man in police uniform, "I've never seen you here before" he said. Luffy looked at her with an emotionless expression on his face for a while before he replied in his usual monotonous voice.

"We are just a few sailors looking for our friends who came to this island" he replied as he walked and stood on the man's deoan. "Have you seen them?" Luffy asked. People in the city are starting to get a little nervous, they are not getting many visitors to this island.

"Are you a pirate?" The man in police clothes asked, making the people in the village even more nervous.

"Yes, right," Luffy said causing everyone's eyes to widen in fear before they all began to retreat slowly. "Relax, I'm here with no malicious intent, I'm here just looking for my crew. One of them is a swordsman with green hair, you probably know him as Roronoa Zoro," said Luffy surprising everyone at the fact that the pirate hunter who was hit is now a pirate.

"The next one was a long-nosed man who had the name Usopp" he said. When Luffy said that, he realized everyone's faces were changing, which signified these people had seen Usopp before.

"That brave boy is a part of you?" the man in police uniform asked, getting a nod from Luffy. "I see, I don't know about Roronoa, but the long-nosed man is here, but Arlong's troops are chasing him and they are running towards it" he said, pointing off into the distance. Luffy's eyes widened when he heard that.

'Damn it, Usopp, ' thought Luffy to himself. He then sighed and started massaging his forehead before he spoke. "Thank you ... um, I don't know your name yet" Luffy said.

"Oh I'm sorry, I'm Genzo," he said as he reached out to shake hands. Luffy grabbed his hand and shook it before he replied.

"Thank you for your help, Genzo, I'm Luffy" he said, shaking Genzo's hand. Luffy, Sanji, and Yosaku then started walking towards Usopp being chased before Luffy stopped and turned towards Genzo to ask another question.

"Hey Genzo," Call Luffy, get Genzo's attention and everyone. "I'm also looking for a girl named Nami, know where I can find her," he asked making everyone there flinch a little.

However, one thing that caught Luffy's attention was the reaction of a blue-haired girl. Not only did she gasp when she heard Nami's name but her facial expression changed from serious to worried, using her Right Observation Luffy could see that women's emotions were not fickle, from curiosity to worry.

Before Luffy could ask the villagers about their reaction, he heard Zoro's voice coming from behind him.

"LUFFY!" Zoro yelled as he ran down the street with the only sword in hand to meet Luffy. Luffy turned around and saw Zoro running towards him but frowned when he saw neither Johnny nor Usopp were with him.

Luffy thought Johnny would be with him, knowing how much Johnny and Yosaku respect Zoro. When Zoro finally arrived and took a breath, he spoke to Luffy. "Luffy, Nami is a member of Arlong's crew" Zoro said, surprising the three of them.
