Chapter 104's

"Good, now the next thing I have to give you is this," said Luffy as he reached into the crate and pulled out a stack of address books tied together. Luffy then untied the stack of books and distributed one book to each person there. "In these books are the names and numbers of people who have sworn allegiance to me" Luffy said, causing everyone to look at the names in the book with interest.

"I don't understand" Ms. Merry Christmas caught Luffy's attention. "What do these people have to do with us?" she asked.

"As I said, these people swore allegiance to me a few years ago. They're the ones who will supply the merchandise you're going to sell" Luffy said, surprising everyone there, especially Johnny and Yosaku. "In the book, there are the names of everyone, from arms dealers to gun makers, from scientists to the king of illegal drugs" Luffy said. "Whatever you need; you can get it from the people in the book. You just need to call them and order the product, then they will tell you when and where to pick up the item. Since everyone in the book is located on the Grand Line, you have to send a ship here to pick up the item and bring it back to the client, got it? " Luffy asked while looking around making sure everyone understood how it worked.

"How long have they been working for you?" Johnny asked, as this was the first time he had heard of this

"It's been about two and a half years" Luffy replied as he sipped his drink. "They've all been stockpiling their products for the past two years. All they're waiting for is for you to order the product" Luffy said, causing Johnny to nod his head.

"I see," said Mr. 2, flipping through the address book. "You yourself are the supplier and the distributor," he said causing Luffy to nod in agreement.

"There are a lot of names for all the stuff here" Mikita said in amazement as she flipped through the first three pages of the book.

"As you may have noticed by now, only the first three pages of the book have complete contact information, while the rest of the pages of the book are blank. It is your intention to find new contacts and add them to the book, do you understand?" Luffy asked, causing them all to nod, signaling they understood.

"Good, the next thing I'm going to give you guys is," Luffy said as he reached into the crate and pulled out a few piles of paper. "This is the logo of the organization. You have to put this in every box, crate, and package you send" Luffy said, handing two piles of paper to each pair. When everyone gets a logo, the first thing they do is check to see what their new logo looks like. When they saw it, they saw that the logo was just a shiny skull.

"Isn't this too similar to a pirate flag?" Paula asked as she lifted one of the papers.

"According to Marine, as long as a logo doesn't have a skull with crossed bones behind it, then it's not a pirate flag" Luffy said as he shrugged his shoulders.

"Is there no other organization in the Underworld that uses this kind of logo?" Jiro asked while looking at Luffy.

"There already is, but as you said, they are only in the Underworld world" Luffy replied as he sipped his drink. "But no other organization is going into two markets like us" Luffy added with a grin.

"How much money do we want to make in this business?" Gem asked as he placed a pile of logos on the table next to him.

"A lot of it" replied Luffy. "I estimate that Devil Fruit Paramecia with modest strength can produce at least 100 million Berries depending on their strength, while Logia can be priced between 800 million to 1.5 billion Berries," added Luffy, causing everyone's eyes in the room to widen in shock. .

"That's a lot of money" Paula whispered to Luffy, making him grin.

"It's not even close to the total amount we're going to get" Luffy said, again surprising them. Mr. 2 and Jiro immediately jumped to their feet and shouted.

"Then why are we still here !?" both ask. "Let's make some money!" shout them.

"Okay, relax, guys," said Luffy to calm them down. "There's one more thing I need to explain to all of you" Luffy said in a serious tone, calming everyone down.

"What's that?" Mr. 1 asked in a calm voice.

"Rules," Luffy said made everyone confused. "There are some rules you have to follow. Breaking them and your life will be over" Luffy said calmly, scaring everyone in the cafe. "Rule #1, if you're alive, you won't touch it" Luffy said, looking around, making sure they all heard it. "I will not enter into the business of slavery. If you see the slave merchant ship, you must kill everyone on that ship and free all the slaves, understand !?" Luffy asked slightly raising the volume of his voice.

"Yes!" everyone answered with a nod.

"What if it dies?" Mr. 1 asked, causing Luffy to sigh.

"You mean like an organ," asked Luffy, and Mr. 1 nodded. "I'm still worried about that. On the one hand, organs have a tempting price, but on the other hand, the business is so disgusting" Luffy replied with a sigh. "There's the name of the organ harvester in your contact book. He doesn't work for me; I only know him. Don't call him. For now, we won't touch the dead" Luffy said, causing everyone to nod.

"Well," replied Mr. 1 with a nod.

"Rule #2, you can only sell drugs (forbidden drugs) to the rich and powerful, like nobles," said Luffy, confusing them all.

"Why?" Paula asked. "Didn't that reduce the amount of money we'd make?" he asked, causing Luffy to shake his head.

"No, not that," Luffy said as he picked up his glass. "The rich/noble always buy in bulk and they tend to always pay more for it. In contrast to the poor/ordinary, who buy only in small quantities, and they always know the exact price for what they buy," Luffy explains, causing everyone to understand.

"That makes sense," said Mr. 2 while nodding. "But what about the (legal & illegal) drugs that we will sell, is there not a drug sales organization that has a cheaper selling price than our products?" Mr. 2 asks, causing a grin to appear on Luffy's face.

"True, there are many drug dealers in this world, but none of them will sell you the medicine that you will sell," Luffy replied, surprising them all. "The drugs you're going to sell are drugs that only scientists who work for me make, and those scientists' drugs are only going to be sold by you" Luffy added with a proud smile.

"Geez, you really thought of everything huh," Mikita said, causing Luffy to laugh in satisfaction.

"Rules #3, you must not use my real name when running this organization. Like Crocodile, all of you will call me by the pseudonym of Asura," Luffy explained, causing all of them to nod.

"No, you can use your real name if you want. I'm the only one who'll use a pseudonym, because I'm a pirate and people tend to avoid doing business with pirates, especially the Marines and the nobles," luffy said it made them all understand.

"A mysterious aura," Paula said in a seductive tone. "It sounds so sexy" said paula, whispering and winking at Luffy. Luffy ignored her and spoke again.

"OK that's the only rule I have" Luffy said as he checked the crate once more, then Luffy pulled out a set of transponder snails from the crate. "The numbers of all snails are on a piece of paper attached to the snail shell, take one and please change the numbers of the transponder before going to your area," luffy said as he closed the crate and placed it back into the clouds, while everyone went and picked up the transponder snail. "Well then, if any of you are having trouble, just call me" Luffy said.

"But we don't have your number" Mikita said, causing Luffy to grin.

"My number is on the first number in your address book," said Luffy, causing them all to look into their address book. When they opened their book, they all looked at the first number there was no 'Luffy' name but there was an Asura name. "Now that everything is done, I'm leaving" said Luffy, turning around and starting to walk out of the cafe with his clouds following right behind him. Luffy walked over Mr. 11's corpse and walked out towards the heavy rain. As Luffy was about to jump into his clouds, a deep tone of voice sounded, making Luffy stop his steps.

"You let your vigilance go down too easily, Lu," said the mysterious man's voice, which caused Luffy's eyes to widen. Luffy slowly turned his head and looked back to see who it was. When Luffy turned around, he saw a tall man as tall as Luffy with shoulder-length white hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black and white plaid shirt with three buttons at the top not buttoned,  and also black cargo pants and a pair of black steel-toed shoes with a red and gold captain's coat covering his shoulders with a faction similar to Luffy. Tied to his side was a sword with a golden handle and a pair of black angel wings that were the barrier of the sword.

"Isaac" said Luffy as he turned around and looked at the man with narrowed eyes. Now everyone inside the cafe walked outside to see who Luffy was talking to. When they got outside, they saw Luffy standing 20 feet away from a man, who was obviously a pirate. "What are you doing in Paradise?" Luffy asked the man.

"A lot of people are looking for you, Lu," the man named Isaac replied with a smile. "The noise you're doing in Logue Town is making world headlines and causing a lot of pirates to look for you" said Isaac, causing Luffy to raise an eyebrow. "There are some who want to kill you and there are also those who want to join you," Isaac added, causing an amused expression to creep on Luffy's face before he spoke.

"And exactly, what are you doing here?" Luffy asked as he looked at Isaac.

"Well, if you're alive after I'm done with you, I won't have a problem getting under your flag" Isaac said. After he said that, black angel wings sprouted out from his back, causing Luffy to grin while the people watching near the cafe gawked in shock. The wings are very large and there is a gray luster. Along the bottom of the wings, everyone could see a metal sword replacing the wing feathers. "I can't serve someone weaker than me anyway" Isaac said, grinning and flexing his wings.

"I think we already know who was stronger two years ago," Luffy replied as the rain clouds above them began to swirl.

"Much has changed since then" Isaac replied confidently. Luffy was about to say something but before he could, Yosaku's voice cut him off.

"Big bro Luffy," Yosaku called Luffy's attention. "Who is he?" he asked while pointing at Isaac.

"He was the Angel of Death, Franklin D. Isaac," Luffy said with a big smile. "He ate Devil Fruit of the Mythical Zoan type. Human Type, Model: Archangel" said Luffy to surprise them.

"Have you finished stalling for time to form your goddamn cloud" Isaac said, causing Luffy to laugh.

"Well, if you're the one I'm fighting, I have to do this seriously," Luffy said along with a lightning bolt blazing in the sky, causing Isaac to pull out his sword.

"Second Gear!" Luffy yells.

** Return to Palace **

The entire crew along with Vivi and a few servants were still in the palace hospital. Vivi has offered a room for each of the crew, but they all turned it down, they are more comfortable staying together. The king and Vivi had returned from explaining all the happenings to the people in the square a few minutes ago, and were shocked that Luffy had still not returned.

"Are you guys sure Luffy's gonna be okay?" Vivi asked in a worried voice.

"Calm Vivi" Nami said with a smile and lay down on one of the beds. "Luffy will be fine. I doubt there is anyone who can beat Luffy in this world" Nami added confidently.

"Right, the man was a human-bodied monster," added Usopp who was currently lying on a bed with his body covered in bandages.

"Yup, trust the captain a little. He is-" Nojiko said, but before he could finish his sentence, a very loud thunderbolt rang out across the country of Alabasta, where the sound of this thunderbolt caused an earthquake that shook the entire island. The straw hat crew along with everyone in the country had to go to great lengths to keep from falling down.

"What's going on!?" Vivi yells / asks while holding one of the beds. After 30 seconds of shaking, everything calmed down again.

"That's Luffy," Zoro said as he helped Chopper lift Usopp off the floor.

“What is he doing" Vivi said as she looked out the window filled with rain.

"There are only 2 possibilities" Zoro said, drawing the attention of all of them. "Either someone really pisses him off, or he fights someone much stronger than Crocodile" Zoro said, causing everyone to be a little worried about their captain. Nami quickly dispelled the thought that her captain would lose to her head, and then spoke.

"No!" nami said firmly while raising the volume of her voice. "Regardless of how strong his enemy is, Luffy will definitely not lose!" nami added, causing the entire crew's confidence in their captain to strengthen.

"Nami's right" Sanji said as he lit a cigarette. "We all know Luffy, and he's not someone who's going to lose the fight" he added, while the others simply nodded. Vivi along with her father and some royal servants who looked at the crew from the corner of the room could not believe how trusting this crew was to their captain.

"They are absolutely loyal to their captain" the king whispered to himself.
