"Is that a good idea, Luffy?" Nami asked with a slightly scared expression on her face. When Nami went around using the waver, she saw what this person named Enel could do, and it made her very scared.

"Normally I would say no, but this is too interesting for me to miss," Luffy replied as he turned and looked at his crew.

"Did the lightning bolt just do you, captain?" Robin asked as he looked at Luffy, curious about the lightning they had just heard rumbling in the sky.

"No, it wasn't me," Luffy replied, surprising all of his crew, yet puzzling the 2 skypieans who had previously welcomed them.

"Is it possible that it's a devil fruit" Sanji asked, but Luffy replied directly before he could finish his question.

"No, that's impossible" Luffy replied cutting Sanji off. He did not want this man named Enel to know that he also had the power of lightning. Luffy wants it to be a surprise.

"It looks similar but it's not the same, so I'm interested" Luffy added, grinning. He was about to say something else but before he could, Conis spoke in a panicked tone, drawing the attention of all of them.

"Don't you understand what you just did ?!" Conis asked in a slightly frightened voice. "It's a fifth-degree crime" he said, trying to get them to understand.

"Once you are found guilty of a fifth degree crime, the Almighty Enel will drive you to the floating cloud plain" Conis said in a soft but frightened voice.

"That doesn't sound too bad" Sanji said, smoking a cigarette.

"It's a death sentence! You're all gonna die!" Conis shouted back with a worried voice. "They will place you on a small cloud that floats and leaves you there without having a chance to escape, and in the end you will die slowly and painfully," conis begins to scare Nami, Usopp, and Chopper.

"I may have known you a while ago, but I know you're not bad people, so you should take this opportunity to get out of this place!" Conis shouted before running away.

"I have to take these people to the doctor now" Pagaya said as he walked toward the unconscious troops.

"I think we need to take his advice" Nami said as she turned to look at Luffy and the rest of the crew. "When I walked around using the waver, I saw it for myself, a small cloud island around which was filled with monsters!" Nami explains, scaring Usopp and Chopper.

"Great, you did one thing that everyone thought you would never do" Zoro said, folding his arms.

"You mean to go to the island where God lives where we are forbidden to approach or set foot there" Luffy said with a grin.

"It's not a thing where you get excited, Luffy," Nami scolded. "If we stay here longer, we can get Pagaya and Conis into trouble" he added.

"What a difference if we stay or go" Luffy said in a serious voice. "There is no guarantee that if we leave, they will not be charged with a crime. Heh, I'll bet they'll still be charged with facilitating our escape" Luffy added, causing some members of his crew to nod their heads.

"This world is not something that can be valued in black or white, Ms. Navigator," Robin said, staring at Nami.

"This man in the hands of God does not seem to be a just and wise man. Just look at all the violations that are being accused of us, many of those rules are vague and unreasonable" Robin added.

"So, it's possible that when we leave this place, the crimes we're accused of will be transferred to Conis and Pagaya" Luffy said, causing Nami to look down a bit.

“In addition, I want to chat a little with their ‘God’," added Luffy in a low voice.

The straw haters finally decided to stay on the beach, discussing with each other for a few minutes, a while later some of Luffy's crew walked first to the ship, leaving Luffy behind, Zoro, and Nojiko are still in their place.

"So many problems just for a nice relaxing holiday," Nojiko said with a sigh, causing Luffy to laugh.

"Don't worry about that" Luffy said as he turned around and patted her on the shoulder. "This issue shouldn't take long, we will solve the problem with what they call ‘Tuhan’ before the pose log can point to the next island, he said, give you enough time to relax" Luffy said before starting to walk towards the ship.

"Don't make our luck bad, captain," Zoro said as he turned around, following Nojiko who was walking behind Luffy.

As they walked towards the ship, the voice of the White Barret captain they had met earlier caught their attention.

"You're trying to escape, villain!" he shouted, attracting the attention of the three of them along with the crew who were already on board.

When everyone looked at the source of the sound, they saw the same group of soldiers standing on the beach along with Conis and Pagaya.

"I don't know what you're doing that's making us unconscious, but I can tell you that it won't happen again" the captain said with enough confidence, caused a ticklish grin to appear on Luffy's face.

"For someone who doesn't even know what's going on with you, you're really confident" said Luffy in an amused tone, causing the captain to growl low.

"I know that you are guilty of committing a crime of the 5th degree, in the name of the almighty God Enel, you will be banished to a remote cloud for good!" his yell.

"I was so scared," Luffy replied in a bored tone, causing the man to grit his teeth before he gave the order to his soldiers.

"Teacher! Catch 'em!" The captain's command, deftly his troops stepped forward while preparing arrows and bows. Luffy raised his eyebrows when he saw this, Nojiko and Zoro stepped forward Luffy with both of their weapons taken out.

"Fire The Milky Arrow!" The captain ordered, making all his soldiers release arrows from their bows. As the arrow shot towards Luffy and his two crew, the arrow left a trail of milky white smoke behind it, as if it was smoke from a missile.

Nojiko and Zoro leapt forward and skillfully avoided the incoming arrows, while Luffy only took a small step to the side, making all the arrows not hit him at all. As the arrows floated past the three of them, the three of them immediately realized that something was wrong with the smoke left behind from the arrows. They realize what it is when Nojiko and Zoro try to climb up into the smoke.

"It's clouds!" nojiko exclaimed as she and Zoro tried to get a balance over the path of the clouds.

"That's interesting," Luffy responded in a bored tone, still standing on the beach. Right after he said that the second group from White Barret was holding various swords and knives and also wearing the same strange roller skates that the masked man who attacked them wore, he said, allowing the group to skate over the clouds, not linger they jump over the cloud paths and begin skating towards Zoro and Nojiko.
