Chapter 24's

Back on the clouds, Luffy calmly sat on his throne pouring drinks, while Sanji and Yosaku poked and touched the clouds trying to make sense of this incident in their heads, ensure that they actually rise above the clouds.

"How can you do this?" ask the astonished Sanji. Luffy sipped his drink before replying.

"I ate the devil's fruit Goro-Goro no mi. I can control the lightning and become the lightning itself" he said as he turned his right hand into electrical energy. "For some reason, I can also control the clouds to some extent. It surprised me as well when I first did it" Luffy said.

sanji nodded his head and returned to admire the clouds but was interrupted when Luffy spoke to Yosaku. "So, Yosaku," he said, got Yosaku's attention. "Do you want to tell us what's so bad about where Nami went?" She asked. Yosaku sat down and spoke to Luffy and Sanji.

"He ... He went to Arlong's place," he said causing Luffy to narrow his eyes and Sanji to raise his eyebrows.

"Arlong! You mean" Saw-Tooth "Arlong?" Luffy asked in a surprised voice. Yosaku nodded before speaking again.

"Nami couldn't stop looking at Arlong's wanted poster when she saw it. And it wasn't a normal look, there was something different about the way he looked at the poster, something strange. I think Nami is planning on taking Arlong's Bounty and cashing out the 20 million Bounty on Arlong's head! " Yosaku's words caused Sanji's eyes to widen.

Luffy didn't say anything. He was just waiting for Yosaku to continue before he said anything because there was something that didn't fit Luffy's mind.

"The Shichibukai and the Fishman Pirate Captain, Jimbei left Arlong here in the East Blue and since Arlong came here he has taken control of twenty cities," Yosaku told Sanji once again. As Yosaku was about to speak, Luffy cut him off.

"Jimbe didn't leave Arlong here to cause trouble. The two of them had long been at odds and Arlong and a few other Fishmen who considered themselves to be superior to humans came and troublemaked in the East Blue after leaving the Fishman Pirates, "luffy explained a few things.

"How did you know about that?" Tanya Sanji got a nod from Yosaku which showed she also wanted to know how Luffy knew about it.

"I've met Jimbe once when I went to Fishman Island" Luffy said, surprising the two passengers in the clouds. "He's really good. He even gave me some meat" Luffy said with a smile that caused the two of them to sweat.

"By the way I was there, he told me the story of Fisher Tiger and other stories about his pirate journey. The story of Arlong is one of them" Luffy explained.

"Wow, you've already gone to Fishman Island," Sanji said with a strange expression on his face. "You have to tell me. .. are mermaids as beautiful as those stories?" he asked with a heart forming in his eyes while his cigarette was smoking heart-shaped smoke.

"The stories underestimated them," Luffy said causing Sanji a nosebleed. "But you don't have to believe my words, you can see for yourself when we go there," Luffy said causing Sanji to smile widely and start singing about how many mermaids he will marry.

Luffy simply shook his head and turned to Yosaku and asked him to continue his story.

"Arlong established its headquarters of operations in the Comomi Islands. He called it Arlong Park and that's where Nami was heading," Yosaku said. Luffy sighed and sipped his drink before replying.

"This girl has more problems than I thought" Luffy said, massaging his forehead with his right hand. "I mean, if he wants to kill Arlong for his Bounty, why doesn't he just say it and we'll all help him. Is he that greedy that he wants everything for himself?" luffy's question caused the two people who were with him to shrug their shoulders.

"Something about his behavior is a little strange. Hold on tight," said Luffy suddenly confusing Sanji and Yosaku. Then suddenly the lightning clouds they were riding on were speeding and swooping flying up the altitude and started flying higher and higher above the sky.

"What are you doing!?" yosaku.

"Go to a higher altitude. We'll get there faster this way" he said before he increased the speed of the clouds once again. Now the cloud is flying across the sky at a speed of about 120 km/h and about 20,000 feet in the air.

Yosaku and Sanji stared fearfully at their heights. Sanji has better control to hide his fears, while Yosaku shouts in fear.

After traveling about thirty minutes above the clouds, the clouds began to descend from the sky until returning about 10 feet above the water. Looking in front of them, they could see an island in the distance.

Luffy looked at Yosaku, who was trying to calm down and speak. "Is that the island?" She asked. Yosaku looked ahead and then nodded.

"Yes, that's the island" Yosaku said as he pointed forward. "And it's Arlong Park there," he said as he pointed to the silhouette of a tall building right in front of the island. When he said that, Luffy turned the clouds to the right and started to move away from Arlong Park.

"What are you doing? Arlong Park was there," Yosaku asked with a puzzled face.

"We'll go to the other side of the island. Let's find Zoro and the others before we destroy this place" he said with a nod of approval from Yosaku and Sanji.

They fly around the island, until they reach a beach that looks remote enough that they are not seen by anyone. The clouds flew to the ground before stopping when the electric stopped clouds that bound Sanji and Yosaku's bodies in their seats disappeared.

"So what now, Captain?" Sanji asked while lighting a new cigarette. Luffy looked around for a moment before he replied.

"It seems like there are no towns or villages around here," Luffy said as he used Haki's observation to search for people nearby. "There may be one in the interior. For now, I think we just need to find the others" Luffy said.

"How are we gonna do that, Big Bro Luffy?" yosaku asked with a confused expression on his face. Luffy thought for a while before he came up with an idea.

"I think we just need to tell them that we're on this island and then start from there" he said, confusing Sanji and Yosaku.

"And how do you plan to tell them?" Sanji asked causing Luffy to grin.

"You'll see for yourself" Luffy said before looking up at the sky.

* In Arlong Park *

Zoro sat tied up in front of what looked like some sort of pond. Around him were many Fishmen and Nami. Sitting behind Nami is the leader of the Arlong Pirates, Arlong.

Arlong is a shark Fishman with a large, muscular, light blue to purple-purple body. He had long black hair, along his shoulders, under a brown hat.

She has fins on her nape, surrounded by her hair, and gills located on either side of her neck. On the left side of his chest was a Fishman Pirate tattoo, while his Jolly Roger was on his lower left arm. He was currently sitting on a white beach chair, staring at Zoro who was staring at Nami.

"I think you finally understand. I'm just using you guys to get what I want. You guys are strong enough to help meet my money target, but you guys are just a bunch of lousy people" Nami said with an arrogant expression on her face that caused Zoro to grit his teeth.

As he said that, Arlong started laughing.

"He made you guys really fooled. There's no point getting mad at her, she's a cold-blooded woman, she's betraying her own family for money, so you really don't have to feel too angry," Arlong said causing Nami to flinch, which of course was realized by Zoro.

"If I were you, I would just admit my defeat and try to forget the day you even met him" Arlong said, causing Zoro to slightly bow before he started chuckling which confused everyone including Nami.

He was a man who would most likely die and he just laughed as if everything would be fine.

"Forget it?" Zoro asked in a flat tone. "That's kind of impossible. And as for the matter about us trusting this woman, we don't. well, at least my Captain doesn't trust her anymore," Zoro said, surprising everyone including Nami.

"The only reason he could steal our ship was because I wasn't watching him as the Captain told me because... I'm a little busy" Zoro added.

"What are you talking about?" Nami asked. Zoro chuckled again before he replied.

"You know, the Captain told me to keep an eye on you before we go to that restaurant, but since someone showed up, my vigilance for you turned to something else" he said causing Nami's expression to show Zoro scorn.

"And about not being able to forget this .. you're upsetting the wrong person," Zoro said. Arlong watched this interaction with narrowed eyes along with every other Fishman.

"What do you mean?" Nami asked in a curious voice. Zoro's face looked serious before he replied.

"You joined the Captain's crew and then committed treason and above all you also stole his ship with his Jolly roger still fluttering on that ship," Zoro said scaring Nami a bit.

"You don't think you're going to get punished for your actions, do you?" Zoro asked with a grin on his face. "He's probably on his way here right now and you better pray and hope he's calmed down a little bit from the last time I saw him" Zoro said.

When he said all that, a large and black cloud emerged from the conomi island and spread out towards the sea. Everyone looked up and was surprised by what they saw, everyone except Nami and Zoro.

Nami's face paled, while Zoro smiled as he looked up at the sky. In the sky, lightning could be seen flickering in all parts of the island. Then out of nowhere, a loud thunderclap was heard all over the island and on some neighboring islands.

The fishermen were confused by what they saw. It was as if a huge storm had just appeared out of nowhere and without warning. But Zoro and Nami, they knew it was no ordinary storm. This sudden storm cloud appeared to only mean one thing.

Luffy is here and he's still angry.
