Chapter 23

As soon as Sanji came out of the restaurant, Luffy looked at Zeff and spoke.

"You know, I really didn't feel anything wrong with the soup," he said causing Zeff to chuckle and some chefs to look at Luffy a little embarrassed, which confused Luffy.

"There's nothing wrong with the soup" Zeff said with a warm smile on his face.

"Sanji is a great chef, one of the best chefs in this restaurant," Patty said causing several other chefs to nod in agreement.

"So, why are you guys commenting on her disgusting soup?" Luffy asked before he started eating his food. Zeff walked over to Luffy's desk and sat opposite him before he started talking.

"That boy is very stubborn. She had her own dreams, but she stayed put in this restaurant thinking that she needed to repay a debt that I never expected her to repay," zeff's words caused Luffy to nod his head indicating that he understood what Zeff said.

"He will never leave on his own accord" he said with a chuckle.

"So, we decided to give her a push. It was at this point that Luffy's haki observation told him that Sanji was standing at the door listening to everything that everyone said about him.

Luffy smiled and said nothing, instead he got up and headed for the back door to meet Sanji. When he got there, he saw her leaning on the side of the ship with tears in her eyes. Luffy walked up and stood beside her with his back leaning on the side of the ship.

"You have a dream, Sanji?" Luffy asked, attracting his attention. Sanji wiped his eyes before taking out a cigarette and lit it.

"Yes, I have one that I want to reach before I die" he said before smoking his cigarette deeply. "Have you heard of All Blue?" She asked. Luffy turned away from her and looked up at the sky and sighed before he replied.

"Yes, I've heard of it," Luffy said to Sanji's surprise. "Said it is a legendary ocean, rumored to be the only place in the world, where the North, South, East, and West seas meet. In this legendary sea, it is said that there are fish from each of the four seas .. from what I heard, it is the ultimate dream of every chef," luffy said before looking back at Sanji to see his eyes widen at the fact that Luffy had heard about All Blue.

"Do you think it exists?" Sanji asked in a voice that sounded as if he was afraid of the answer.

"Okay," said Luffy, making Sanji's mood slightly lower. "Yet ..." Luffy's words caused Sanji to look at him with hopeful eyes. "... There's only one way to tell if it's there or not" she said with a smile that caused Sanji to grin beside her.

"I guess there's only one way huh?" Sanji asked rhetorically with a grin on his face. Luffy then turned around and looked out, into the open sea with a smile and spoke.

"Let's turn the world upside down" Luffy said in a confident voice before he turned to Sanji and spoke again. "Prepare your things. We have to leave as soon as possible" he said before looking towards the direction where Nami was sailing.

"I have a thief to catch" he said before returning inside. When he entered, he saw everyone was cleaning the restaurant and some chefs were sitting back. Luffy walked to an empty table and sat down with a glass in his hand before he poured whiskey to drink.

While Luffy was enjoying his drink, the doors of the restaurant slipped from its hinges and something entered forcefully. Everyone in the restaurant was shocked by this sudden event. Starting from a calm and peaceful moment suddenly becomes a long and frightening moment.

Many chefs think it was the pirate Kreig who came back for revenge, or the Marine who heard about the fight between Luffy and Kreig and came to capture everyone.

When the dust cloud finally subsided, everyone could finally stare at the truly strange sight. Lying on the ground was a man who was inside the mouth of a shark. For the second time today Luffy wondered if he should stop drinking alcohol.

Luffy looked around to see if everyone saw the same thing he saw, and to his surprise they also saw it.

"Is that Fishman?" ask one of the cooks.

"Did he come all the way from the fish-man island just to eat here?" another cook said after the previous chef.

"My sin!" Luffy shouted before pulling it out of the shark's mouth. When he pulled it out of the shark's mouth, some chefs took the shark and freed it into the sea, while others brought a blanket for Yosaku.

After sitting him in a chair, Luffy then began to ask Yosaku. "Why are you here? Where are the others? Did you find Nami?" She asked. Yosaku wrapped himself in a blanket before he spoke in a grim tone.

"We didn't really find him, but from the direction he was heading, we thought we already knew where big brother Nami was going and what he was planning to do," he said causing Luffy to narrow his eyes slightly.

"I understand" he said before sipping whiskey. "So we can get his ship back," said Luffy causing Yosaku to bow a little before he replied.

"Perhaps," he said caused Luffy to raise an eyebrow. "But if our suspicions turn out to be true, then the place he's headed could mean death for all of us if we follow him," Yosaku said surprising Luffy and everyone there with the comment.

"The point is we really need your help big brother Luffy. Please come with me!" Yosaku said in a desperate voice.

"Okay, I don't really understand, but that's it. Let's go" said Luffy before he began walking towards the front door with Yosaku following right behind him along with all the chefs who wanted to say goodbye.

As they walked out of the door, everyone saw Sanji standing there with a bag over his shoulder. He then looked towards Luffy and spoke.

"Are you ready to go ... The captain?" the question surprised the chefs who were there.

"Yes, it seems like everyone will need help," Luffy said before he walked towards the edge of the restaurant with Yosaku leaving Sanji to say goodbye.

She could hear Sanji behind yelling at the chefs about their bad acting and she could also hear Sanji crying as she thanked Zeff for everything he did for her year-round.

Luffy then decides to ignore Sanji and looks up at the sky and begins to concentrate on summoning the clouds in order to be their vehicle. A small part of the sky began to be filled with thunderclouds. Once the size was in line with Luffy's estimation, clouds began to descend from the sky into the restaurant.

At that moment Sanji had finished thanking Zeff and had come to stand next to Luffy without noticing the clouds descending from the sky.

"How do we go there?" he asked while wiping away the tears left from his eyes. "If you want, I have a small boat that can take us" he said.

Luffy did not say anything, he just pointed to the sky which caused Sanji and the chefs to look up as well. Saying they were surprised by what they saw was not enough.

Their eyes widened widely and their jaws hung from their mouths when they saw thunder clouds slowly descending from the sky and stopping at Luffy's feet.

When the clouds arrived, Luffy climbed the clouds, shocking everyone, except Yosaku, who had seen them. From the clouds, a throne was formed along with two seats in front of Luffy's throne. He then looked at Sanji and Yosaku and spoke.

"Are you two going to stand there all day or are you ready?" he asked rhetorically awakening the two of them from their daydreams. They quickly climbed into the clouds and sat on a chair.

As he sat down, ropes made of electricity came out of the clouds and surrounded them, tying them to their seats. Luffy then turned towards Zeff and spoke. "Take care of yourself, old man," he said before the clouds drifted across the water at incredible speed in the direction where the other crew was going.

"Brother brash," Zeff said as he stared at the increasingly smaller clouds as it sped on.
