Chapter 92's

The sun sets over the Alabasta desert, and the figures standing in the middle of the desert outside Rain Base are Luffy, Crocodile, and Ms. All Sunday's. Luffy and Crocodile stared at each other with serious gazes on both their faces, while Ms. All Sunday stood to the right of Crocodile with a smile that clearly looked fake, staring at the two men.

"It looks like the princess managed to get away from us again," Ms said. All Sunday broke the tense silence between them.

"No problem," Crocodile replied causing Luffy to raise his eyebrows. "The agents have been told to meet in Alubarna. Call them all," Crocodile ordered as he glanced at his partner. Luffy chuckled, drawing the attention of the two of them, before Luffy spoke in a calm tone.

"It doesn't matter where your agent is right now," Luffy said calmly. "They won't be able to beat my crew" he added with confidence.

"That's a big trust you put in a group of people you just met about a month ago" Ms. All Sunday said as he looked at Luffy.

"Nobody can recognize the crew better than their captain," Luffy replied as he turned his gaze to the only female there. Ms. All Sunday just looked at Luffy and chuckled. Luffy was about to say something else, but before he could speak, a sand sword emerged from the ground and attacked the right side of his body then sliced his body in half.

Luffy simply looked down at the sand sword that was currently separating his upper body from the lower half, and sighed before he spoke to Ms. All Sunday again.

"It seems I should stop our conversation. Your boss seems a little jealous. We'll continue it again once I'm done, Ms. Robin," said Luffy using Ms.'s real name. All Sunday, surprised him a bit. Then Robin simply smiled and nodded before replying.

"I'll give you both room to play" Robin said, before she went to stand some distance away from the two men who were about to fight.

The Shichibukai saw that he was still being ignored so much that he growled, he then raised his right hand into the air and the sand began to revolve around his hand, covering his entire wrist with sand.

"Schada Desert!" Crocodile shouted as he lowered his hand and then slammed it into the ground, then in the sand came a torpedo-like attack that rushed straight towards Luffy, who was currently just standing there motionlessly. The attack cut Luffy and a stone behind him right in the middle like a hot knife cutting through butter.

"So, I'm right," said Luffy as the two halves of his body were split back together as before. "you can't use haki," added Luffy in a slightly disappointed tone. "It seems I was wrong to assume that you would be able to give me a little challenge" Luffy said, adjusting his white hat.

"you motherfucker!" Crocodile growled in frustration. "Feel this!" Crocodile shouted, letting his anger take hold of him, then raised his right hand and turned it into a spear made of sand before stabbing the spear into the sand while shouting.

"Desert Girasole!" Crocodile yells. Luffy expected something to happen soon, but there was nothing.

Luffy waited a few seconds to see if something would happen, and just as Luffy would laugh at Crocodile for his failed attack, the sand under his feet suddenly collapsed and formed like a sandhole about 30 feet wide, that caused Luffy to start sinking into the sand while Crocodile stood on top of the giant hole looking at Luffy arrogantly.

Luffy did not move a muscle or even show panic on his face. He just stood there staring at Crocodile with a bored expression on his face.

"Have you heard of quicksand?" Crocodile asked arrogantly. "It's the perfect place if you need a desert graveyard when you want to eliminate someone quickly" Crocdile said with a grin.

"With my Suna-suna no mi fruit, I am invincible while fighting in the desert!" Crocodile added with a satisfied smile on his face which caused Luffy to sigh.

"really?" Luffy asked from inside the sand pit that drowned him. "Alright then, let's see about it," Luffy added before his entire body turned into lightning and instantly shot out of the hole heading towards Crocodile.

When the lightning was 60 cm in front of Crocodile, it turned into Luffy with his Haki-coated fists darting towards Crocdile's head. Luffy then dealt a powerful haki blow to Crocodile's face, sending him thrown backwards 4 meters.

"Do you see that. Looks like you can still be defeated," said Luffy in a bored tone while adjusting his straw hat.

"You motherfucker!" Crocodile growled as he trembled trying to stand up. As he stood up, Luffy saw the Shichibukai staring at him with an angry expression on his face with blood coming out of his nose and the side of his mouth. "It's time for you to die, pest!" crocodile said as he pointed his right hand in front of him.

"Sables!" crocodile shouted, causing a mini sand tornado to form in his palm before it began to grow until it became a giant sand tornado. Luffy saw a giant tornado of sand heading towards him, but he did nothing.

"Judgment!" luffy shouted as he lowered his hand in a swift motion. When Luffy's hand was next to the reaper, a pillar of lightning shot out from the clear afternoon sky and covered the entire sand tornado, which then made the tornado turn into a glass statue.

"A unique fact about lightning" Luffy said as he began walking toward the glass statue. "The driver is 5 times hotter than the surface of the sun," Luffy added before he punched the glass sculpture, causing it to shatter into millions of pieces.

"I think our play time is enough. Didn't we?" Luffy asked as he tilted his head to the side. "It's time to get serious" Luffy added in an emotionless cold tone.

Now Crocodile felt a little scared when he heard that. He had just seen Luffy defeat one of his most powerful attacks like it was nothing, and now he was saying that he wasn't even serious, he was just messing around. That was really surprising for Crocodile.

Luffy narrowed his eyes at Crocodile before he kicked the ground and started running forward towards Crocodile at a very high speed. In the blink of an eye, Luffy appeared in front of the Shichibukai and slammed his knee into Crocodile's stomach, causing an entire wind to blow out of Crocodile's lungs and cough up blood.

Luffy then raised his left hand into the air, clenching his hand before coating it with a powerful haki that was then thrust onto Crocodile's back, making the arrogant Shichibuka hit the ground and form a small crater in the process.

"Please," Luffy said coldly as he looked at the battered Shichibukai. "Begging for your life, pest," added Luffy. Crocodile coughed up blood again into the sand, before he tried to stand up.

"Wouldn't ... I .. no .. would ... plead ... to you ... for .. anything-" crocodile said in a hoarse voice before he came to a halt due to a haki-lined kick that was smashed into his face, sending him being tossed tumbling in the sand.

"Sorry, I didn't hear it. My feet seemed to have interrupted your speech," said Luffy mockingly, then he looked down at his feet and saw a tooth lying in the sand.

"Huh, can you see this, please" Luffy said as he took the tooth. "It appears you lost a tooth" Luffy added with a chuckle, before dropping it back into the sand and stepping on it.

"Now beg!" luffy said as the amused smile on his face disappeared and an emotionless cold expression replaced it. Luffy then let out a powerful Conquer haki wave directed only at Crocodile.

Luffy knew that Crocodile would not be knocked out by Conqueror Haki, but in his current condition, Luffy's Haki would mess with Crocdile's mind and create the one thing Luffy liked best ... fearfulness.

Waves of haki struck Crocodile at full force, and as the haki struck him, a chill ran down his spine, causing Crocodile to shiver slightly. Crocodile then lifted his head from the sand and looked at Luffy with a hint of fear appearing on his face.

He saw Luffy start walking towards him causing Crocodile to turn his gaze to Luffy's feet, where he could hear luffy's footsteps in his head.

Crocodile knew it was impossible, but with every step Luffy took it would sound like someone walking across the wooden floor in metal boots, and every step, he said, his voice would turn louder and louder in Crocodile's head, increasing his fear, then Luffy stopped in front of his face.

The terrified Crocodile looked at Luffy and saw him staring back at him with fiery red eyes that looked like they were staring straight at his soul.

"Please," said Luffy in a threatening tone sending fear to the terrified Crocodile.

Crocodile tried to speak\, but his voice could not come out\, after seeing Crocodile not say anything\, Luffy narrowed his eyes and looked at the badly battered Shichibukai with a sharp gaze\, Luffy said\, Luffy then lifted his right leg into the air and coated his foot from the shin to his shoe with lightning\, then Luffy stomped Crocodile's head into the sand many times. "I told!" * Blam * "Please!" *Blam* "Now beg!" *blam*

(*....* = Sound effects)

"Please stop!" Crocodile's scream finally with a hoarse voice caused Luffy to stop.

"Well, it's not that hard, right," Luffy said before he placed his right leg on Crocodile's back.

"Bind!" luffy said in a commanding tone, causing a rope made of lightning to come out from under his feet and tie the shichibukai in place.

"That should be enough to hold you back," Luffy said before he looked to the right, where Nico Robin was standing, then Luffy gestured for her to approach him.
