All the residents cheered Luffy's decision, while Dalton was still shocked and confused.

"Just hang the flags at the port and in cities across the island" he added, causing Dalton to reluctantly nod his head.

"Well, we'll hang them" Dalton replied causing Luffy to smile and nod his head. "Hopefully this can help us prevent another attack," Dalton said causing Luffy to look at her with a puzzled expression on his face.

"Another attack?" Luffy asked as he tilted his head to the side and looked towards the new king with a puzzled look on his face.

"Oh right, Luffy and the others went first to take Nami to the doctor. So, you don't know why Wapol went and became a pirate" Usopp said from his position on the floor near Nami's bed.

"Yes, it seems that a powerful pirate by the name of Blackbeard attacked this country with his crew, and instead of defending his country, Wapol withdrew his army and left after seeing the power of Blackbeard," said Gem calmly as he leaned towards the corner of the door.

"Blackbeard?" Luffy asked with a confused face. "Never heard of a pirate by that name" he added before he began to think.

'Blackbeard, with a name like that makes it sound like they're challenging Oyaji (whitebeard)," Luffy thought to himself. 'Is this the cause Ace is in Paradise, ' Luffy added in his head.

"Dalton said that the pirates only had five members, but the five of them were very strong" Usopp said fearfully.

"Don't worry about them, if they try anything again, I'll finish them off," Luffy said, calming everyone down. Luffy then looked at Nami and spoke to her. "how are you?" Luffy asked. Nami looked at him and smiled before answering.

"I feel better, captain," he said in a voice he used to not sound like a sick person anymore. "We really should go and bring Vivi home immediately," he said, causing Luffy to nod his head before he replied.

"That's true .. but the YOUNG doctor is here," he said, pointing to Dr. Kureha, "makes me very clingy," said Luffy, then sighed and Nami pulled the blanket over her head.

"Young doctor?" Usopp's question caused Luffy to shake his head. "Where?" Usopp asked. When Usopp asked the question, he received a kick in the back of his head by the good doctor himself, which made everyone chuckle.

"Basic, you know" said the doctor before he turned to Dalton and spoke. "Dalton, surely you know where the key to the armory is, right" asked Kureha, causing Dalton to look at her with a surprised look on his face before she replied.

"Warehouse of weapons? Why are you going in there?" Dalton asked from his position on the bed.

"It's really none of your business right now" he said before drinking his own plum sake again.

"The wapol always carries the key with him, to keep him safe he said," Dalton replied, "And in this case, the key was likely flown up into the sky with his body," he added causing Luffy to laugh nervously before speaking.

"Ups," said Luffy with a slight smile.

"Well, that's a pity," said Dr. Kurehas.

"Zoro, cut the door" Luffy told his vice-captain.

"Captain Umm," Zoro said causing Luffy to look at her. "I don't carry a sword," he said causing Luffy to sigh before speaking.

"Good," Kureha replied before she turned to the group of villagers and spoke. "You guys come with me, I have something you guys have to do," he said scaring the villagers, before they reluctantly agreed and followed him and Gem exited the room door to the armory. When the group came out, Luffy turned to nami and spoke.

"Nami, get ready to go," Luffy said with a commanding tone attracting everyone's attention.

"Luffy, we can't just leave! He needs a break!" Shouted Vivi as she stood up from her chair.

"I know, but we'll have a doctor on board" Luffy replied calmly, ignoring the fact that Vivi had just yelled at him.

"Doctor?" Zoro asked with a confused expression on his face. "Who's our doctor?" She asked.

"Our doctors are there" Luffy said, pointing at Chopper.

"W-what?" Chopper said in surprise as he looked at Luffy. "I can't join your crew" he said in a sad voice.

"Of course you can, it will be a lot of fun" Luffy replied with a smile.

"I can't ... I'm not human! I'm a deer with horns and hooves!" Chopper shouted while Luffy looked at her with a smile still on his face. "Maybe I want to be a pirate, but I can't be one of you! I'm not human! I'm a monster and I can't be a pirate or your friend and I can't join your crew! " he cried with tears.

Everyone in the room looked at the little deer with a sad face. The girls in the room refrained from running and hugged the poor little man.

"I just wanted to say thank you, I really appreciate you for inviting me to join your pirate group. That's very good, so thank you, but I'll stay here now and if you want, you can stop by here again and-, "Chopper can't finish the sentence, ' he said, because it was cut by Luffy's voice.

"Oh, shut up and let's go," Luffy replied with a smile on his face that caused Chopper to start crying loudly before he ran out of the room.

'Most people don't make new friends by telling others to shut up, ' Zoro thought with a smile.

"Alright, let's wait outside," Luffy said before he jumped out the window and jumped into the clouds he had summoned before. Luffy then put his hand into the clouds and took out a medium-sized chest and opened it.

When he opened it, everyone saw the contents filled with snail transponders of all sizes. Luffy picked one up and threw it towards Dalton before he spoke.

"If you need me, just press the button with the straw hat," said Luffy causing Dalton to look down, at the snail and see a number of buttons for the phone, before he finally saw a button with a picture of a straw hat on it.

"Thank you for everything" Dalton said with a smile on his face as he watched Luffy's crew jump out of the window one by one.

"No need to worry" Luffy replied. When everyone was in the clouds, Luffy gave a mental order to lower himself to the ground, then the clouds began to descend to the snow-covered ground below them.

"Nami, are you sure you're okay?" Ask Usopp who is concerned.

"I'm sure" he replied with a thumbs up. "I feel fine," he said with a wide smile that caused his sister to smile as well. When the cloud was about 1 meter above the ground, it floated in a place that allowed everyone to step up.
