Chapter 61's

As the fight progressed, Luffy and Vivi were completely focused on watching what was happening before them, when suddenly Luffy's haki observation sensed the presence of someone some distance away on the left.

Luffy narrowed his eyes and looked slightly back while making sure he was not noticed by anyone who was there. When he looked up, he saw a woman hovering using an umbrella in the sky some distance away from him.

Luffy immediately recognized her as Ms. Valentine and if he's here, it means Mr. 5 is here too. Luffy did not tell Vivi about this instead, Luffy raised his vigilance and exerted his true observation to the maximum.

Luffy then saw him descend back to the ground before being covered from his sight by the bushes. Deciding to see what was going on, Luffy tried to sense where Ms. was. Valentine, who he is, and where he's going.

Luffy felt his presence along with the presence of another familiar aura that he had guessed as Mr.5.

The two of them walked away from Luffy and Vivi and headed in the opposite direction. Luffy then tries to find where his crew is, Sanji is alone, Johnny and Yosaku are together, Zoro is also alone, then Nami, Usopp, and Nojiko are together.

Luffy heaved a sigh of relief knowing all his crew were fine, then he returned to focus to the fight, but saw Dorry and his opponent fall to the ground before they started laughing at each other.

Dorry and his opponent then got up, and his opponent then handed something over before they parted ways. Dorry returned and sat down with a few barrels in his hand.

"Brogy said he had a guest and they gave him this amazing drink, he was kind enough to want to share with me" she said as she sat down.

"Did he say who his guest was?" Luffy asked, wondering if the giant named Brogy was with his crew or Baroque Works.

"He didn't say it, but from what I could see there were two young women and a friend with a long nose," he said causing Luffy to laugh.

"They're from my crew" he said with a smile.

"Gegyagyagya! Then I should be thanking you for this delicious drink," he said as he held up two barrels between his fingers before he broke the top with his thumb and started drinking.

While he was drinking alcohol, Luffy noticed that the look on his face suddenly changed, before Luffy could think about it, the alcohol exploded, making Dorry's eyes turn around the back of his head and he fainted falling backwards.

"Dorry!" Luffy and Vivi shouted as the two of them got up to their feet.

"It was the same alcohol that was on the ship," Luffy said as he looked at the fainted Dorry with wide eyes.

"The other giant must have trapped her," said Vivi which caused Luffy to look at her with a cold expression on his face.

"Silent Vivi," said Luffy slowly. "There's no way he's done that, there's too much pride involved for him to commit such cowardly acts" Luffy said.

"Well then, who did it?" Vivi asked.before Luffy could reply, Dorry spoke as she got up slowly with her weapon in hand.

"You're a stranger" said Dorry low as he stuck his giant sword on the ground. "That's not Brogy, that's impossible. No warrior Elbaf would do that. So, who else can be suspected on this island ... other than you!" he said it caused Luffy to step in front of Vivi with narrowed eyes.

"My kru and I are not the only ones on this island," Luffy said to everyone's surprise.

"And who else is on this island?" Dorry asked in a dangerous tone.

"A group of bounty hunters," he said as he stared at the towering giant. "If I'm not mistaken you're Dorry the Blue Ogre, and this friend of yours is Brogy the Red Ogre, the former captain of the Giant Warrior Pirates," Luffy told Vivi's surprise.

"How about you let me and my crew take care of them while you guys focus on your fight with Brogy" Luffy offered.

"And why should I trust you?" Dorry asked while looming over Luffy. "And how do you know they're on this island?" he asked again.

"You're from New World, I'm sure you know about haki," Luffy said, recalling that Elbaf was in New World, one of many things Shanks' right-hand man taught him, Ben Beckman's.

"I know haki, however, I'm not his user," he said causing Luffy to nod in understanding. Luffy assumed that he might think of haki as a form of cheating in duels.

"I assure you Dorry, anyone who interferes with your holy duel will pay for it," Luffy said in a cold voice as the sky above began to darken and filled with clouds of lightning.

Just then the volcano erupted signaling the time for the next fight, Luffy looked at Dorry and spoke. "I think you're still going to fight even if you're injured" he said, staring at Dorry.

"I must, as an Elbaf warrior," he said before he coughed up blood causing Luffy to become even more annoyed.

"What!?" Vivi screamed in surprise. "Dorry, you need a break!" Vivi yelled trying to negotiate with the giant.

"I'm Dorry and I will fight for Elbaf's pride and will die as a warrior!" he said as he began to take slow steps towards his battlefield. While Dorry walked towards his duel, the sky continued to turn dark, while Luffy stood there with an annoyed expression on his face. As Dorry and Brogy begin their duel, Usopp suddenly lands in front of Luffy and Vivi.

"Now?" Luffy said in surprise. Usopp jumped to his feet and started crying in front of Luffy.

"Luffy! Nami and Nojiko are eaten by dinosaurs!" his panicked scream caused Vivi, Luffy, and Karoo's eyes to widen.

"WHAT!?" yell at the three of them.

"We were chased through the forest and I ran in front of them and when I looked behind they suddenly disappeared!" he hugged a giant duck.

Luffy, who did not want to believe Usopp's words, began to try to sense Nami and Nojiko, and he was relieved to find them.

"Relax Usopp, they're still alive," Luffy said causing him to sigh in relief. Vivi then began explaining to Usopp that Baroque Works was on the island and had poisoned Dorry's drink.

Just as Usopp was about to speak, they all saw Dorry begin to fall as Brogy prepared to give the final attack. Everyone's eyes widened when they saw a blood tower gush out from Dorry's wound as Brogy slashed it at the chest.

"DORRY!" they all scream. Before they could say anything else, two figures emerged from the bushes to the right of Luffy and the other.

"It's a pity" said Mr.5 when he and Ms. Valentine showed himself. Vivi and Usopp were scared when they saw the 2 agents and Luffy growled when he saw them for two reasons.

First, for what they had done to Dorry and second, for letting his guard down again. His focus shifted as he saw Dorry dying, he lowered his guard and now these two insects had managed to sneak out of him.

"After a hundred years, their duel has finally ended ...so dishonorable," said Mr. 5 making Luffy even more upset. Luffy then looked to Vivi and Usopp before he spoke.

"Nami and Nojiko are in that direction and they seem to be alone" Luffy said as he pointed right at Brogy's right. "Go find them and wait for me there," he said before returning to the agent duo.

"I'll take care of them both" he said low as thunder boomed overhead and lightning struck.
